Chapter 9: Kaka-baka V. Yakunan

Chapter 9: Kaka-baka v. Yakunan.

3rd POV

Yakunan, who is now in Pure Angel mode, is battling her sensei, Hatake Kakashi.

"Oh, this is new," Kakashi mused, raising a hand to his headband. "Let's see if I will have to use that then." He put himself in the standard taijutsu stance, getting ready to fight. Yakunan narrowed her eyes and pulled out senbon needles.

Senbon needles require a lot of information of the human body to know where to hit. Kakashi thought to himself. I need to watch out for that...'

Yakunan threw the needles and Kakashi skillfully dodged them. Kakashi started to form handsigns. "Fire style: Great Fireball Jutsu." He shouted, spewing a gigantic fireball out of his mouth.

"Angelic style: Demonic Senbon Feathers!" She screamed, throwing her hands up, making a wall of feathers appear out of nowhere. The feathers blocked the fireball attack, leaving it slightly charred. She turned her hand, making the feathers point towards Kakashi, its point deathly sharp. She pointed her hand towards Kakashi and the feathers went flying.

The feathers stuck in Kakashi, and making him spit up blood, before his body turned into a log. 'Replacement Jutsu.' She thought, her ears twisting and turning, trying to sense him. 'If not above, or around then he must be-'

"EARTH STYLE: HEAD HUNTER JUTSU!" Kakashi yelled grabbing her foot. Yakunan's eyes widened as Kakashi attempted to pull her underneath the earth.

Yakunan smirked once again. "That would be quite impossible, Kakashi." She informed. "You have to be on the ground in order to pull me underground." Suddenly, her back started to bulge and bubble and without warning, two magnificant wings spouted out of her back, one white the other black.

Kakashi's eye widened, at the pair of wings. Before he was able to put himself back into the ground, Yakunan thrust her wings upwards, bringing Kakashi and herself high into the air. Kakashi swung there, hanging by her leg.

After they were a considerable distance in the air, Yakunan kicked her leg, making Kakashi fall. Instead of him crashing against the ground, Kakashi poofed away. Shadow clone.

She looked around, searching for Kakashi's scent and sniffed the air. The most recent scent from him was in the woods, crouched on a branch, analyzing her movements. She turned in his direction and ran. Kakashi turned around, going the other way. Yakunan channeled large amounts of chakra in each step, pushing herself to him. Soon she caught up to him, grabbed him by the arm, and forcefully  flung him in a tree, successfully immobilizing him. She crouched over him and grabbed the three bells at his waist.

Suddenly, the bells in her hand poofed away, as well as the body. Another Shadow clone?! Yakunan thought, turning around, looking for his scent.

Suddenly, Kakashi was behind her, kunai in hand, and his Sharingan uncovered. As he went foe her head, Yakunan ducked under him, dodging the sneak attack.

Yakunan jumped up and brandished a senbon needle, ready to momentarily immobilize him. As she looked at his body, she saw the Sharingan and gasped.

Kakashi took this chance and threw a few shuirken at his student. At the last second, Yakunan jumped away, but not before it skimmed her arm.

She held her damaged arm and looked at Kakashi, not moving from her spot. "Why aren't you fighting me? I thought you weren't going to go easy on me?"

Yakunan blinked. "... I'm allowed to fight you, Master?" Her voice was disoriented, now it didn't even sound like hers was blended into it at all. "You give me permission to fight, Sharingan-wielder?"

Kakashi was almost completely confused at this point, but said nothing. "Yes, I command you to fight me," he said.

Without a second guess, Yakunan charged at Kakashi, aiming her senbons for his neck to render him unconscious for a few minutes. Long enough for her to get the bells.

Kakashi jumped away, expecting this attack. Yakunan threw another round of needles at him, which he dodged again.

What he didn't know was that one of the needles were wrapped in a special tag. Yakunan weaved hand signs. "Angelic Style: Demonic Explosion of Death!"

A loud boom was heard all throughout the forest, as Kakashi flew into a tree. After flying through a few of them, he finally stopped, and hit the ground painfully.

Yakunan quickly went to him, and healed his body and took all three bells around his waist.

The sound of the alarm clock ringing could be heard throughout the forest. Yakunan put away her wings, and once again enveloped her body in chakra, changing her back to her regular self, and put on the hiding jutsu. She shakily helped Kakashi up and walked back to the three stumps with him.

Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke waited there, all three wide eyed. Sakura ran up to Kakashi, her eyes wide with fear. "Kakashi-sensei, are you alright? What did she do to you?" She asked then glared at Yakunan.

"Yeah, I'm fine, don't worry. Anyways, I need to go tie up Naruto." Kakashi dismissed the matter and got rope out of nowhere. Naruto's eyes widened as he struggled and tried to get away, protesting Kakashi's actions.

Yakunan's POV

Naruto was on the stump whining, Sakura was glaring at me, and Sasuke was staring at me with a bit of interest in his eyes.

Kakashi cleared his throat. "I've decided not to send any of you back to the Academy!" Kakashi announced. I rose an eyebrow. None of them got a bell, so what's his reason for keeping them...?

"What? All I did was scream and faint. That counts?" Sakura muttered confused, but Naruto on the other hand was cheering happily.

"I've decided to drop you three from the ninja program, permanently!!" He boomed, making the other three's mouth go agape. I shrugged, I could always leave the village, anyway, whatever.

"You can't drop us from the program!!" Naruto protested angrily. "That means we'll never be ninjas!! You said that if we didn't get a bell then we'd be sent back to the academy, not stop us from being ninjas!! You can't just change your mind!"

"Its not my fault that you think like brats instead of ninjas," Kakashi replies his hands on his hips. Sasuke starts to growl angrily and lunges at Kakashi. Kakashi counters his attack and sits on him.

"Don't sit on Sasuke like he's a bug!!" Sakura yelled. I sighed and held my head, with my eyebrow twitching angrily.

This is so annoying. I looked up at the sky, there were soft-looking clouds floating across the sky. I can't wait till nighttime so that I can see the stars. I love looking at the stars, not that I have anything against clouds, no, I just think that stars are prettier and more... Amusing? Its complicated, I guess.

I think that since stars are always changing constantly it makes it better, but then again, so are clouds since they are always taking a new shape. But you can't predict the clouds as you can with stars Plus, stars are so shiny and pretty, but then again, Clouds are fluffy.

Clouds must be so hot since it's so close the the sun, but then again, the stars are literally out of this world. So wouldn't that make them even hotter since it's out of our earth and science-y stuff. But I remember one time, Rei said that the outer space, as he called it, is actually really hot and really cold. So, would be super hot, since their in space. But they could also be super cold, too... Ugh this is confusing! (A/N I was literally sleeping when I wrote this -_-U)

"...an...Yakunan!" A voice called, taking me away from my thoughts. I widened my eyes and looks at them. Kakashi was squatted down in front of me with his hands om his knees. My breath hitches up in my throat as I jumped away, while kicking Kakashi in the face. Kakashi backed up, holding his bruised jaw. "You see, in the real world if you zone out then your the first dead." Kakashi explained, almost making me blush. "Yakunan, do you know what I was talking about?" Kakashi questioned.

'No, but I also didn't care so...' I wrote, trailing off.

Kakashi rolled his eye. "I was talking about how when hostages are taken you must make the best choice." He took Sasuke, again and held him by the head with a kunai at his neck. "For example, Yakunan, kill Naruto or Sasuke dies. Sakura, if Yakunan does not do it, then kill both of them." All three of them sat there, stunned at Kakashi's orders, but I took a kunai out and put it to Naruto's neck. Before I slit it, I skillfully threw it at Kakashi's hair, cutting off some of his lopsided haircut.

Naruto looked at me, smiling widely, while Sakura and Sasuke looked scared. "Nice choice, Yakunan. But in the real world, the enemies won't be out for you to kill on a silver platter." He pushed Sasuke back and he fell on his butt. "Now, since none of you got bells, I'll-" I cut him off and took the three bells out of my pocket. Everyone gasped. "Oh, so Yakunan did get a bell. Oh well, I guess she won't have to show you guys it now." I shook my head and tossed each one of them a bell.

'I guess I'm the only one who gets sent back, Kakashi, since I didn't get a bell.' I explained. Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura looked at me like I was crazy.

"WHAT!" Naruto protested. "Why would you do that for us?? Now you can never be a ninja!" I looked back at Naruto and smiled softly.

'I don't care if I'm a ninja or not. As long as you guys pass, its fine with me.' I wrote smiling.

"Yakunan, you do realize that since you have them the bells you have to show them that, right?" Kakashi reminded and I sighed and nodded. Kakashi gave me a closed eye smile. "Great! I'll have to tie you up now!" He took out a rope, our of nowhere might I add, and looked at me with a gleam in his eyes.

