I found it quite unfortunate that Chopper ended up in Sanji's body. When he gave Luffy the same order to make sure that I don't walk, as I still refuse to wear shoes, he appeared far more threatening than normal Chopper. It was even more unsettling as Sanji never presents himself threatening to me.

Then again, I don't think Luffy found him threatening. However, our Captain is not one to take Chopper's orders lightly anyway.

Perhaps the threatening look was aimed towards me?

"Katsu, did you draw us on the dragon?" Luffy asked as our little group traveled through the snow.

"Ah, here." I pulled out my sketchbook and placed it in front of his face so he could see the picture. Though I hadn't seen this exact angle, I managed to create it. However, it was just Luffy on top of the dragon's head with his arms up in the air and a giant grin on his face.

"That's wrong." He stated.

"Huh?" I blinked looking at it as well. "What's wrong? I don't have my prism-"

"You're not in it. You're supposed to be on my back, like you were then." He stated, giving me an annoyed look. "Are you forgetting to draw yourself in these again?"

I opened my mouth to protest, but was cut off by a loud boom. I stiffened and pulled the sketchbook away from Luffy.

"Luffy!" Usopp shouted, looking back towards us. "That was definitely an explosion just now!"

"From the way we came...." Robin mumbled, looking in the direction we had just come from.

"It might have something to do with these footsteps." Franky stated, looking down at the giant footsteps which we had ignored earlier. He had joined us, despite my protesting words. He claimed he was already getting used to Chopper's body and would be able to fight if need be. Of course his comment on if we needed help with any technology he would need to be there shut me up as well.

"There's definitely something there...." Luffy said, frowning. "Two animal-like things! Let's go back! Nami and the rest are in danger!"

I gripped Luffy's shoulders as he started running. We hadn't made it too far from our crew members, so it didn't take too long for the cave to come back into view. Though it was unfortunate what was happening, our luck was slightly better than normal given we were still close by.

Perhaps my luck will start looking up from now?

That would be nice.

"Look, see! There's smoke from the explosion there!" Usopp pointed ahead.

"Nami! Chopper! Are you alright?!" Luffy demanded loudly.

On top of the entrance of the cave sat some giant figure, which I assumed was the one who left the footprints from earlier. As I could feel Luffy about to attack, I freed one hand and gripped his shoulder tighter with my other hand.

"You better not have hurt my friends!!" Luffy demanded, lunging towards the tall figure.

As he raised his gun, I stilled the air around us to act as a shield. Another explosion sounded and we were sent back flying. However, due to me messing with the air, neither Luffy or I took any damage.

My head snapped to the side as another explosion sounded, sending us forward again. My grip loosened on Luffy as we were thrown.

"Luffy, I'm gonna jump." I stated, "You can't focus right with me on your back."

"No!" He demanded, one of his arms wrapping around me tightly. "Chopper ordered me not to let you touch the ground!"

"Luffy! They took Nami!" Chopper shouted as we managed to land on the snow softly thanks to me manipulating the air.

However, when we prepared to fight again, they were gone. From their actions I was sure they wanted to fight us, yet they left as soon as there was an opening.

I chewed on my lip in annoyance, perhaps we should have left someone who can properly fight with the switch body crew mates. My logic made sense, but it has come to bite me in the ass. With my logic we should have also left someone with them.

If I had been smarter and recommended that as well, then perhaps Nami would have not been taken.

Luffy was shocked to see that Brownbeard had been attacked, his body still smoking from the explosion. "Didn't they just come to save him?!" Luffy demanded.

"It looks like they were just after the kids! And our lives!!" Chopper explained, "But their first order was to take out Brownbeard! Even though he was their ally!"

I feel like this is typical now. Considering they likely experimented on him as well, they would rather get rid of any lose ends.

'When an experiment fails we get rid of the evidence, so don't be a failed experiment.'

My body trembled as the voice echoed through my head. Why do I keep getting that voice echoing in my head now?

"Luffy! These master guys have an extremely warped heart!" Chopper exclaimed. "There's no way we can send those kids back to that monster's lab! I'm also worried about why they took Nami-in-Franky! Who knows what they'll do to her!" He paused to look towards me, "I think they mentioned you as well, but they ended up leaving you here so maybe I was mistaken."

