Colours and patterns always fascinated her since childhood.

Mira had multiple areas of interest and was indeed talented in other art forms.

But she always had a passion for designing and hence she resigned her job and joined "Trinity school of Fashion designing". Nevertheless she excelled in those areas too and was a star at her college when her sister ruled tollywood with her acting skills.

Mira was a bright student and never really missed her classes. But since a few days, she was not keen on concentrating and was struggling hard.

Obviously her weird dreams has to be blamed for this.. Mira had no clue why this was happening.

The touch, the moments, the conversation, the emotions... everything was so real.

All she could decipher was that either it all had already happened in the past or it is going to happen in the future. Well, she was not sure on this too...

Mira was battling with all this thoughts even during her favourite period, Fashion communication and lately she skipped meals and stopped going out with friends.

The dreams had taken a toll on her daily routine. She wished if she had a time machine with her so that she could find out an answer to her questions.

She wanted to run away from all this and wanted to meet her parents and Nandu akka. Because she know they will definitely bring happiness to her disturbed mind. Luckily, the classes will finish and they will have study holidays for semester exams from next week onwards. That one thought itself brought peace to her.

She heard the bell ring and took her bag, barged away to her home before her friends call her for any hangouts. She wanted to escape from everything.

At the same time, someone else was searching for her best friend who dint even care to wait for her. Anamika was one among Mira's close friends, who hailed from her home town Bangalore itself.

She stays with Mira but lately she too noticed her change in behaviour and wanted to confront her knowing Mira won't give her a chance for this. She knew that is one of the reason for which she leaves no chance for meeting her.

And Anamika noticed that Mira left one of her notes and ran behind her.

"Miraaaaaaaaaa............" she called out and Mira turned around sighing.

"Huh what Anu?? I am a bit busy... will catch you at night.." She said.

"Thank you for informing me.. But i am not going to take too much of your precious time .. I just found your notes lying on the floor... Must have fallen when you have rushed out..

Well, I am glad that you stopped hearing me calling you.. I dint come to take you for any hangouts or parties. I know you are busy with something and I completely understand it Ms Mira Shetty.. After all, i am just a stranger to you.. Take care".

She turned around and Mira frowned.

She immediately pulled Anu's hands and dragged her to their favourite place in the campus without paying heeds to Anu's attempts to leave her.

Mira knew why she was being grumpy and that was clear when she called Ms Mira Shetty instead of Miru. She is right to get angry because Anu loves her like a sister and her indifferent behaviour must have hurt her.

"Miru, leave me... I don't want you to talk to me". Anu struggled.

"But I need to talk to you... ", She made her sit on the lawn.

Mira studied her face and pulled her cheeks. She held her hands and placed it in front of their face.

"Anu, I am sorry.. i know i was being a jerk.. But listen, i have some reasons for that..please listen to me " She pleaded.

"Go hell with your reasons.. Its been one week since you have talked to me properly.. You come to classes alone, have food alone, leave classes alone .. Do u even remember that we stay under one roof?? How do you expect me to react after all this then? Should i find some one else to be my best friend?? Or do you...". She stopped midway noticing Mira's welled up eyes.

She pulled her chin upwards and made her look at her.

"Hmmmm !!! It hurted me Miru ! But Damn it.. I cant see your tears.. I am your bestie right? Then y cant you share your issues with me? Tell me what is bothering my Miru? I promise i will find a solution to your problem".Anu assured her.

Mira decided to open up her problem with her. She is right. Anu is her best friend: The only true friend she can count upon since their first meet. She felt bad for not considering Anu's feelings and hiding everything from her. She is after all like her family and taking a deep breath, she spoke.

"Anu, I dont know if it make sense to you when you come to know what is my problem" She looked at her and Anu gave a nod assuring her to continue.

"Its been a few days...I am constantly seeing someone in my dreams.. Someone as in, a Man ! Now the problem is i feel like i have known him since ages.. In every dreams, I see him close to me sharing an intense relation.. But in real, i haven't met him ever in my life. Though his face is not clear, i know i haven't seen that figure.. He is tall, lean with toned body, medium complexion... And i couldn't see his facial features clearly.. Its all blur.. But he do have a thick moustache i know.."

"How do you know about the moustache alone" Anu wondered.

"Because it tickled me when he kissed me", Mira said without thinking and found Anu's mouth forming an "O" shape.

"Whatt???? this is so weird !!", Anu shook her head to which Mira nodded an Yes to her.

