A lthough it wasn't, you believed that you had already moved on from it.
I t appears that you have a long way to go.
You can have difficulties along the road. It wasn't punishing you, despite what you might have thought.
O nly if you allow that thing to control you will it appear that way.

Y ou're indeed furious.
Y ou're annoyed.
Y ou experience every emotion you might have overexceeded for too long.
T hen it launched an assault. Making you feel foolish.
G iving you the impression that you're powerless.
M aking you believe that you're to blame.

H owever, it wasn't quite over.
I t will only appear negative if you believe the lies it tells you and provokes.
N othing remains constant.
I t's possible that the rock you're standing on now has gotten tougher.
I  suppose that's where you're genuinely improving.
A nd when you do, others will only try to weaken you.

H owever, you must not allow it to define you.
N obody should be able to dictate to you what you should do.
Y ou have already endured enough; why do you continue to ensnare yourself in bonds that merely add to your burden? You're a reflection of how you truly view yourself.
A nd if you remain the same, nothing will change.
T ake it out.
Y ou're capable.
