Few Days Later At LRN...

Hikari's POV

Hikari: "Hey Hiro!" I smiled and hugged him from behind.

Hiro: "Huh? Oh... Hi." Hiro muttered, still looking dazed.

Hikari: "What's up? I was looking for you a couple of days ago after school..." I said, resting my chin on his shoulder.

(A/N: The day when Kohana showed up at his school...)

Hiro: "Oh... Sorry about that. I had to stay after school to work on a painting..."

Hikari: I wonder...

Riki: "Hey what's up?" Riki walked down the stairs while fixing his tie. "You're here early. Don't you have work today Hikari?"

Hikari: "Hmm? Oh yeah..." I nodded and grabbed my handbag. "See ya later Hiro!" I exclaimed with a bright smile and waited for a kiss.

But...

Hiro: "Yeah... See ya..." Hiro got up and walked past me, into the kitchen, helping himself to Riki's homemade miso soup.

Riki: "You better get going, I forgot to tell you that that clock's behind..."

Hikari: "WHAT?!" I quickly grabbed my file and other stuff. "I'll see you guys later bye!" I exclaimed and ran out the door.

Riki's POV

After Hikari left, Hiro and I burst out laughing.

Hiro: "Rikkun, that was mean. Lying to her like that..." Hiro said between laughs.

Riki: "Well..." I shrugged and sat on a stool. "If she stayed here any longer, she would've gotten suspicious from her lack of love from you."

Hiro: "You think so?"

Riki: "No kidding... Who knows how she'll act if she finds out about your and Kohana's relationship..."

Hiro: "Yeah I know... I'll figure something out."

Kenshi: "Hey, is Hikari not here?" Kenshi asked while coming in.

Riki: "How can you tell?" I smirked.

Kenshi: "Well... No offense but it's a little quiet in here..."

Riki: "Haha! True... All Hikari talks about is her nails..." I sighed.

Takuto: "Break up with her."

All: "?!?!"

Hiro: "When did you get here Takkun?!"

Takuto: "I was here the while time..."

Boss: "You guys didn't see him sitting there?"

Riki: "No sorry..."

Takuto: "I didn't want her to see me."

Riki: "That's funny..."

Boss: "Anyway... Shouldn't you guys be headed to work and school?"

Kenshi: "Oh yeah..."

Takuto: "Don't feel like it..."

Riki: "Well..." I stood up. "I have to leave. I gotta meeting in a half an hour."

Boss: "Have fun."

Riki: "Thanks... See ya." I made a peace sign and left.

Hiro's POV

(Click)

All: "..."

Hiro: "I gotta get to school." I said and headed out.

Takuto: "I'm gonna go to sleep..."

Boss: "Not on the floor Takkun!"

Kenshi: "I gotta get going too. Good luck on getting Takkun up boss!"

Boss: "Hey---"

(Slam)

Hiro: "You think we should've helped him?" I asked Kenshi as I got in his car.

Kenshi: "Nah... I think he'll be fine." He chuckled and started the engine. "How's Kohana?"

Hiro: "Good. She told me that her father is giving someone else her jobs... Don't know who though, she never told me..." I explained.

Kenshi: "That's pretty good. But kinda bad too..."

Hiro: "How come?"

Kenshi: "If Kohana's father is giving someone else her jobs, that means that he finds her useless and is gonna get rid of her sooner or later..."

Hiro: "..." I thought for a moment. "What should I do?"

Kenshi: "If you see her again after school today, then you gotta talk about it with her."

Hiro: "Alright." I replied and Kenshi stopped in front of my school. "Thanks."

Kenshi: "Yup! See you later at LRN! We have a mission tomorrow remember?"

Hiro: "Yup! Thanks Kenny!" I waved and got out of the car. I watched Ken's car drive away. "Don't worry... I'll protect you Kohana. No matter what..."

Kohana's POV One Hour Ago...

Kohana: "Ugh... Why do I have to wear a skirt?!"

Father: "Because it's the school uniform..."

Kohana: "Yeah but..." I have scars... Well... At least it's not THAT visible... It's not like someone's gonna stare intensely at my legs to see the scars... Brr... Just thinking about those kind of pervs is making me feel sick!

Father: "Going to an art school will help you improve your art skills."

Kohana: "Yes father..."

Father: "Now get going or you'll be late."

Kohana: "Yeah, bye." I grabbed my 'tracked' phone and left my apartment. I hid my phone beforehand in my bra. xD He'll never search me anyway...

By the time I got there, there were some students here and there.

