It’s been Four days! 

Four days!! 

Where can she be Goddess? Please bring her to me or at least give me a sign, Goddess, please. I need her back with me. I need to know she’s safe. I really do love this girl and if she isn’t my mate, it’ll break me. I prayed to the moon Goddess in hopes she’d hear me.

Cairo said Ceeana hasn’t been back. His parents said she left with her mate. But I still wasn’t understanding why she left that note, if she has a mate. Did she intentionally want me to know that she helped take Meeah? Why would she agree not really knowing Meeah. Not really knowing why he wanted her. Or did she know? A knock to my door brought me out of my deep thoughts.

 “Come in.” It was my father, I could smell him. 

“Yes father?” I asked, as he walked into my room.

“You need to get out of this funk, Lee. You have to go to school. We are doing what we can.” I sat there seriously wondering if he was serious. I felt the anger building inside of me. 

“How can you sit here and tell me this when we still haven’t found Meeah!?“ The anger was bubbling quickly and I wasn’t sure I could control it if it spiraled. 

“You need to get your studies up and continue to prepare to become Alpha in a few months. We are doing what we can about Meeah. “And he walked out before I could even argue back. And it pissed me off so much more!

I got up and ran out of the house. I shifted and ran into the forest, I needed some air. I got to the stream and laid down. 

Goddess, please keep her safe... I laid silently. No thought. No doubts. No fears. No emotion. Just silence. I dozed off and once again I’m in a forest. 

ASH! 

I ran towards her and called out, “ASH! ASH!” 

I reached her. She was just lying there. 

“Ash?“ I got closer, “Ash, what's going on?” 

She looked up and said, “You need to find us. They want to keep us so that they’re unstoppable. There’s this young she wolf, and she seems different. Hopefully she helps us get out. Leelan, she's scared.” 

And with that I suddenly woke up. It was dark out, I needed to head back.

I needed to find her and I needed to do that fast. But how? How can I do that when I have no clue where to look? No one knew where Alpha Cain's pack was.
