Kohana's POV Next Day (Friday)

(Chirp)

Kohana: "Ughhh..." I groaned as I carefully got out of bed. Dried blood covered the sheets and also stained my clothes. I sighed and headed for the bathroom to fill the tub with water. "Damn..." I winced as I ripped the clothes off of me and got into the tub of warm water. I had cuts everywhere and now it's gonna be harder to cover them... Damn him to hell. Just because I couldn't get one painting doesn't mean he could beat me to the pulp...

(Ring)

Kohana: "Ugh..." I dried one hand and put the phone on speaker. "Hello?" My voice was barely a whisper. After all, my father 'taught' me how to shut myself up last night...

Father: "Hello Hikari. I'm surprised you're up this early."

Kohana: "I always get up this early." I muttered quickly.

Father: "I see... Well, I have another mission for you and I expect you to fulfill it. Understand?"

Kohana: I winced as I ran a piece of cloth over my arm. "Yes..."

Father: "Good. I know that you know who took the painting. I want you to get it back tonight or else I WILL search for 'him'."

Kohana: "NO!"

Father: "Then bring the picture tomorrow evening."

Kohana: "I will." I replied with venom in my voice and hung up. I stood up and got out of the shower of course after rinsing the conditioner off and such... "I will never let you find him." I hissed and grabbed some clothes out of my closet. (The clothes that were shown in the 2nd chapter...)(Also, forgot to mention this but Kohana's hair goes to her mid-back...) "...Even though I don't even know where he is... Did you find someone already Hiro?"

Third POV At LRN...

Hikari: "So... Who was she?" She asked as everyone else chilled on the stools.

Hiro: "Who was she?" He raised his eyebrows in confusion.

Hikari: "Hahh... Yesterday?"

Riki: "Oh! Friend of ours." He answered.

Hikari: "I... See..."

Boss: "By the way, how come all of you guys are here?"

Takuto: "Day off..."

Riki: "Same."

Kenshi: "Shift's in the afternoon."

Hikari: "Same."

(A/N: Hikari is similar to the MC. Working as a curator in the museum)

Hiro: "No classes."

Boss: "Geez... Well, do you all wanna read the magazine with---"

Takuto: "Hell naw beardy."

Hiro: "Nah, gotta study for next week."

Kenshi: "Tired."

Riki and Hikari: "Same..."

Boss: "Isn't there anything at all that you guys wanna do?"

All: "Not really..."

Boss: "Hahh... Suit yourselves."

Takuto: "Pork noodles."

Boss: "Alright alright... These guys really need to get a life..."

Kohana's POV Around 7 At Night... Same day.

I glanced at my watch as I was exiting a store. I'll just drop these cloths off at the apartment and then I have to do my mission... I unlocked the door once I arrived at the apartment...

Kohana: I headed for my walk in closet. Within the closet, was another door that require a key, which I wear around my neck... Anyway, I unlocked it and in front of me were several disguises. "I guess this'll do..." I muttered and put on a black wig. Great... I really look gothic now... All well, time to go...

After that, still in goth looking clothes, I started heading to the place where I've met the thieves who I don't know the name...

(A/N: Kohana (Hikari) travels around the world a lot so she never heard of the Black Foxes...)

Kohana: "I hope they won't recognize me..."

Kohana: I stood in front of a restaurant named Le Renard Noir. So I was here yesterday... I took a deep breath and casually walked in...

(Chime) (Silence)

Everyone stared at me as I walked to an empty table. I ignored the stares and stared hacking on my phone.

Third POV

All of the Black Foxes were in the kitchen when they heard the familiar chime but then silence.

All: "?"

Man 1: "Dude, she looks sexy."

Black Foxes: "???" They casually walked out to take orders. (More to see who they're talking about.) They walked out to see 3 boys around college age chatting by the stools.

Man 2: "She looks dangerous, but in a sexy way..."

Man 3: "Wonder what she's like in bed..."

They (Black Foxes) looked over to see a girl with black hair, goth-looking outfit, black criss-cross leggings, 2 inch high heels, a choker, long gloves that goes to the knuckles, black nail polish, and cute make-up.

(A/N: Takes too long to describe everything... Just look at the picture from ch. 2 if you didn't already :)

She did look sexy, but dangerous... No one can resist that angelic face...

Riki: "Hiro, can you take that girls' order? I'm kinda busy here."

Hiro: "Hai Rikkun! ♪"

Riki: (Mentally face-palms himself.)

Hiro's POV

Hiro: "Here's the menu miss." She slowly looks up and stared at my eyes for a second.

???: "(Gasp!)" She quickly looks down, blushing. "Thank you."

Hiro: "Yup! The name's Hiro, if you need me, you know where to find me." I smiled and she made a cute giggle. I felt glares at my back, but I ignored them. Wait a minute, she looks familiar... After I took her order, I went back into the kitchen, feeling dazed.

Man 1: "Hey, are you available?"

Hiro: "Huh?" I turned around and saw the 3 guys making their way over to her.

Man 2: "Why don't you sit with us?"

??? (A/N: Kohana): "N-No thank you..."

Man 3: "Come on, it'll be fun. Then we can have some fun afterwords..." The man touched her thigh.

???: "Eyahh!" She stood up so quickly that the chair beneath her got knocked over.

Hiro: "Leave her alone!" I quickly ran in front of her, blocking the guys' way.

Man 1: "Hey man, move it. We want the girl."

Hiro: "Remember who took your orders..."

Man 2+3: "Tch..."

Man 1: "You better move, or else."

Hiro: I glared at them and almost missed what the girl behind me said.

