The one thing King Daichi hated more than violence,was thieves.They snatch and take from everyone they can manipulate.Maybe there was one that could change his mind.

Daichi was sat on his golden throne,his crown atop his head,his guards surrounded him.The sun came through the stained glass windows.

His adopted son that went by the name of Hinata Shouyo,came dashing in.

Daichi had 10 adopted sons,most of them ended up dating each other,but they weren't related,so it was okay.

Their names were Asahi,Nishinoya,Tanaka,
Ennoshita,Kageyama,Hinata,
Yamaguchi,Tsukishima,
Kinnoshita,and Narita.

Daichi wasn't married,you see.He was gay,so having kids was impossible.At least in that universe.

"Father,a theif is on the loose.I saw him.I told the guards to beware of him,he had white hair and a pale face.He stole a sword,so I told the guards to look for him and a message has been sent so that everyone can stay in their homes"Hinata yelled.

Daichi stood up and patted Hinata gently on the head."You did well,now,go tell the others to get ready for dinner.I will hear no word of this at the table,ok?"Daichi said.

Hinata nodded and scampered off.Daichi had good control over his kids,even Asahi.Asahi was the same age as him,even though Daichi adopted him and they were the same age,Asahi still thought of him as a father,and his age was lowered for the newspapers so the public didn't think uh was weird.

Over dinner,even though Daichi wanted no talk of the theif,it was all that came up."You guys,are you that interested in the theif?"Daichi asked with a sigh."I was with Shouyou when we saw the theif.For now,we are saying it is a "he",but he looked quite feminine"Kageyama said."I see....I'll deal with it sooner,if you you all feel unsafe."

Dinner ended and Daichi sat alone at the table,he had two fingers on each of his temple's,thinking of what he could do.

Daichi then decided to go out in the night,with a sword,without guards,and try and find this thief.Whatever gender it was,it could still be out.

Daichi exited through his bedroom window,once he was ready,so the guards didn't get suspicious.

Daichi slid down the wall,digging his boots in so he wouldn't fall while sliding.It was dark,too,being winter.It was only 6 O clock,but Daichi was sure nobody would be out,because the streets at night prowled with wolves.

Daichi hit the floor and ran,only being a king in his 20's he could run pretty fast.He checked in alleys and any small places he could find.

It wasn't until Daichi reached the bottom of a grassy hill that he was the theif.Black cloak,white hair,pale skin.It was most definatley it.

Daichi looked and saw blood on the floor.Daichi pulled the hood back and revealed the now confirmed man's glowing white hair.

His light pink lipped mouth was open slightly and his breathing raspy.He was definatley dying.Of course,normally,Daichi thought that was good and would've left the theif be,but this theif was too beautiful.

The man had a sword sticking through his leg,which is where the blood was pooling from,Daichi picked the man up and rushed back up the hill to his palace.Why was he doing this?He despised thieves.

Daichi ran up to the guards."Your majesty,you left?"The guard asked politely."Yes,I left round the back.Could one of you get the doctor and send him to my room,if you will?"Daichi asked."Yes,your majesty"the one on the left said,running off.

Daichi walked past the living room,where his kids were still awake.It was winter,after all.

"Dad?Who is that?"Nishinoya asked,noticing Daichi from the doorway.

Daichi noticed Hinata and Kageyama's stares."I found him while I was out looking for the theif.He has a sword impaled in his leg.I have decided to take him in,so while he is awake,you shall help him and show him respect,ok?"Daichi said.

All ten of them nodded.

Daichi carried him up to his bedroom,the doctor has already got there."I shall leave you to do what you need to"Daichi said.The doctor nodded and started on the thief.

The next morning,the their woke up.Daichi had slept on his bedroom sofa,and still was when the theif woke up.

The theif winced in pain as he checked his leg that was swollen red.

He waited until Daichi woke up."So,Mr.Theif,why did you steal?"Daichi asked upon waking up.The thief kept his mouth shut before saying"Why...did you take a theif in?You despise them,king."Daichi growled and pulled the theif by the collar"Tell.Me.Now.Why.Did.You.Steal.From.The.Kingdom?"

