Chapter 10:

Yakunan's POV

"This is Sasuke, I'm at point A."

"Sakura here, I'm at point B!" There was a long pause.

"Oh, Naruto at point C, believe it!"

"You're late, Naruto. Yakunan's with me, we're at point D." I didn't have a walkie talkie thingy for two reasons: One, I don't talk, and two, if someone -mainly Naruto- were to yell in it, I would probably get ear damage. I nodded and heard some rustling in the bush near me. I tapped Kakashi and pointed to the bush. Suddenly figure jumped out of it and sprinted off. "The target has moved, follow it!" Kakashi exclaimed.

Suddenly, everyone jumped from their positions and chased after the figure. "What's everyone's distance from the target?"

"Five meters," Sasuke said.

"Yeah, I'm ready too!"

"So am I!"

"Okay, ready.........NOW!" Kakashi called. Everyone closed in on the target and Naruto caught it.

"I got it! I got it!" He called, squeezing it, causing the target to scratch his face up. Naruto dropped it and the target ran near me. Target hissed and I narrowed my eyes and growled, baring my fangs.

"Can you verify the red ribbon?" Kakashi asked.

"Yes, it has a red ribbon, and is now picking a fight with Yakunan." Sasuke mused, obviously finding enjoyment in the soon to be fight.

"Okay, Tora, the Lost Pet, has been captured. Mission accomplished, good job team Seven. Yakunan, back off the poor cat." Kakashi said.

The cat hissed again and swiped her paws angrily at me. I stood there, and gathered chakra into my foot. "Yakunan?" Kakashi asked, his voice was behind me. "What are you-". He was to late as I brought my foot down and kicked the evil cat in the stomach making it shoot up way in the air. "DAMMIT YAKUNAN! YOU CAN'T JUST GO KICKING CATS LIKE THAT!!" Kakashi exploded as he caught the injured cat.

I looked at Kakashi innocently, 'I'm sorry, I just hate cats.' I signed with one closed eye smile. The other eye, I used to glare daggers at the evil cat, who shivered away from my gaze.

"CAN WE GET A BETTER MISSION??" Naruto yelled, angrily. See, if I had used that walkie talkie thingy then I would have killed my ears.

(Still Yakunan's POV)

"OH MY POOR LITTLE TORA!!" The fat lady cried as she pushed the evil cat against her chest. The cat started anime crying, as it endured the evil treatment it was given. Evil cat.

"Haha! Stupid cat, it deserved it!" Naruto taunted.

"Poor thing, I see why it ran away!" Sakura said, sadly.

The Hokage cleared his throat. "Now, what would you like to do next? You can babysit the chief counselor's three year olds, helps the feudal lord's wife with groceries, dig up potatoes-"

"NO!" Naruto said making an 'x' with his hands. "I want a real missin!" He complained. I sighed. He is so annoying sometimes. I sat on the ground and looked up. I couldn't see the sky with this pesky roof here. I wonder what clouds are taking shape up there. I hope it rains soon... I love the rain, its so pretty and majestic. Sometimes, its cold and chilly, but other times, its amazing and warm. Like in the summer or spring when it just starts raining. Its always warmest then. I hate when people say that the sky is just crying when it rains. The sky isn't crying! The sky is just thirsty like you and I get. Plus, rain is amazing, and bring amazing things, such as flowers and new trees and food. So I guess that's another way how clouds at better than stars.

"Bring him in." I heard the Hokage command. I sniffed the air and turned around. A new scent was coming and it smelled like alcohol. My eyes widened as I turned to Kakashi and jumped on his back, putting my nose in his shirt.

"Wh- Yakunan, what are you doing?" Kakashi said, surprised. The door opened, showing a old man with a bottle on his hand, drunk. I burrowed my nose deeper in Kakashi's jacket, trying not to smell the alcohol. "Yakunan, what's wrong?? Get off!" I pointed to the bottle of alcohol and burrowed my nose deeper, taking in Kakashi's scent, while trying to block out the alcohol's. I already felt a headache coming on. I do NOT feel like getting drunk right now...

"It seems as though your drink is... Disturbing one of the students. Would you please put it away?" The Hokage asked politely. The old man grumbled and put the cap on the alcohol. The Hokage got one of his advisors to open a window, letting fresh air. I took in a large breath of fresh air and crawled off Kakashi's back. I jumped near the window and sat there, so I could breath easily.

"Are these the people who are supposed to help me? A bunch of little snot nosed kids??" The Old man complained. "Who's the tiny little guy with the stupid face? You really expect me to believe your a ninja?"

"Ha! Who's the tiny guy with the stupid face?" Naruto asked obnoxiously. Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto lined up. Sasuke being tallest, second Sakura, and third Naruto. "But! What about-" He started.to say, but I glared at him making everyone get chills. He turned around, accepting that it was him and got angry at the old man. "IMMA KILL YOU!" He cried, but Kakashi grabbed the back of his collar.