???: "... Now."

(Pssshhh)

The lights went off, making the room fill with blackness. In other words, very dark... (A/N: My sis and I made up that last sentence at the same time and I thought that was creepy... So I put it there lol)

Customers: "What's going on!?"

Boss: "Don't panic everyone! Everything's gonna be alright!"

Hiro: "!" I turned around to see the girl running away. "No way! Then was she the cause of this?!" I followed. She went to the basement. "?"

???: "So this is where the painting is..."

Hiro: "Who are you!?"

???: "!" The person put the painting in a plastic cylinder and threw a smoke bomb.

Hiro: "Wait! (Cough cough)." (A/N: With Takkun's choking face >.<) The painting! I managed to find the stairs and caught her running out the back door.

Kohana's POV

I ran out of the back door to find myself in an alley.

(Drip drip.)

Kohana: "Just my lucky day..." I muttered sarcastically and ran in the rain, believe it or not, in my 2 inch heels. It might not even be that tall but when you're running in a dark alley, with heels, and with someone chasing you, you better believe that it's hard...

(Footsteps)

Kohana: Oh god, he's fast!

(Slip)

Kohana: "Kyahh!"

(Crash)

Kohana: "Oww..." I hissed and rubbed my ankle. A cut formed on my ankle and the rain was rinsing the blood away. I slowly tried to get up only to fall back down. "Tch... I must've sprained it..." I winced as pain shot through my leg. He's gonna find me... I have to finish this mission... Or he'll start searching for my lover...

(Louder Footsteps)

Kohana: "No..." I started feeling dizzy and collapsed hard onto the ground...

Hiro's POV

Hiro: "Where did she go?" I looked around and gasped as the girl collapsed. "Hey! Are you alright?!" I knelt next to her and sat her up. I froze when she winced. "You sprained your ankle..." I muttered. I saw a thin line of blood trailing down her hairline and brushed it away with my finger tips. Why did she steal the painting and how did she know where it was?

Riki: "Hiro! Are you alright!?"

Hiro: "Guys..." I looked behind me as the others ran towards me.

Takuto: "Hate to ask but what are you doing?"

Boss: "Isn't she the girl that those guys were gawking at?"

Hiro: "Yeah..."

Kenshi: "Looks like she hurt herself, lets head back." He smiled and help us up.

Riki: "After that, you owe us an explanation about all of this."

Hiro: "Will do." I nodded and caught Hikari's eyes, who then looked away quickly. "?"

Hikari: "Come on, the faster the better..." She muttered and went back to LRN first.

Still Hiro's POV

Riki: "You may explain now." He said after I gently lay the girl down on the bottom bunk bed.

Hiro: "Well..."

Hikari: "Hahh... How long are you gonna keep doing this Hiro?"

Hiro: "What do you mean?" I looked at her in confusion.

Hikari: "First you brought Kohana here yesterday and now you brought this girl."

Hiro: I looked down. "I just wanted to help her..."

Hikari: "... Fine." She turns around.

(Slam!)

All: "..."

Takuto: "Ya think she's on her time of the month?" 😇

Riki: "Doubt it..." 😑 "Um guys? I don't know how to word this but... Her clothes are still wet from the rain.

All: "..."

Riki: "And Hikari just left so..."

Takuto: "No way..." 😰

Boss: "If none of you are gonna do it then---"

All: "NO!" 😱

Boss: "Fine then..." (Pouts)

Riki: "That would be considered sexual harassment." 😊

Boss: "Come on guys! I'm not the kind of person that would take advantage of a sleeping woman!"

Riki: "I don't know..." He smirks.

Kenshi: "I can't do it... Hiro, you found the her, why don't you?" (Blushes)

Hiro: "Hikari won't approve."

Takuto: "Someone's gotta do it---"

Hiro: I stroked her hair and stopped when I saw a streak of orange. "?" I quickly covered it with strands of hair and turned to the others. "Fine I'll do it. I don't trust Rikkun or Boss. Takkun's just plain lazy and Kenny's too shy. I swear I won't do anything funny."

Riki: "First off, how come you don't trust me with her?"

Kenshi: "Come on leader..." Everyone pulled him out the door.

Hiro: "Heh..." I couldn't help but chuckle to myself.

(Click)

I got up and locked the door. (Not what you think lol!) And sat on the side of the bed. "..." Should I have told the guys that I figured out that she's wearing a wig? Ehh... I'll do that later... I slowly took off the wig now revealing a familiar face. "! Kohana!"

Hikari's POV (24)

LRN was empty since Boss closed early... Because of the accident of course...

Riki: "Hey, just curious."

Hikari: "What is it?" I looked at Riki.

Boss: "Are you jelly?"

Hikari: "About?" I tilted my head.

Kenshi: "Hiro with all of these girls."

Hikari: "Pfff! Course not!"

Takuto: "Liar."

Hikari: "..." I remained silent.

Riki: "It's not like he likes them 'that' way come on..."

Hiro: "! Kohana!"

All: "!?"

Riki: "Maybe he does like one of them...?"

Hikari: No way... "I'm gonna go check it out!" I exclaimed and ran upstairs, the others following in tow.

Riki's POV

She's jealous alright. I can tell by the look on her face. You might think that everything's gonna be a-okay after this. But trust me, this is only the beginning... It all started from when we busted through the room upstairs, finding a blushing Hiro who was standing about 5 feet away from the bed, holding clothes in front of his face in defense, and a beet red girl sitting on the bed (arms crossed over her chest) with nothing on except for the black lace bra and panties...
