THIS IS MY #1 OTP SHIP!!!! I SHALL DISOWN ANYPONY WHO THINKS OTHERWISE!!!! (Coughs) sorry, got a little winded there. I just adore this ship! I know what you're thinking: Why this, of all ships? Why not other Sombra x ____ ships? Well, here's why.
1. They both have a grudge against Equestria. Tempest because her friends ditched her, Sombra because the princesses trapped him in ice for 1000 years.
2. They both have weird horns. They have odd abilities, and might bond over them if, say, Sombra was reformed and met her.
3. They are both war ponies. Tempest is a GENERAL for Celestia's sake, and Sombra is the king of an empire with a strong military.
4. They both have dark, edgy personalities. Sombra wanted to enslave ponies? Boi, please, Tempest turned 3 of the princesses into STONE in under 5 minutes. You simply can't compete with that.

I think that she's kind of made for him. The only problem is that age gap. But, ages aside, this is a really creative ship and I don't see it that often.
