Sky's POV

I woke up ,unintentionally early in the morning. (Probably like, 4 AM in real life)
Sitting up from the pastel pink bed, with the dark pink blanket on my lap, i rub my eyes to clear up my vision. I look out the candy balcony, to see that the sun was just about to rise, a shade of midnight blue slowly fading into a lighter shade of the colour. "Beautiful..." i mumbled out, witnessing this wonderful view, i slowly started dozing off back to sleep and pulled the covers up onto my neck.

~TIMESKIP~

Finn's POV

I was patiently waiting infront of the candy castle doors for Sky. Today was the day wherein i would show her around Ooo.

The doors open revealing Peppermint Butler and Sky in a pink and (F/C) frilly, sleeveless dress. "oh, hi...um, Finn?" She greeted while waving at me in a shy manner.
"Yep! Name's Finn!" I replied enthusiastically.
"Shall we start?"
"Yeah..." then she went ahead.
"Wait, Finn, the princess said to keep your eyes on her. Make sure she's safe." Peppermint butler called out.

"Pfffft...Ofcourse!" 'They can trust me! I mean come on! I'm the hero of Ooo for glob's sake.'

"Good..." he says before returning inside the castle.
"Uhh...so where or what is this place? Why is it all candy? WHY are there LIVING CANDY people?" She immediately asks one after another.

"Woah woah woah! Hold your horses, one question at a time please." she stood still, Staring at me waiting for an answer, which was kind of unsettling. Nevertheless, I cleared my throat. "THIS place with the 'living candy people' is called the 'Candy Kingdom' and honestly who knows why or how this place is full of candy stuff."

The kingdom was very lively, with most of the candy children running around playing, and with the candy people minding their own businesses.

"Hm..." she was now observing her newly found surroundings as she walked beside me on the candy path, astonished.
I silently chuckle at her curiosity, Dude! she stared at every candy citizen that passed by!
"Now c'mon! This way." I say, softly grabbing her hand to guide her.

~SKIP~

"Now this is the ice kingdom...be careful though, the ice king rules this place..."
Right after i said that, as if on cue an icicle of clear ice shot down onto the ground between me and Sky.
"Gaahh!" We dodge.

"AHAA~HAHAHAHAAAAA!!!"
That familiar laugh which Jake and I have already gotten used to...

I looked over at Sky, she was standing in shock, looking at the clear icicle in front of her. She looked up trying to figure out where it came from, her eyes lead up to the 'Ice King'.

"Ice King!" I yell, taking my sword out.
Sky looked at my sword surprised.
"AHAAAHAHAHA~! Hello, Finn! who are we with today?" I assumed that he was referring to Sky. With a mischievous smirk on his face, he closed in on Sky. Probably just mistook her for a new princess...
Wait...Oh no, this is bad!

"Stay away from her!" I warn holding my sword infront of me with Sky hiding behind my back. Then he swooped down and took Sky away from the ground. (How he managed to do that is a mystery)
"Aaaagh!" She screamed.
"Ice king! Put her down!" I tried to hit him with my sword, but failed. Seeing that he's flying up in the air and i'm just down here on the ground.

"Fool, do you really think i'd give her up that easily?" (Cmon let's be honest here u0u).
I stopped swinging my sword at him upon realization.
"Heheh, thought so. Goodbyeee~!" Then he flew away to his frozen castle carrying Sky on his shoulder.
"Hey!" I ran after him.
'I'll get in trouble for this!'

Sky's POV

Shiver shiver

The breeze felt cold on my skin as i was being carried to an ice castle.
"Uhh...excuse me, sir. But could you please put me down now? Its freezing cold..." i know pleading won't help but it was worth a try.
"Don't worry sweetie, i'll just give you some hot coco when we get there."
He, for some reason, replied with a sweet tone of voice. Despite the fact that he is kidnapping me at the moment.

"Hnng..." i pressed my lips together with a worried expression plastered across my face.

I looked down onto the snowy ground below us, and saw Finn trying to catch up. Then eventually,He slowly faded away from my peripheral vision, maybe he wasn't fast enough to catch up with us.

I felt the ice king landing infront of what i would guess was an open window to his castle.
Upon entering through the window he put me inside a cage and locked it with a very thick ice padlock.
(Yay for everything ice...)

