I spend 3 days finding a home, i finally found one in a cave. it was nice and dark. near the water. it was perfect. its going to take some time getting use to not being in the nighto'sphere. fionna was sleeping while i was in searching for a home. she was sleeping peacefully, no more possessing and junk .It was great seeing her happy and not at all emotionless and stuff. but it sucked that its been days without seeing her.

i settled into my house and bought new cloths. no more royal uniforms and stuff. but i did have one in my closet ,just in case i need it. i bought some apples and strawberries for my fridge.and my guitar was next to the couch. i was all settled.

hmm...maybe i should check up on fi.. it was night time so i didn't need my umbrella.. her tree house wasn't far from my house.i was on my way and arrived. i knocked on the door

"yes?" a voice called out

"it's Marshall.." i said. cake opened the door wearing a pink ribbon on her neck that made her caramel and white coat look perfect

"oh Marshall! I'm glad your here! fi is just getting ready! you should go and find yourself a fancy suit, we're going to a party!" she said. i guess it wouldn't be bad going to a party, i was lucky that i still had one of my royal uniforms in my closet. i flew quickly to my house and came back with it on.

"whoa! that was fast! i didn't even need to close the door!" cake joked. she let me in and told me to have a seat

"fi is almost ready. and my word..that's a very beautiful red military uniform. where did you get it?" she asked

"As formal king of the nighto'sphere, my mother thought it be nice to have me wear these" i said

"oh? so your not king?"

"i am..king of the vampires but not the king of the nighto'sphere" i chuckled. she chuckled along with me.

"oh sweet pea!" cake awe. i turned at the direction she was looking at. there was fionna...her hair was down long , blond and curly reaching her ankles. she was wearing a dark grey bell dress with white ribbons hanging from her waist, she looked beautiful...

"hello your Majesty" fi joked chuckling

"hello princess" i said bowing down to her. she came up to me and hugged me. i hugged her back and let go

"i know what your thinking...whats with this color? well i'll tell you, every royal has there own color. like prince gumball, he has pink, lumpy space has purple, cloud kingdom was white. blah blah you, your red for the nighto'sphere as for me and cake, we have armor color. so it suits us well" she smiled confidently. it was too cute

"actually i wasnt thinking that...i was just thinking of how pretty you looked" i told her. she started blushing

"yes..well with that said, cake! give me my bag and portable sword please!" cake did what she was told and had a white purse with a pink sword key chain. "shall we go?" she asked looking at both of us

"ok sugar!" cake yelled running out the door turning big, fionna grabbed my hand and followed cake out the door and we were on our way.

"so Marshall.." fionna said catching my attention on cakes back "why were you so nice to me back in the nighto'sphere? you could had kill right there"

"heh..i'm not as evil as my mom. i couldn't help but become interested in you when i heard you killed millions of demons" i chuckled

"well yea! that's me! wanna go fight something after the party?" she said excitedly

"sure" i chuckled

"yea!! my first time in weeks!" she yelled punching the air. i laughed at her behavior. we arrived at PGs pink castle

"everyone! thank you for coming! well.. it is your party fionna so..glad you came to your party!" he joked making us laugh "Marshall, cake" he smiled, we smiled back

"wheres monochromicorn?" cake asked PG

"he's in the garden" cake quickly stretched out to the window. "please you two, enjoy your time" he said walking away. music started playing

"would you like to dance?" i asked

"i don't dance" she said looking at me like i was crazy

"come on, its not that hard" i said taking her hands. "step on my feet" she did as told. i started flying in the air

"whoa!" she panicked

"its ok.. just relax and i'll lead" i danced with fi in the air, she shyly smiled, i began to sing while dancing

fionna eyes widened, she turned red and smiled. everyone cheered clapping. oh.. i didn't realize people were listening..

"that was beautiful! did you write it?" fi asked

"kinda.. its something that i just thought of just now.." i smiled

"wow.. thats amazing! your very talented!"

"not as talented as you" i smirked referring to her fighting skills

"oh shutup!" she laughed punching my arm softly. i placed her back on the ground and we walked to the balcony "marshall.."

"yea?"

"what happened when you left the nighto'sphere? was your mom upset when we left?"

"she was at first.. until i said some things to her.."

"what kinds of things?"