"You can't kill the client, Naruto." Kakashi said boredly.

The client glanced over to me. "Who's the little girl over there? I bet she couldn't kill a fly. Why should I believe that-" he was cut off by a flying kunai, that whizzed past his face, cutting his cheek in a thin straight line. Blood dropped down his cheek as his eyes were wide with shock.

The room went deathly silent. I got up and grabbed my kunai from the wall. I turned to the Old man. "Don't underestimate me, Old Man. I'll kill you in an instant." I warned, venom dripping in my once bell like voice, which made my eyes flash red, for a split second. I turned and walked away, grinning to myself.

Kakashi cleared his throat. "Alright, we'll meet at the front gate in an two hours. Don't be late." I nodded and jumped out the open window. I walked down main street and looked around for a weapons shop.

After wandering for a while, I finally found a shop marked 'Weapons and More'. I nodded and walked in to see a guy at the counter smoking a cigarette. I went over to the katana section and gazed at them all in amazement.

'Wow...' Crimson drooled over the shiny weapons. 'Look at them! That one over there is beautiful and that one over there looks so powerful its just... Amazing...Oh look! That one is a chakra blade! That design on that one is so awesome!! I wonder how long it to to do it. Oh amd that one...' She gushed on and on.

'Oi, Crimson, if I buy one of your choice can you teach me how to use it?' I asked. 'Defiantly.' Crimson agreed.

'Okay, take control, I trust you enough not to kill somebody.' I joked, letting her go.

My eyes turned red, signifying Crimson's control over me, and she looked at the shop keeper. "Are these all the katanas you have?" Crimson asked and the shop keeper nodded.

"Hmm... I might just have a special one for you. You seem like a nice, strong young woman, too. Give me a second." He said and dashed off to the back room. Minutes later he came back with a black and white katana. It had twin dragons circling each other on the sides, looping in and out, one white the other black.

'Well isn't that ironic...' Crimson thought, musingly. I nodded, giggling a bit.

"I'll take it! How much?" Crimson asked.

"This is a special sword and very pricey at that. Are you sure you want it?" The man asked.

"Name your price?" Crimson said confidently.

"Free." The man said with a closed eye smile. Crimson anime fell. She opened her mouth to protest but the man raised his hand. "This katana was given to me by a mysterious man many years ago, probably before your time. He said to sell this to whoever asked for it, for they will be the one to challenge him. The person with the most confident, most determined, and most selfless attitude with want this sword. You have shown me this, and that is why I am giving this sword to you." He smiled and shoved the sword in Crimson's arms. She stood there, momentarily shocked before accepting it with a wide grin on her face.

"Thank you, Old Man!" She said smiling.

"No problem! No shoo, I will have more customers soon! Goodbye young one." He said pushing me out the door and waved. Crimson waved back and headed down the street, letting me in control as she walked.

'This village differs from all the rest I've seen...' Crimson said quietly.

'Yea, the people seem very kind and accepting. At least most of them.'

'Most of them?' Crimson asked. 'What do you mean?' 

'Not everyone is good. For every good person, there is a evil one,' I explained.

 'Hm... I guess that is true.' Crimson nodded.

'Does that mean that I'm the good person to Crimson's evil?' Pure asked innocently.

'Nah, you've got your own evil already.' Crimson said, smirking.

'Eh? Who's that?' Pure asked.

'Tainted,' Crimson taunted.

'Are you saying that I'm evil?' Pure asked. 'I'LL SHOW YOU EVIL! RAAWWWRRR!!!!!' Tainted screamed angrily, launching at Crimson, who was wide-eyed. Stop it, you two! I commanded, placing a chakra wall between them. They calmed down and I stopped to catch my breath. That really takes a lot out of me sometimes.

After catching my breath I walked back to Kakashi's house. I found Kakashi in his room, reading. I knocked on his door and his head shot up.

"Hey, Yakunan. What do you need?" Kakashi asked, looking up from his book.

'What's the mission about again?' I signed and Kakashi sighed.

"Were you not listening the whole time?" Kakashi asked tiredly. I nodded, rubbed the back of my neck. "Basically, its a C-rank mission to safely bring our client to the land of the waves so that he can build a bridge." My eyes widened at the name and I froze. "Oi, Yakunan? Are you okay? Hello?" His voice faded away and left me with my thoughts.

'Calm down, Yakunan. Stay calm.' Pure said in a soothing tone. I couldn't listen and my breath became uneven I could barely breath. I saw Kakashi shoot up from his bed where he was reading and go to me. He was shouting at me, but I couldn't hear. I couldn't breathe. My body felt, numb and I welcomed darkness.

Meh, shortish chappie. Next will be longer. Why do you think that Yakunan had a panic attack? Do you want me to try to draw a full body drawing of Yakunan?
