Take my advice, don't get an iPod Shuffle.
Even though it is the cheapest option, you're better off getting an iPod Nano.

WHY?
1. The Nano actually has a screen
2. The Nano also has a radio
3. The Shuffle breaks WAAAAY TOO EASILY.
My old one accidentally got slammed in the car door and it was a piece of crap afterwards. The back came clean off.
My new one just got caught on something in Walmart and the back came clean off.

It's crap.
