Marshall

~The next day~

I wondered where fi was at right now.. I knew I shouldn't have left her like that but.. sigh

I stood in front of a mirror as the demon servants dressed me for the big day. A black tuxedo with a red tie. they were working on the sewing. it was morning time and the wedding was going to start around lunch time.. forget that, I'm not marrying that thing, I had a plan..and I hope it works..

"Leave everyone" I said

"But sir, we're almost done-"

"Leave!!" i hissed at them with my demon eyes. they were frightened and ran out. The suit was unfinished but it wasn't bad

"Marshall!" mother slammed open the door. "you look so handsome!" she said happy holding her hands together in awe

"Whatever mother.." i mugged

"Lets practice the wedding" she said

"Whatever.."

Fionna

Cake and i slept all night in the fire garden. it wasn't so bad, the fireballs kept us warm. I'm pretty surprised that it became cold at night, I mean, it is the nighto'sphere.. its surrounded by lava and stuff.

"So what we going to do now?" cake asked getting smaller landing on my shoulder

"We are going to wait for the wedding and crash it" i said

Marshall

Ok, todays the day..i hope this plan works. i took out a small bag of death dust and put it inside my suit. yes, i am going to kill a demon that is impossible to kill. but this is some of the rarest dust ever! i was lucky to have it, i stole it from a wizard that was goofing off in the nighto'sphere. theres no other way this plan can fail.

"Lord marshall, its time" a servant told me. i didn't answer. i slammed open the ball room door and walked down the isle. there were dozens of random demons sitting down looking at me. mother was at the front smiling while the lich was standing inpatient , i reached the front and waited.

The lichs lich came in not wearing a dress just the same green rag she had yesterday at dinner. thats good. she'll look ugly in a dress anyways ,in anything actually. she reached the front and stood next to me, agh gross, i couldn't even look at her. the demon in front of us started the vow. man, this isn't how i picture my wedding. i rather have fionna be my bride.. oh how i wish she was here to help me out, i wonder where she was

"Marshall, do you take this demon to be your bride" the demon asked. i didnt say anything, i reach for my pocket and threw the death dust at the lich. her roar filled the whole ball room and turned to dust.. there.. its over.."uhh...how bout no" i said

"Marshall! what did you do!?" mother shouted. the lich started laughing. soon after, fionna came slamming through the door beside cake and the fireballs behind her

"Marshall!" she called

"Foolish marshall, did you think killing my lich will stop me from destroying the world?"

"W-what do you mean..?" i hesitated

"I discovered that i didnt need my creation . all I needed was your blood" he laughed

"What do you mean?" mother asked confused

"Its the vampire kings blood that is powerful enough to kill all life 10x as better then i can alone!" He laughed lifting his hand in front of me

"Get away from him you lich!" fionna shouted running towards us taking out her portable pink crystal sword

I felt my body feel weak... the lich was stealing my blood from my bodies pores. i couldn't fight.. i couldn't turn into a bat..i couldn't fly away.. i was powerless. fionna was about to stab the lich when he pushed her away with his gravity and threw her across the room making her slam into the wall

"Fionna!!" cake shouted

"I have the blood of the vampire king! i shall now leave here and destroy life!" he laughed and left in his portal. i saw fionna reach me

"Marshall! stay with me!" she cried . she had a huge cut on her head, making her bleed like crazy

"Fi.. i really wish it was you that i was marrying.." I chuckled making her blush like crazy

"Dont say that! your not going to die!!" she cried. i saw the fireballs around her spin around like crazy

"Oh no.." cake cried

"Heh.. i love you.. dont forget that fi.." i knew i was a goner. out of the 1003 years of living, this is how i was going to die. she closed her eyes and cut her wrist making her bleed like crazy

"Fi, what are you-!" i asked before i was cut off by fi putting her bleeding arm in my mouth. her sweet blood filled my mouth wonderfully. it was my first time drinking human blood instead of the red from objects. fi was crying

"Im not letting y-you die!" she cried

I didn't do anything, it was dead silent around us. i grabbed fis arm and took more of her blood. i stopped seconds later feeling a whole lot better. she was smiling then hugged me tight.

"You dumb dumb! you're not allow to die!" She cried harder. I chuckled

"Glob fionna ,I was actually expecting a good bye kiss, not this" i laughed

"Shut up!" she laughed punching my arm softly

"Oh marshall, I'm so glad your better! But , we have to go back to aaa, the lich is going to kill all life if don't stop him!" cake worried. i stood up

"I don't have a portal, i cant take us out of here.." I told her

"Yes you can" mother walked up to us. everyone was staring at us all. "i'll break the spell" she said breaking the spell with her hands "i didn't want this to happen to you marshall.. I'm so sorry.." she said almost crying

"Mother...i don't think i can ever forgive you.. you lied to me about keeping fi safe. you practically sold me off to the lich ,its not something that can be easily forgotten .I'm out of here..!" i said opening a portal, grabbed fis hand and ran out of the portal , cake and the fireballs followed.

We got out the portal to see that the lich didn't do much yet. The sun was burning my skin! fionna quickly took out a portable umbrella and gave it to me. the fireballs flew away towards the volcano. guess they were free from the nighto'sphere and decided to go home. one big fire glob stood in front of fi

Fionna

The biggest fireball from the group stood in front of me

"Thanks for your help little one.." i said. the fireball danced around me and flew in my arms. it wasn't hot..i was warm enough to cuddle with and to sleep with,i hugged it wishing it goodbye and it took off with its group..

"Lets get going fi" cake told me

"Right..marshall.. i want you to go home. you're not strong enough to help me fight the lich" i said

"No way! I'm going with you!"

"No marshall! you need rest! you only got bits of my blood in your body! you'll feel better after a rest.." i said putting my hand on his cheek. he gave me a sad look.

"Okay fi..just..please be carful.." he said before giving me a big kiss on the lips. he smiled then walked away towards his house holding up my umbrella. guess he still didn't have enough energy to fly. i was blushing like a tomato again from his kiss!

"Heh fionnas got a boyfriend! fionnas got a boyfriend!" cake sang

"Shut up cake" i chucked

"Yeah well, We gotta cover up those wounds. lets go to the tree house quickly to bandage you up then find the lich and take Marshall's blood back!..no matter how gross that sounds" she laughed as she grew bigger to carry me

We went inside the tree house

"Sit down baby, ima get the first aid kit" cake told me stretching towards the bath room. i sat down on the couch.. Weird, i didn't even feel the wounds on my head and arm. it was like they weren't there. cake came back with the first aid kit and put alcohol on my cuts.

"Owww!!! cake!?" i cried

"This is help them heal! now sit still!" she said. the pain was unbearable but i got use to it. cake put 2 bandages on me. one on my head and one on my arm.

"Thanks cake"

"No problem sweet pea" she smiled. the phone rang and i picked it up

"Fionna! we need your help! the lich is killing my candy people!" Prince Gumball shouted through the phone