"That is what i was saying too.It is disturbing my thoughts.. i don't know who this guy is.. And what is even more weird is it all feels so real and i could still feel that proximity when i think about it.. That man, his deep voice, the way he holds me. Arghhh"

Mira said irritably and that made Anu understood she was way too much into this dreams.

She decided not to tease her though she badly wanted to do it. I mean who on earth will leave such a chance to tease your bestie when she says she dreams a boy.

Anu thought for a while.

"Miru, i guess its because you watch K dramas and Romantic novels too much.. Stop all this for a while and i am sure you will be better !". She tried to consoled her.

"Did you talk to Nandu akka?" Mira asked her in disbelief.

"No why?" Anu replied wondering.

"Ahhhh No.. Nothing because she asked me to do the same thing". Anu chuckled hearing this.

"That is because both of us know you very well.. Anyways Yu dont worry Miru.. We will find who that mysterious guy is. Tell me if you see him again. And you draw well right..Try to draw his figure from whatever you can recollect from the dreams.", Anu said thoughtfully.

Mira's face brightened hearing this. "Yaarr ... I love You Anu... You are right.. I will do that.. "

"See, though you are elder, I am smarter than You" , Anu smacked her head to which Mira giggled.

The two friends then headed to canteen feeling hungry and happy on clearing the distance between them.

"Surpriseee......" a pair of hands covered Nandita's eyes from back.

"Aaryan !! I know no one else will dare to do this to me", Nandu pulled out his hands from her eyes and made him sit in front of her.

"And how come my darling is this early?? You are on time howwwwwwwww..........????", Nandu teased him while Aaryan sulked.

"My lady love always complain that I am late to every meetings so thought of being on time from today.. ",He smiled.

"Well, I saw your message.. It is the same man again?? Is she sure about that??", He asked.

"As far as i know, it is the same man... She haven't seen him properly .. It was all blurred vision she said.. I dont know what is it now.. And why is it happening now when everything is back to normal after a while. And I can't say this to chikkamma and chikkappa (Mother's younger sister and her husband). They are back to being happy now... I can't make things complicated now. And I can't give stress to Mira too. Shivani doctor says that too", Nanditha spoke in a broken voice.

Aaryan held her from her shoulders. "I know Bangaram.. Its all not easy for you and not fair on anyone.. And we cant blame Miru even.. She doesnt have a clue on all this".

"I am there with you na. Please don't stress yourself.. We will face everything together.. Do you trust me?",He asked.

But it was more of an assurance from his side rather than a question. She nodded in Yes.

"By the way Amma and Nanna have asked me about our wedding plans.. They are impatient to bring you home.. The pressure is at peak nowadays.. What magic have you done on them?? My amma, she never wanted an actress daughter in law and she is the most impatient one in the family.." Nandu smiled genuinely this time.

"And what did you say to them", She asked.

"I told i am ready for the wedding and i can't wait to make you mine forever", He flashed his toothy grin.

"Very funny... I asked you what excuse you made this time to delay the wedding", She grinned back.

"Ouchh that hurts.. You believe me only this much?? Am i that bad boyfriend??" He placed his hands dramatically on his heart and faked a hurt expression.

"It will not work with me .. You have such bad acting skills in front of me Mr. Aaryan Reddy", She giggled.

"Well there is a slight change in the dialogue.. I said I am ready for the wedding.. I just need time to complete my film which is being shot.. And for the time being, I am ready to make it official with our engagement.. Though I doubt if anyone needed that affirmation from our side hahah", He said shocking her.

"WHATTT??? you said ok for engagement??", she asked in disbelief.

"Yes.. WHY?? You don't want this??" this time he wondered.

"No.. I mean Yes..Even I cant wait to to be yours and make it official.. No more papparazis.. No more denials... And ofcourse I can roam around with you without any fear of getting caught.. I am Super happy Aaryan.. But why didnt you tell me all this before??"

"Because i wanted to surprise you", He smiled again.

"OMG I will inform Mira first.. .She will be super happy.. She loves her Aaryan Jeeju too much.. Because.." , Nandu said excitedly.

"Because, she knows none else can keep her Akka happy.." He completed.

Yes and thank you for making me happy always...", She agreed.

They spent some more time and went to their homes.

Nandita called Mira at night as she knew Mira had classes and tried hard not to reveal about the engagement to anyone else. Not even her parents.

Since the time she remembered, it was always with "Mira" she shared everything. Right from the smallest things to the biggest events in her life. It was always Mira and even after everything happened in their lives, it have to be still "Mira". She knew it.

"Miruuu.... Akka here... how was your day??"