"H-hey!" I shake the thick bars of ice hoping to somehow break it, Which...well didn't work.
"Yes?" He stops on his tracks (???) and looked back at me.
"Why am i being put in this cage?" I ask confused. (But not agitated)

"Because you'll escape, like what every princesses i've brought here did..." what? Does he do this often?
"Well, most of the time they get 'rescued' by Finn..." he pouted with a grumpy face.

"But i'm not a princess..." i notify him.
"What, Really? Then why were you with Finn?" He asked surprised.
"Because he was showing me around...Ooo?"
"Hngeh? He's usually with princesses-" he walks up to the cage and unlocks it letting me out. "So i assumed you were one..."

"Sorry..."
"That's okay...i guess?"  I'm just confused with all this...
Then i shudder from the cold atmosphere inside his...well...uh, house? It doesn't really look much like the inside of a castle.

"Brrr..." i rub my arms to try and generate heat to warm myself with, it ended up not working. I'm practically inside a giant freezer on max settings!
After my failed attempt of warming myself up, i sat on one of his...ice sofas, which doesn't really help with my current problem of wanting warmth. It felt solid and flat under my buttocks.

"Oh, here have some hot coco." He beckons a...penguin? Over, to hand me a warm cup of hot coco.
I pick up the cup (which somehow balanced itself) from the top of the small penguin's head.
"Uhh...thank...you." The last part drifting off as my eyes followed the penguin's back, exit to another room.

I took a long sip from the cup, and felt a blanket being placed over my shoulders. I look behind me and saw that it was the ice king who had placed it there, i smiled at him which he returned with a goofy one.

Well me, being me, i observe the inside of the room that i am currently in, there was the ice cage, a picture frame of a blond girl wearing a bunny hat with a white spotted cat. Then there was a corner full of instruments.

"Why do you have so many instruments?" I ask pointing my head at the instrument corner.
"Oh, those? I tried to make past kidnapped princesses play them..."

"I know how to play them all though, not to brag." He winks.
Then he walks up to the drumset and starts playing it.
'He's actually pretty good at it'
"Hey...do you mind if i try the keyboard?"
I stood up and walked over to the keyboard, placing my hand on one of the keys and pressing down, it made a 'mi' note/sound.
He stopped playing the drums and looked at me.

"Sure...? Oh my glob you're like the 3rd person whose ever asked me that!"
"What?" I raise a brow and laughed softly.

I sat down and started playing a song on the piano...which awfully sounded familiar, but i shrugged it off and just played the piece with my eyes closed wanting to hear the song's melody clearly.

CRASH!

I cringed which ruined the song. I opened my eyes and saw that Finn had barged in along with Jake and landed on some of the instruments.
"ICE KIING!" Finn lunged at the ice king and started hitting him with his sword.
"Ow! Ow! Oww! Hey!" The ice king was covering his head to protect it from being hit.
"Where's Sky?!" Finn asks in a loud voice, still continuously hitting the ice king.
"F-Finn! Stop! You're hurting him!" I run over to Finn and held him by the arm to stop him from hitting the ice king.
"Hey wh- Sky!" He sheathed his sword and
Turned to me, grabbing my hand.
He placed me up on top of Jake's back and did the same for himself.

Jake exited the castle and started running away from the ice kingdom.

"Finn! Where are we going?" I ask, a bit frantic.
"Away from the ice king." He blatantly answers my question.
"But why?" This was all just a misunderstanding.
"He's evil!"
"Uh, he's not..." i counter. "Wha-? What makes you say that?" He looks at me over his shoulder with a confused look.
"Because...he's not evil...?"

"What???" He remained confused.
"Uhh,Nevermind..." he shrugs it off.
"Hey, Finn...I think it's gonna rain..." Jake told Finn.

Hearing what he said, I looked up at the dark cloudy sky.
It actually looked like it was gonna rain...really hard...
(I know that you know where this is goin)

And then as if on cue, i felt a drop of water fall down onto my nose, i wiped it off.
Then one drop came after another, and soon it was raining hard.
"Don't worry!" Jake said, before stretching his skin to form a roof thing above me and Finn to avoid getting soaked in the rain.

This stretching ability looked so weird...and painful! It'll take me sometime to get used to it.

It didn't take long before we reached a big,no...HUGE treehouse.
