1 week later, Fontaine's pov:

I've spent the entire week thinking about Finn. By that I mean I've been wondering where he is, if he's ok, and possibly thinking about how cut he is. I may have a problem. Anyway, true to his word, they didn't attack our sub for the whole week. Dad thought it was strange, but he didn't worry about it.

So just like I promised, after Ant was in bed I told mom I was gonna go look for a box I'd found earlier that day. Mum said I had an hour, so I headed out. When I reached the cave, Finn was there.

"Hey angel girl!" He grinned, pulling out his guitar.

"Angel girl?" I asked, confused. I sat down, and pulled my guitar out too.

"Well if I pirate boy then your angel girl!" He answered smirking.
I rolled my eyes.

For the next hour, we played the guitar. There were a few blush moments. First, he moved My hand across and we both blushed. Skin to skin contact is awkward!

Then as we got ready to leave, he leaned in and kissed me. I blushed brighter than a tomato. That was my first kiss!

He smiled a toothy grin at me and then swam home, whilst waving goodbye.

Fontaine's pov cont: next day

Ant stormed into my room that morning and sat on my bed.

"Mom and dad want to talk to you." He cackled evilly. I wondered want on earth could be wrong. Did they know about Finn? No Rhys impossible. Calm down Fontaine.

So I headed out, and saw mom and dad.

"Sweetie, we are going exploring near a new area. Unfortunately the pirates might be there. So, because of your.......... encounter with Finn last time, we thought you might stay here." Mom said when she noticed I was there.

"What? He did that not me!" I said, trying to sound offended.

"Relax fontain! We know that. But we don't want him anywhere near you. Pirates can't be trusted." Mom smiled lovingly.

Internally I was screaming. "Ok mom! I can pilot though I guess." I sighed.

"Yes you can! You'll be in charge of the moon pool. If we end up in an emergency, you'll phone woa, and then open it up for us." Dad nodded while he put on his rebreather mask.

Ant had been staring at me the entire time. Suddenly he got an even wider smirk and signed to me in our old language. When we were little, we made it to talk.

He signed: "Meet me in the no camera room. Ok?"

"Ok." I agreed. Mom thankfully didn't notice, and so we headed out to get on our gear.

"Soooo, you and Finn?" Ant asked casually.

I chocked on my drink and then blushed. "What makes you think that?!" I asked now completely freaking out.

"Your reaction to mom and dad. They didn't notice, but you tried to go defensive and failed miserably. Don't worry, I won't dob on you." He smiled. "Just promise you'll never choose him over me!" He ordered.

"Little Brother, I would never." I grinned holding out my pinkie.

He smiled again. 'Okay! I trust you." He said locking my finger with his.

I hugged him. "Thanks ant. Until they see he's not a threat, he has to be a secret."

And so mom dad and ant headed out on the rover/knights.
I didn't have to do much, just wait in the moon pool room and be ready. And boy did I get the fright of my life when Finn jumped in and hugged me from behind.

"Finn! What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Two reasons beautiful!"

"Which are?" I asked with a smirk.

"One: to do this." He said as he leaned in and kissed me.

This time, I responded to the kiss, and we sat there with arms around each other, panting for breath as we kissed for what felt like eternity.
"And two?" I asked huffing slightly. Although it wasn't my first kiss,(he already took it) it was amazing.

"And two is to ask you: will you be my girlfriend?" He asked pulling a completely adorable face.

I jumped up and down shrieking. "Yes!!!!!!!" I yelled happily.

He stood up and spun me then kissed me again. This time, his hands went lower. He deepened the kiss, but As he did, I heard a beep. Mom was calling!

"Sorry finn I have to check that out!" He sighed an then grabbed my hand as I went to the main deck. "Aronax to rover whats wrong?" I called them.

"We have got to return! The pirates are leaving but we are running out of air!" Dad yelled.

"Ok! I'll open the moon pool!" I yelled back. I ran back down the corridor. It seemed Finn had already taken off, and he left me a note! Focus Fontaine. Read it later. I chanted to myself.

I opened the moon pool up, and let Mom and Dad in. Hopefully in all the commotion they didn't see a certain blue eyed rogue swim away from the aronnax.

Ant's pov:

I was actually really happy for Fontaine. If she's happy, I'm happy! So is Jeffrey! But I'm not good at telling lies. I hope they don't get suspicions......

Finn's pov:

Tonight I told my dad I liked Fontaine. Instead of cracking it, he seemed to think I could use her for information. Well, not on my watch! He can leave her the fuck alone!
But if he thought that, I'd never have to worry about being allowed to see her. Somewhere beneath that nasty outside, I hoped he might be happy for me.

Kaiko's pov:

Something had been playing on my mind. After Fontaine opened the moon pool, I could have sworn someone swam out! But she'd never let someone else in. So I trusted it was okay. But she seemed unusually happy. Oh well, if it's a once off, I could ignore it........

Fontaine's pov:

After bed time, I opened the note from Finn. It read:

"Dear Fontaine, thankyou for being my girlfriend. I love you very much. Tonight, after lights out, meet me in the basement with no camera's.
Happily your Finn.

Again, I'm blushing. So I went downstairs and saw Finn, sitting there.

"Hey Finn!" I smiled. 'So you didn't really leave."

"Oh I did! When Ant swam out I came in." He laughed.

He leaned in and kissed me again, and then pulled back.

"Let's play 20 questions!" He smiled.

"Okay!" I agreed.

"I'll go first. How old are you?" He began.

"16. You?"

"17. He smirked. Okay, what's your favourite hobby?"

"Playing guitar. You?"

"Umm, cooking! Okay, how long have you lived in the ocean?"

"15 and a half years! You?"

"Since I was born. Who is your best friend?"

"Jess Matthews. You?"

"Don't have one. Well except for you....... Favorites food?"

"Umm, pizza! You?"

"Donuts!"

We could've gone on all night, but I accidentally fell asleep on him and he had to go home. So like a gentleman, he carried Me to my room and kissed me goodnight.

"I love you Fontaine." He whispered

"I love you too pirate boy." I whispered back, before falling asleep.