"Akkaa .. it was good... How are you?? I am fine, don't worry about me.. I have told everything to Anu today and i feel so much better now. "

"Ahaan that was a good decision dear.. After all Anamika is also like your sister and she is trustworthy.. I was about to ask you to share this with Anu as I can't be there with you".

"Yes Akka.. She was sad and angry on me for being ignorant and avoiding her.. Anyways it is all solved and she asked me to draw his picture from whatever I remember. I hope I will see him today so that I can remember", Mira laughed and said.

Though Nandu did not want her to see him again, she didnt show her discomfort.

"Ok.. so draw it and show me okie.. before that I want to say something important to you... Aaryan has agreed for our engagement and they are going to talk to my parents to fix the date."

"Wwwwwooooohuuuuuuuuuu ....... Seriously Akka? I am soooooooooo happyyyy for you both... finally I am free from all the questions about your relationship. I was tired of denying it every time where as I was screaming yes inside my heart.. Phhewww... I can't wait to meet you all.. Anyways I am having holidays within a few days.. So You both, please fix the date before my holidays end okie??.

"Yes madam, will do accordingly..." Nandu was happy listening to Miru's excited voice.

"Love you akka.... Cant wait to meet you both... Convey my regards to jeeju too and do send me your latest selfie .. let me adore you guys for sometime haha"

"Ok ammaa... haha ...Love u too darling... Good night TC".

Mira was genuinely happy on hearing the engagement news. She heard whatsapp notification sound and found their latest selfie. 

They really make a cute pair and she loved them immensely. Nandu and Aaryan were always there with her during all her tough times. And it was them, who stood like a pillar of support when she convinced her parents to follow her passion and join design course away from their home town.

She remembered the good times with them and tried to get some sleep hoping to see HIM without any fear this time.

"Is this the way you hold your husband to be?? Hold it tighter..", He pulled her hands more close to him and smiled.

She smiled nervously and looked around "Oye dear husband to be. We are still not engaged and this bike ride is even allowed only because its my birthday".

"Ohh is it?? i dont mind anyways.. We will be engaged in two weeks and I am sure you won't leave me for anyone else hahah.. Ouch",He got a smack from her and chuckled at her response.

"Well, you can't predict anything mister.. What if I find someone else better than you??", She smirked while holding him tighter.

"Better find another excuse..No one is better than me I know.. Well you also know that.. Your hold on me proves it",he laughed pointing at her hands.

"You idiot.. god !! how did i fell in love with this man??"

"Well, now that You fell for me.. So no backing off.. You are stuck to me till eternity darling...", He took her hands from his chest and placed a kiss on her palms sending shivers to her.

"Babyy where are we going??" She asked him. "Hmmm.... somewhere my darling will love to go..".

He replied and took her to the light house, where she haven't gone till now.

He folded her eyes with a piece of cloth and helped her in getting to the top. He removed the cloth and she was astonished by the beauty in front of her..

The sight was worth the wait.. One side it was the vast sea, huge waves hitting the side rocks, children and family playing in the beach and greenery. She was super excited on seeing this and hugged him immediately.

"Happy birthday babyy...I hope you liked the surprise..." He caressed her hair.

"Yes Yes.. Thank you my love... I always wanted to see this view but haven't got a chance yet. I am blessed to have you in my life".

"Awww so what do I get in return?" He asked mischieviously and she knew what he wanted but pretended to be unaware.

"What?? I am the birthday girl .. So I must be the one to get gifts right..", she asked with innocence.

"Ahhaann?? There is no such rule.. I need my return gift.. " He dragged her pinned her to the wall.

She closed her eyes knowing what is going to happen next. He gently placed his lips on hers and she reciprocated it. It was a moment of their love, passion, care and respect for each other.

He deepened the kiss and so did she. Once satisfied, they broke apart.

"How was our first kiss??", asked him for which she had a shy smile while he smirked.

"It was .... ", She jerked up and opened her eyes listening to the alarm.

"Oh myy Goddd... again??" She thought but smiled at herself remembering the dream.

"Why am i feeling like it is all real??" She touched her lips not leaving her smile straight from heart.

Although she was happy that she dreamt him again, luck was still not on her side. Because, it was blurred this time too.

Strangely she felt that she will see him clearly one day. Sharing her fears with Nandu and Anu relieved her stress a lot.. And she was no more worried about these dreams.

She made a mental note to draw his figure like Anu suggested once she is back from college. She needed peace of mind and time to do that. Mira glanced at the clock and decided to wake Anu up and get ready for college.

Unknowingly a blush crept up her cheeks.
