Elvira Targaryen tilts her head to the side at the sight of new colossal-sized buildings in America. She leans forward more on Vera's back to get a more desirable view.
"America certainly has grown in the last fifty years," Elvira calls out to Jasper. Jasper chuckles and shakes his head.
"Did you expect anything less of us?" Jasper asks.
"Well, yes. There are rumors overseas about how lazy, rude, dumb and selfish Americans are. I did not expect you to have such high and advanced technology." She muses when her eyes land on Stark Tower, a worldwide famous tower that contains one of the brightest billionaires and an amazing superhero. "How long until we reach Forks?" She asks Vera as she strokes the dragon's neck. Vera breaths out smoke which change into a six. "Six more hours? Lovely, that makes that three hours. Pick up the pace!" Elvira shouts.
"Wait! No!" Jasper yells when the dragons begin to fly at full speed towards Forks. Elvira's laughter rings through the air. "I will get you back for this." He playfully threatens, tightening his hold on Rowan.
"What are you going to do? Make me feel sad?" Elvira mockingly pouts and makes the cry baby motion with her hands. "Insecure?" She places a hand on her forehead for dramatic effect. "Angry?" She puffs her cheeks out and pounds her right fist into her open left hand.
"I was thinking more on the lines of you going shopping with Alice." He smirks seeing the horror in her eyes.
"You evil bloody git." She whispers causing him to emit a chuckle. "Rowan, flip!" She commands.
"Rowan, no!" Rowan does a flip while Jasper digs his knees into her side. He glares darkly at Elvira. "And you call me evil." He dryly comments. She winks at him.
"I never said I wasn't evil." She sings songs. "I CAN SEE FORKS!" She excitedly screams seeing the massive forest.
"I thought you said three hours." He mumbles.
"I lied!" She sticks her tongue out at him. "I did not feel like informing you about how fast the dragons can fly at full speed in order to not scare you. So, direct us to where we are going, Major Whitlock?"
"Well ma'am, that would be my house right there." He points at a house in the woods. Elvira whistles making the dragons descend from the air and to a clearing near the house. Elvira does a backflip off Vera, gazing in awe at the scenery.
"Look at that river!" She squeals. She goes running towards it when arms wrap around her waist to restrain her.
"Esme will not appreciate you coming in her house soaking wet." Jasper states. Amusement gleams in his black eyes. Elvira taps his chest.
"You need to go eat, mister. I will see you at the house." She slips out of his arms. She claps her hands and the dragons begin to follow her. She clasps her hands behind her back as her eyes roam the forest surrounding her. She finally stumbles upon the house Jasper pointed at. She slowly ambles to his dwelling.
The house is a rather large, graceful house, rectangular and well-proportioned, painted a faded white. The southern wall is almost entirely made of glass, with a view of the river Elvira saw while walking over. She notices that steel stutters which cause her to furrow her eyebrows in confusion. It is three stories tall, with a deep porch that wraps around the front of the house and painted white. Elvira holds her hand down in a fist. This motion commands the dragons to lay outside and not to go anywhere. Vera and Sullivan huff before doing what they are told. Rowan lays her head on Shea's stomach while Duncan breaths fire from his nose in anger. "Duncan," Elvira growls warningly. Duncan lowers his head in submission, relaxing his body. She skips up the steps and takes a step into the threshold.
The first story is open and bright, with few internal walls, with a wide central staircase to the left. There is a raised area with a grand piano in the center to the right as well as a dining room and kitchen. Elvira allows her fingers to glide against the wall, and she saunters up the staircase. She sees a display case hanging on the wall with various graduation caps. She cocks an eyebrow and enters the room which is located at the top of the staircase.
She immediately determines this room as Rosalie and Emmett's room by the decorations. Mostly the huge dent in the flooring gives away that Emmet is most likely occupying the place. Elvira moves clockwise throughout the second floor, stumbling upon Jasper's study, Alice and Jasper's room, and their attached closet that is larger than the room itself. Elvira shakes her head, a small smile gracing her lips.
"Same old Alice." She giggles softly before continuing her small journey. Her smile drops when she comes across Carlisle's office and that he shares with Esme and her study including their private library. She tethers her bottom lip between her teeth. She's not entirely sure how she will be able to control her anger around him after everything that he has done to her. She emits a bitter laugh. Lastly, she wonders to the third floor. She snorts seeing a bed in Edward's room. Well, Edward and his mate must get it on when his family leaves. She grits her teeth while passing Carlisle and Esme's room as she masked her way back outside. She is greeted with the sight of Rowan pinning Jasper down on the ground. He desperately looks at Elvira for help.
"She won't let me up." He snarls in annoyance. Elvira whistles and Rowan immediately release Jasper, sprinting towards Elvira. Rowan buries her head on Elvira's stomach. Elvira calmly hums. Jasper gets back up to his feet. He brushes off the dirt on his clothes when his ears hear the rest of his coven approaching. He glances over to see Elvira tensing up and he concludes that she hears them too. Elvira smiles nervously at the shocked and surprised looks the Cullens give her when they pause in their run.
"Hi." Elvira waves her hand like a shy child being introduced to a new class. Vera and Sullivan briefly look at the vampires before going back to their wrestling match. Duncan yawns, laying his head on his arms. Shea rolls over lazily breathing smoke in a greeting. Rowan stands on her hind legs and waves her one arm at them.
"Elvira." Carlisle breaths out. Elvira's eyes harden.
"Carlisle." She snarls. Sensing her vexation, the dragons become temperamental.