My grip tightened again on Luffy as he started running again. He gave no warning as he took off as he was set in his head to get Nami. "Yeah." He said, "I'll get her back for sure! You guys take care of the kids!! I'm bringing Katsu with me, we'll get there faster!"

I rose an eyebrow, "We will?"

He looked up at me, "Yeah, use the wind to push me faster!"

A loud shout made us look back to see Franky had activated Chopper's giant monster form. Luffy seemed to appreciate it as he called out for Franky to follow after us.

However, immediately Franky began trying to attack us.

"Why are you attaching us?!" Luffy asked shouting as he kept dodging the attacks.

"Wow," I sarcastically stated as Luffy dodged another attack, "Oh, who would have thought Franky, in Chopper's body, would not have complete control? I have complete control." I deepened my voice in the end to try and mimic Franky's voice then rolled my eyes.

Luffy snorted at my comment, dodging another attack from Franky. I was using the wind to help push us faster, but I wasn't doing the same for Franky. He seemed to be keeping up fairly easy enough already.

In between Luffy's shouting he has been chanting something about footprints. I've started to zone some of his shouting out after a good while. I'm surprised I'm not deaf by now.

"Aww the footprints stopped..." Luffy complained, not slowing down as we neared the end of a ledge.

"Ah, Captain," I mumbled, pointing ahead. "Cliff-"

Luffy barreled towards it, making me quickly snap into attention and stop him from falling. He didn't seem to realize he was literally running on air for the first few steps.

"Huh? I don't feel snow anymore." He mumbled, looking down to realize there was no ground under him and I was having him slowly run down the air. "Woah! I'm flying! Katsu I'm flying! Do you see that!" His shouting had quickly turned to one of excitement as he tried to get me to see him 'flying'.

"I'm controlling the air, Luffy." I mumbled, making sure to concentrate. It was always harder to do this for other people than myself.

"But I'm flying- Nami!"

I sighed, looking up to see the two tall animal like guys holding Nami hanging from a chain. Dropping us the last couple of feet, Luffy landed in front of the two assassins. They didn't hesitate to they fired their guns at us.

I simply flicked my hand and the cannon balls went flying in the other direction. I really didn't want Luffy blowing himself up like a balloon while I was stuck on his back.

However, with the next fire Luffy didn't give me time to do that again. Instead he reached one arm back to grab me and lift me in the air as he blew himself up. The cannonballs were reflected back at the two assassins.

"Rayleigh taught me that just reflecting things and 'simply defense' is a sloppy way to fight!" He explained with a grin. "Instead I can bounce each single bullet back as an attack at twice the power!"

"Gum Gum Thank You Fire!"

I snorted as the one that had shot at us was knocked back as his attack was reflected back at him. It was always amusing to see an opponent's attack turn back on them, even more so for these guys. My attention was brought to the other assassin as he shot the top of the mountains, creating an avalanche.

Feeling Franky approach Luffy again, I wiggled out of Luffy's arm and used the air to stand on it. Luffy was too busy dodging Franky to pay much attention.

I'd rather stay out of their fight if possible. Besides, I needed to help get back Nami, who was still in Franky's body.

"Crimson Hurricane." I looked over to the still standing assassin. "I thought we were going to have to go back for you, but it seems that you decided to deliver yourself. Thank you for making our job easier."

I scowled at him, "What in your deranged mind makes you think I'm going to let you get me, or my navigator?"

He pointed his gun towards me, "With our special KYP gas bullets you'll all be drunk in an instant."

A snort escaped me, holding out my hand and building up air pressure around the giant gun, then I squeezed my hand and the gun crushed under the pressure. "First, I have a very high alcohol tolerance, you'd need to give me enough to get two giants drunk for me to feel tipsy."

It was a nice little fact I had learned with Shanks. I drank both my Uncle and brother under the table. Since they had visited every few weeks during the time I was away with the crew we got to catch up, and then rhey were curious if I got our family's high alcohol tolerance. Before then the only time I had ever tried to test my alcohol tolerance was when I got ahold of Mamoru's liquor supply when I was fifteen. He had caught me my second drink in and I was placed on floor duty and grounded for three weeks.