The thief looked away and said"I couldn't help it.My father....he kicked me out....my brother left the kingdom long ago.I cannot read nor wright.I cannot get a job.It also annoys me how you despise theives.We all steal for a reason,most of the time because we're poor.You think it's okay because you're rich and always have been.A lot of people struggle to live here you know.I'm sorry we can't follow your rules because we aren't rich!Also,my name is Sugawara Koushi.Do not tell my father.He will hurt me."

Daichi was taken aback.Not even past theives were willing to stand up to him,unlike Sugawara.

"So,what are you going to do to me?"Sugawara asked."Can you cook,clean,and take care of my adopted children,keep them entertained?"Daichi asked."I should be able to"Sugawara said."Then,you will work here.First,I want you to spend time with my kids,so they will like you.You will not say a word of being a theif.If any of them ask,I hired you to give them life skills.Okay?Even if last night I told them you were staying here to get better."Sugawara nodded and tried to stand up.Daichi sat him back down"You will do so when you're healed.""Why did you save me,a theif,anyway?"Sugawara asked."You struck my fancy.That's all.Now rest,I'll have my breakfast and I shall bring you some food after."Daichi said with a blush.

Daichi ate his breakfast thoughtfully,getting weird looks from his children.Soon,Hinata and Kageyama were the only one left at the dinner table."U-Um.....father?"Hinata said shakily.Daichi snapped out of his thinking and asked"What's wrong,Shoyou?""That person from yesterday...that was the theif,right?"Hinata asked.Daichi nodded and said"Don't tell your brothers,Shoyou,Tobio.He told me how harsh life is for poor people.He yelled at me.I have a lot of pity for him.From now on,he is you and your brothers' carer.He will keep you entertained and look after you while I'm working.That is all he is now,you got it?"Hinata and Kageyama nodded,excusing themselves from the dining table.Daichi looked up to the glass chandelier and sighed.Just what was he going to do?

Daichi got the cooks to bring Suga food,watching as he ate it."Your leg,is it any better?"Daichi asked.Sugawara nodded"If I have crutches I shall be able to walk and spend time with your children.I still do not like you posh snobs.Still,you have given me a chance,so I must try,at least."

Daichi ordered the doctors to bring in some crutches.They were wooden and had a cushion-like thing that Sugawara could rest his arms on.The two went downstairs and introductions were made.Daichi watched how Sugawara handled the kids from afar.They all seemed to enjoy his company.

At dinner Sugawara conversed very well with everyone,surprising Daichi.Everyone was laughing and talking,even Asahi,something he didn't do often.

When the last child left the table,Sugawara instantly silenced."So,they like you,then?"Daichi asked.Sugawara nodded and blushed gently."You can speak,you know"Daichi said."I'm surprised at how well you raised your children,seeing as your time is never spent with them"Sugawara huffed."I know,but being king isn't easy!I'm not that much older than them,either.Some are only two years younger.I am only 21.You must accept that I am busier while I'm younger."Sugawara just rolled his eyes and finished eating."Spend time with them,Daichi,"Sugawara said,smiling gently.Daichi blushed at the use of his first name.Nobody had called him that since his parents died.

Daichi thought it was actually best to spend time with his kids.So,he spent the night with them and Sugawara.Sugawara and Daichi retired to bed,after Sugawara was checked by the doctor."So,you enjoyed your first day?"Daichi asked,sitting on the bed.Sugawara smirked and sat on Daichi's lap,biting his lip."You know~This was how I used to make money~"Sugawara smirked,pushing Daichi down and kissing his roughly.Daichi pushed him away and said"What the hell are you doing?!"Sugawara got off of Daichi and kneeled gently but painfully next to him."After seeing you today,I realised that not all kings are bad"he pouted"You're pretty hot."Daichi sat up and kissed Sugawara gently."Watching you all day...not all thieves are bad.You asked why I saved you.Well,you looked so angelic in the moonlight.I couldn't help but save you.""Love me forever?"Sugawara asked.Daichi smirked and kissed Sugawara on the neck"I'll love you forever if you stay here,take care of my kids with me.And never go back to theiving.Okay?"Sugawara nodded and lay down on the fluffy bed."My daddy would be proud of me..."Sugawara smiled.Daichi hugged Sugawara into his chest"I love you,so don't worry about your father anymore."Sugawara smiled and said"I love you too,but could you please get off of my leg?""Of course."