"i don't know.. its just.. she never loved me..she never showed it..so i wouldn't really know it..she trapped me there so she can punish me for never coming back when she lost me! i was alone.. 996 years ago.. A woman found me when we were the last ones that survived the mushroom war..she took care of me..her name was Betty.. She told me she was a geologist. and found this gold tiara.. It had red gems. it made her crazy every time she puts it on, she shoots ice and had blue skin..i begged her not to put it on anymore but she wanted to protect us..it went to far and she left me..she was closest thing i had for a mother..i told my mom that i knew she didn't love me..and she looked like she was sad about it..but i don't think that was the case" i said whipping away a tear

"Marshall.. I'm sorry that happened..but wait..did you say a gold tiara with red gems? and she had blue skin and shoots ice?" she asked

"Yeah, and white hair why?"

"Oh, Um..no reason..anyways..wanna ditch this party and go on an adventure?" She laughed

"Isn't this your party fi?" i chuckled

"Gumball wouldn't mind. He knows i always leave"

"Alright, lets go!" i said picking her up and started flying

"This is amazing!!" she shouted.

"Glad you like the breeze.." i laughed. we heard a high pitch laugh and a male scream . we looked below us and saw a woman with a blue bell dress and long white hair chasing a running hot dog. what the..?

"Oh no! ice queen! Marsh, put me down!" fi told me. i placed her on the ground. she took out her sword key chain and it grew to a actual sword!

"Ahh, princess fionna! where have you been all this time?" she laughed. She looks like someone i know..

"Don't worry about it! stop chasing hot dog prince and go away!" fi shouted

"Princess, she has turtle, lumpy space, wildberry, slime and turtle prince captured in her kingdom." hot dog prince said

"Oh heck no! ice queen! I'm tired of you! Release those princes!" fi yelled

"No!! you cant make me! i'll make one of them my husband once i decide!" she laughed. so..she likes kidnapping princes? what an odd lady. fionna looked at me with a concerned eyes..the wind blew in her bangs, she mouth 'i'm sorry', ice queen shot ice from her hands shooting at fionna. wait.. ice? blue skin? white hair?..

"You're always a pain ice queen! why you never give up?! You crazy hag!" fionna shouted jumping above her head kicking her golden tiara with red gems off her head.. ice queen..

"Betty!?" i shouted . ice queen fell from the air. i flew to catch her. she looked at me surprised "Betty..i finally found you.." i started to cry. fionna kicked her off my arms

"Wha-what the hey fionna!?" i shouted angry. why would she do that!?

"Marshall..." she said stomping her foot on Betty's stomach.

"Stop! you're hurting her!" i hissed, i never thought i do this to fionna..but she was hurting my Betty! basically my mother! She pointed the sword at her face. the same things she did back when we were fighting in the nighto'sphere

"Marshall..she doesn't know who you are.." she said not looking at me

"What are you talking about!? Of course she does!" i cried

"No Marshall..This woman is your Betty, but her memory fated away years and years ago..the tiara made her crazy..the tiara took over her mind. shes been kidnapping princes for years..she lives in the ice kingdom alone with penguins..she doesn't know you Marshall" her eyes went cold

"You're lying!" I hissed. she took her foot off of Betty.

"Go ahead..i've known this woman for years. Go a head and ask her if she knows you" she was being so cold..why? Was she saying true..? Or was this a side to her that i never knew?

"Betty..?" i called. ice queen held her head. i flew closer to her. "Betty?" she looked at me slowly

"Betty? who's Betty? and who are you?" she asked confused. my heart sank..its true.. she's lost it..she was no longer my betty..i began to sob.. she looked at her side and put on the tiara and began to fly again

"Hahaha!! fionna! i wont let you ruin my plan !" she laughed as she shot sharp ice crystals at fi. she didn't dodged in time and got stabbed Next to her temple. blood fill the air..ice queen flew off grabbing the screaming hot dog prince. i stood there looking at fionna..she wasn't moving..

"Fionna..?" I called in a whisper. she still didn't move..blood was leaving her head fast. i rushed to her. "fionna!" i called louder

"I'm sorry Marshall..i just didn't want you to get hurt when you found out who ice queen was.." She whispered in pain. i held her head closer to my body

"Its ok..You'll be ok..I promise.."