I was on a pole tied next to Naruto who apparently tried to steal some food.

"Okay then!" Kakashi said enthusiastically. "Now that that is settled, eat up and then you will have another chance to defeat me and get a bell, but it'll be way harder. Don't feed Naruto or Yakunan or you immediately fail." And with that, Kakashi poofed away leaving only Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura, and I.

Sasuke and Sakura started to open their food and eat, when suddenly Naruto's stomach growled loudly. Everyone turns to look at him. "This is no big deal!" Naruto says bravely. "I could go ages without food!" His stomach growls otherwise. "No... Big deal..." His voice holds much less enthusiasm.

Sasuke holds his food out to Naruto. Sakura gasps and starts to argue, but Sasuke interrupts her. "Naruto is our teammate. If he's hungry then it'll only bring all of us down, he'll just be a burden. Plus I can't sense Kakashi-sensei anymore." Sasuke explains while stuffing rice down Naruto's throat. Naruto starts to tear up and eats it.

Sakura turns to me and tried to feed me, but I turn away. She tries again, but I turn  again. Sakura grows a tick mark. "TAKE THE DAMN FOOD!" She screams shoving it down my throat. I glare at her and spit it back at her. She stares at me and whips the slightly soggy rice off her face. Her eyes hold fury and burn with fire. "Yakunan. Eat the rice." She commands. I narrow my eyes and growl at her. "SASUKE!!" She whines in her high pitched voice, making me cringe badly. "SHE WON'T EAT IT!!"

Sasuke huffs and comes walks to us. "I'm right here, don't yell." Sasuke says in a monotone voice. He turns to me and takes the food. "Eat it." He says as he shoves the food in my mouth. I again spit it out, on the ground this time, and glare at Sasuke. He 'hn's and turns away. "Fine then, starve for all I care." He leaves me with Sakura and continues to feed Naruto.

Suddenly, the sky darkens and Kakashi comes back. "DIDN'T I SAY NOT TO FEED THEM!!" He booms loudly making Sakura scream in my ear, successfully, popping my eardrums. I see Kakashi's lips moving angrily. Naruto saying something back. I just nodded, acting like I knew what they were talking about.

Then the sky became clear again, and Kakashi smiled. Everyone started to cheer and smile at whatever Kakashi said. Kakashi turned to me and said something. I blinked and looked confused. Kakashi said something else.

'Are you talking to me?' I signed. Kakashi nodded. 'Sign it. I can't hear momentarily because Pinky here, blew our my hearing.' I pointed to Sakura and frowned.

Kakashi rolled his eyes. 'I asked if you were going to show your ears to them. Oh and you guys pass.'

'Nope.' I replied smirking.

'Why not?' Kakashi asked, confused.

'You said that if I get a bell, which I did, then I wouldn't have to show them yet.' I replied. Kakashi sighed and put his head down.

He said something to the team and then they cheered again. I forced chakra in my ears to get it un-plugged or whatever was wrong with it. "...mission tomorrow!" I heard the end of Kakashi's sentence and internally groaned.

Another mission, after getting up this early to go to this one ugggghhh. "You may go home now!" Kakashi said, sending everyone, except for  Naruto and I. Naruto complained about being left by everyone and Kakashi sighed, and cut Naruto loose.

"Thank you, Kakashi-sensei!" Naruto said happily. "Ne, ne, Ya-chan, do you wanna go get ramen now?" Naruto asked, jumping up and down from excitement.

I was about to reply when Kakashi cut in. "She would, but I need to talk with her right now. Maybe next time." Kakashi said, giving a closed eye smile to Naruto. Disappointment flashed on Naruto's face but was easily covered by his usual bubbly, perky-ness.

"Okay, well, I'll see you tomorrow, Ya-chan! Bye!!" Naruto ran off, trying to catch up with Sakura and Sasuke.

Kakashi turns to me. "What's wrong with you?" I rose an eyebrow. "You seem more distant lately. What's on your mind?" He asked as he threw a kunai at my ropes to cut them. "Not only that but you also kept having nightmares."

'No, I'm fine,' I lied. I can't tell him about my nightmares. I'd probably be sent to Ibiki again, which is bad...

"You can tell me whenever, okay?" I nodded and got up. On that note, we walked back to Kakashi's house.