Kohana: "This place is huge!" I stood there in awe. I glanced at my watch, it was 7... "I have an hour..." I muttered and sat next to a tree on a small hill. "Hahh... Will I fit in? School already started two months ago..." I sighed and laid on the soft grass. "I wish Hiro were here..." I muttered and fell asleep.

~~~ About 40 minutes later...

???: "Kohana? Kohana wake up..."

Kohana: "Mmm?" I slowly opened my eyes and gasped. "Hiro?! What are you doing here?!" I quickly sat up.

Hiro: "Hey ♪!!" He smiled and held his hand out in front of me.

Kohana: "Thanks." I smiled shyly and took his hand. He looked me up and down after he helped me up.

Hiro: "That uniform..." He started and I blushed.

Kohana: "Uh... My father sent me here... So..."

Hiro: "How long will you stay here?"

Kohana: "Til the end of the year most likely--- Kyahh!!!" Hiro picked me up bridal style and spun around.

Hiro: "Yay! You're going to my school! ♪!!!" He laughed and put me down:

Kohana: "Really?!" I couldn't contain my excitement.

Hiro: "Yup!" He popped the 'p'. "You're uniform proves it."

Kohana: "Oh my god that's amazing!" I smiled. "By the way... What were you doing up here?"

Hiro: "Oh, I usually come to this spot when I come to school early."

Kohana: "Really? Oh, sorry for taking your spot."

Hiro: "It's fine! It's nice to have company every once in a while. This'll be your spot too! ♪"

Kohana: "Hehe okay!"

(Ding ding)

Hiro: "Dang it, we have 15 minutes left til school starts!" He exclaimed and took my hand. "Lets run!"

Kohana: "What?! Eyahh!" I screamed as we ran down the hill.

Kohana: "I have to go to the office to pick up my schedule." She said as we were in front of my locker.

Hiro: "I can take you there." I offered with a smile.

Kohana: "Thanks." She blushed and together we walked towards the office.

Teacher: "This project will be due in two weeks... You can work with one partner---"

Hiro: "..." I was looking out of the window in a daze. I wonder how Kohana's doing in her class? I wished that we had the same classes...)

(Knock x3)

Teacher: (opens the door) "You must be the new student come in! Come in!"

Everyone: "???"

Teacher: "Everyone, we have a new student. Please introduce yourself."

Kohana: "Hi my name is Kohana Saki! It's nice to meet you!"

Hiro: "Huh?!" I looked over to see Kohana bowing. "Kohana?!"

Kohana: "Eh?" She looked up and stared at me wide eyed. "Hiro?!"

Hiro's Friend 1: "Hey! Isn't she Hiro's girlfriend!?"

College Boy: "No way! His girlfriend had brown hair..:"

Hiro: "Um... Well..." I started and everyone looked at me. "She dyed her hair red." I lied.

Hiro's Friend 2: "So she IS his girlfriend! Heyyy!"

Kohana: "Uhh... Hello." She waved shyly.

Teacher: "Since Miss. Saki knows you Hiro, is it okay that you both have the same schedule?"

Hiro: "! Of course ♪! Can she sit next to me too?"

Teacher: "If she wants to... Also, could you show her around? You two can leave early."

Hiro: "Alright!" I smiled and walked up towards Kohana. "I'm glad you're in this class." I gently took her hand. "Come on." I gently pulled her to an empty seat.

Kohana: "You don't mind me having the same schedule as you?"

Hiro: "Of course not! You're my girlfriend I wouldn't mind!" I smirked and she blushed.

Kohana's POV

Wow... If I get excited, would people think that I'm weird? I can't help blushing if he called me his girlfriend in front of the whole class... I just hope that I won't get a nosebleed... xD Hahhh... This'll be a great year...

Hikari's POV

Hikari: "Hmmm..." I was sitting in my room, looking at the pics of Hiro and me. "How come it looks like he's avoiding me?" I muttered sadly and slammed my phone on the table. "Is it..." Because of her?! It would make sense... NO! Hiro is mine! I cannot let that 'thing' have him! I'm more perfect! Beautiful! Intelligent! I don't even have a single scar on me! I smirked with pride. "The only one who deserves Hiro is me! That witch, can be alone forever! I'll get rid of her once and for all..." I laughed and grabbed my phone. "And who better to call than my own mother." I smiled and dialed. "She will pay, she will definitely pay!"

Kohana's POV Later In the Night... LRN

Kenshi: "You're in the same classes as Hiro? That's awesome!"

Riki: "Now you two can kiss and stuff more often." (Smirks)

Hiro & Kohana: "!!!"

Takuto: "Eww, can we change the subject... Maybe about tomorrow's mission?"

Kohana: "You guys have a mission tomorrow?" I asked.

Riki: "Yup. To steal another of the Japanese Leonardo Da Vinci's painting..."

Takuto: "Still, there's no way we can solve the puzzle if we don't have all of the paintings..."

Kenshi: "But we don't even know who stole that one painting at the cruise."

Kohana: "..."

Hiro: "..." Hiro side glances at me.

Kohana: "I don't know..." I muttered quietly.

Boss: "Well, lets not get in the dumps... We should worry about the next one..."

Riki: "Boss is right. You wanna help Kohana?" Riki smiled at me.

Kohana: "I might get in the way though... I mean like... We failed the last time because of me..."

Hiro: "Don't blame yourself Kohana." Hiro took my hand in his. "It's not your fault. I swear we'll get the next one."

Riki: "Of course." He smirked. "We failed plenty of times before."

Kenshi: "Uh, leader, that's not something to boast about..." Kenshi sighed.

Kohana: "Thank you so much! I promise I'll be useful to you guys!" I smiled and bowed.

Takuto: "... Fine..."

All: "?"

Takuto: (blushes) "You'll be fine."

Kohana: "Hehe thanks. Well I better get going guys. It's really late."

Hiro: "I'll walk with you back."

Kohana: "Thanks. See you guys tomorrow!"

All: "'Night Kohana!"

Hiro's POV

Hiro: "Well... Here we are." I said once we reached Kohana's apartment.

Kohana: "Thanks for walking me here." She turned towards me and smiled.

Hiro: "Anything for you." I smirked and embraced her tightly. "Goodnight my princess." I whispered and pecked her forehead.

Kohana: "!" She turned crimson and looked away for me.

Hiro: "Don't look away." I said quietly and lifted her face with my hand. "I'll see you tomorrow." I smiled and kissed her deeply. Once we pulled away, I watched Kohana walking into her apartment... I will later regret ever letting her go...

Kohana's POV

I walked into my apartment and was about to turn on the lights. A sudden noise made me turn around."!"

???: "You will never see Hiro again..."

Kohana: I felt something injected into my neck and gave in to the darkness.

Uh oh...
