Almost three months of the back and forth. From my pack, school and Cain's pack. I'm trying to fight this mate bond, I really just want the life I’ve always wanted with Lee. But Cain, he’s handsome, strong, and one of the strongest Alphas out there. But I’ve always wanted Lee.

“Hey cupcake, what do you think of this plan?” I looked it over, nodded and excused myself. I decided to just go into my room. I go into the bathroom and take a quick rinse to calm myself. I walk out and head to my closet, I find a big shirt, some underwear, and I throw it on. I’m standing by the window, just looking out. A few minutes later, Cain walks in. 

“What’s wrong with you cupcake?” he asked softly while grabbing my hand. “Nothing.” I looked away, next thing I knew, I was being slightly pushed against the wall. His gray eyes, now black full of lust. He came closer and kissed me. He kissed me! That kiss felt perfect, but I was so shocked I couldn’t even kiss back. At that moment Lee wasn’t even a thought. It makes me think that maybe, just maybe a life here wouldn’t be so bad. The kiss was broken. 

“You don’t want to kiss me cupcake?” his voice sounded so husky but so sad all at the same time… Oh screw this, screw Lee and screw everyone else. I him. The kiss escalated and let’s just say, we are completely mated. And I think I’m in love!

I’m not sure why he wants the girl. But, I’ll still help him get her. BUT, any extra attention he gives her, I’ll personally kill her myself.

Today is the day. We go by the plan one more time before we head for this attack. I’m sorry Lee, but I have to do what I have to do. We’re on our way and Cain looks at me, “Cupcake... stay safe.“ He kissed my head and we parted. 

I’m in the forest with Derek, Cain's beta. We’re waiting for our time. A good twenty minutes go by and Derek says “Alright get ready!“ I start screaming and screaming. Of Course this will get her attention. 

“You’re doing great, but remember I don’t mean this in any way, but we have to make it look real. I’ll just scratch you a few times“ I roll my eyes but nod. He “attacked“ two or three times, the scratches burned, but nothing too serious. I continued to scream and I sensed someone else around. 

Then we heard footsteps, she’s coming for Derek. What a joke, she’s coming to attack when she can’t even shift yet HA HA! As she gets close enough, Derek runs off as planned. She helped me up and asked if I’m ok. Before she realizes, I knock her upside the head with my gun. 

“Little Bitch“ 

She’s out and Derek comes back to carry her out. Now that I have her, Derek mind linked Cain and they stopped the fight and left.