Arisu didn't necessarily agree with my actions then, but when she saw me out drink my Uncle she became curious on how much I could drink. Of course I then ended up drinking all of their supply as they had been curious as to how high my tolerance was.

Either it was my genetics, or it was the experiments. I wasn't sure, but I plan on using it in bets later on. More particularly, I was hoping to gamble down my debt against Nami. Though now that she heard me that probably won't work.

"You crushed my gun." He frowned.

I blinked, moving out of the way quickly as Franky caught the giant icicle that was supposed to act as an avalanche and crush us. Instead he caught it and threw it right at the other assassin.

Unfortunately, Franky still had no control and started attacking Luffy again. Our Captain appeared to be done with just evading Franky's attacks, and sent a hard punch, knowing out Franky immediately.

Both of the assassins appeared to be back up and had decided to retreat with Nami. When I called out for Luffy, I paused as my eyes landed on Law approaching.

A big grin formed on my face as he quickly stopped the assassins without a second thought. Nami fell from their grasp and was quickly released from the chains.

"Law!" I cheered, using the wind to propel me over to him where I latched on much like before.

"Traffy!" Luffy called out, a grin on his face as well.

"Thanks..." Nami sighed out in relief, then shook her head. "Ahh! No, wait! Give me back my body!"

"You saved Nami?!" Luffy cheered, running over towards us.

I grinned looking up at him, "I keep running into you, but I wanna see Bepo."

Law looked down at me and rose an eyebrow, "What, I'm not good enough? I literally just saved your crew mate too."

I shrugged, "I was planning on suffocating them once I caught back up."

He shook his head, a small smirk on his face. Not paying much attention to the fact that I was still latched onto him, he looked back towards Luffy. "I was just thinking I came here to talk to you about something! Straw Hat!"

I puffed out my cheeks teasingly, "Oh, so you didn't come to see your best friend?"

He rolled his eyes at me, "Sure, that too." He looked back at Luffy, "You may have come here by accident, but the truth is sleeping on this island is an important key. One that could throw the New World into chaos."

I frowned as Law continued. He was always secretive, so I never could quite figure out what he has planned. The most I know, or at least I think I know, is that I believe I can trust him. He did help save me a couple of times already, and he saved Luffy before as well.

"There are only two ways to survive in the New World. Go under the umbrella of one of the five emperors. Which I guess might be easy for you guys, as you have Katsu. The other, is to continually challenge them." Law explained.

I wouldn't want Luffy going under Shanks protection. Though I haven't talked to Taro in years, the same could be said for him as well. If anything, knowing how small Taro's crew is just helps prove that we can survive just as well.

Besides that, what Pirate King would want to seek out protection from another person of high power?

"And I know you aren't the kind of man who wants to work under someone." Law continued, a smirk forming on his face as he looked over at Luffy. I should probably be letting go sometime soon, but I wonder how long Law can remain unfazed by me latching on. So far he hasn't reacted at all.

"Yeah! I like being the Captan!" Luffy answered .

"Then make an alliance with me!"

I blinked, looking up at Law with narrowed eyes.

"If you and I team up, we might be able to do it." A narrow grin started to form on Law's face. "I have a plan to take down one of the five emperors!"

There's a thought that I haven't given much thought to. If Luffy wanted to become the Pirate King, then would that mean he would eventually have to take down all of the five emperors?

Did that mean I would have to help take down Shanks, my Uncle? As well as Taro, the man who helped save me from the marines when I was a kid?

Rather than ask myself if I would have to, as Luffy is my Captain and if that's the rout he wants to go I'll follow him. I instead need to find my resolve. If Luffy wishes to do so, I'll need to follow my Captain. Even if it would lead to me fighting my family, and someone I look up to.

In the end, I'm a member of Luffy's crew. I'm a Straw Hat, so I'll need to act like one. If Luffy wishes to take down the Red Haired pirates and the Emerald Pirates, I'll need to back him up.
