"We are at Apollo hospital…."

As soon as Adhyay hears this, his steps, which were rapidly moving outwards, start moving out at an even faster rate. He does not know who is in the hospital at the moment, but his heartbeat has increased a lot. He asks his father very patiently.

"What happened, dad….. "

"She needs you…"

Adhyay feels that his heartbeat has stopped for a while. He knows what his father is talking about. He immediately disconnects his father's phone and calls Ola Bike, because he knows very well that going by cab in this much traffic can get him very late.

As he comes out of the airport, the bike is parked in front of him. He immediately sits on it. The bike starts moving at its speed, due to which he is getting upset. He immediately stops him by patting him on the shoulder.

"Yes sir….."

Adhyay quickly gets off the bike and sits in front of him. The man doesn't understand anything and accidentally slides back lightly to give Adhyay some space, but he understands that Adhyay wants to ride his bike so he tries to stop Adhyay but by then It's too late.

"Sir ....

The boy was driving at a constant speed which was beyond Adhyay's tolerance. At this time because he had to reach the hospital as soon as possible. In the next 15 minutes, Adhyay is in front of Apollo Hospital and the driver is unable to tell him anything as he does not understand what to tell him, Adhyay immediately takes out the ₹2000 note and gives it to him, and runs inside.

He does not know at all what has happened to Shravya, but he definitely knows that his breath is stopping in thinking of something happening to Shravya. He quickly takes out his phone and immediately calls his father. He is moving forward because he doesn't know where to go. But he doesn't want to wait any longer. Immediately his father also picks up the phone and immediately tells him.

"Adhyay Have you arrived at the airport?"

"I am at Hospital…. Where are you all…."

His father is so upset at the moment that he cannot hear properly what he said, he just says him immediately.

"Adhyay, Manohar Ji has come here, it would be better if you try to come here as soon as possible. Whenever Shravya comes to her senses, she finds you in front of her. It will be better for her, till you come she will probably shift her from the emergency ward ...."

Adhyay runs from there at a fast speed. His heartbeat is very restless, ever since he has heard that Shravya is unconscious at this time, he is very angry that Shravya did not take care of her at all.

Adhyay immediately comes and stands in front of everyone. No one can believe in their eyes that Adhyay is standing in front of them but as everyone feels relieved to see him in front of them, Anjana immediately embraces him and starts crying because she was very upset to see Shravya's condition.

"What happened….."

Ranjan too embraces Adhyay and immediately tells him.

"Actually…. We all felt that she is missing you very much. So today we went to pick her up at her college to have a small ice cream party.

A FEW HOURS AGO

Revathi is massaging Ram's head and Ranjan is preparing to go to the office. He sees Anjana smiling, due to which Revathi gets angry and says lightly hitting her husband on the head.

"Everyone has their attention, you are going to the office and will come and sit with your wife. He is sitting here massaging his head and will keep talking to me throughout the day. But just thought that our newly wedded daughter-in-law had gone to her college. When she comes back after teaching, her husband will not even find her in her room….."

Everyone agrees with Revathi's point but they don't know what to do to reduce this trouble for Shravya.  Everyone knows that no matter how many hours they talk to each other on the phone, being together is a different thing than that too for a new bride. Ranjan says immediately.

"Maa…. don't worry, I know this is all very difficult. I can't say anything to Adhyay because I know there is no use telling him, he is busy with his work. While I had explained to him that he should come here every week and spend some time with his wife….. So today Anjana and I have decided that we will go to college to pick up Rithika and Shravya and then have a small ice cream party while coming from there ...."

They all smile together. The whole day is spent just waiting for the afternoon. Anjana and Ranjan are standing outside the college to pick up Rithika and Shravya, both smile happily after seeing them in front of them. They all immediately go to a nearby restaurant and start eating ice cream there while spending time with each other laughing. Shravya is very happy, they click a photo to send Adhyay. Ranjan immediately video calls Adhyay but the calls are not connected because they all don't know Adhyay is coming there, and right now he is on the plane. Ranjan makes a face and immediately says to Shravya.

"Don't mind Shivi beta but Your husband is very sadu(bad)….."

They all burst into laughter, Anjana hit on his arm and showed her index finger then said angrily.

"Nothing needs to be said about my son. Yes, I know. He is overly stubborn …...  Sometimes he does such things that people do not like, he is a little bad-headed, he gets angry on every small thing, but my golu is very cute……"

Everyone turns and looks at Shravya immediately because Anjana slip out Adhyay's childhood or Nick name accidentally, but Shravya is looking at those people suppressing their laughter and those people are also looking at her with their laughter suppressed. And all of a sudden they laugh out loud.

After spending a good time with each other, those people have come back and are sitting in the car. As soon as Ranjan is about to move his car further, he stops at the same stop suddenly because a bike and a car collide very strongly in front of him, due to which there is blood on the road.

"Oh god….."

Suddenly these words come out from Ranjan and Anjana. Rithika also immediately comes out and starts looking there. The person in front is very much injured, seeing that one can say that it will probably be difficult now to save him. Rithika immediately panics and sits back but her nervousness increases when she sees Shravya in a very bad condition.

"Bhabhi…."

Shravya's eyes are stuck in front and she is taking very deep breaths while pressing her throat. Anjana gets very nervous seeing her condition. She immediately comes and sits beside her in the back seat and hugs her. But her whole body is turned chilled cold, she is just taking deep breaths. She shouts loudly looking at Ranjan.

"Ranjan we have to go to the hospital…"

Ranjan could give another response, Before this Shravya loses her senses and everyone gets scared and Ranjan immediately rushes towards the hospital.

SCENE ENDS

No one has any words to say that they are all just waiting for the doctor to come outside the emergency ward to know when she regains consciousness and why all of a sudden she had such a terrible panic attack.

Manohar has not informed anyone at home. His condition is getting much worse. He is constantly rubbing his hand on his chest. Seeing Manohar like this, Ranjan immediately makes him sit beside him and gives him water to drink. And call the doctor for him, the doctor checks him out while sitting there because everyone knows he will not be ready to leave. Manohar's BP has increased a lot because he is unable to see Shravya in this condition. Doctors give him an injection to calm him, and a few minutes later a doctor comes out from the emergency ward. They all surrounded him.

"Well her condition is very much in control, but I think that she was so scared that if her panic attack escalated, she could have a brain hemorrhage?.... This is very good that you take her here without any delay … that is why the condition is in control ...."

After listening to the doctor, everyone's breath stopped as if they are still not in a position to say anything. The doctor leaves after informing them properly and has explained what they have to do for a few days. Manohar immediately says.

"Ranjan Ji, I should take Shravya with me for a few days."

"She is not going anywhere…."

Anyone can answer to anyone. Even before this, the very strong voice of resonates there, this voice belongs to Adhyay. Everyone has understood very well all his intentions in this voice of his. Manohar is unable to say anything more because he has understood that here he has made a big mistake that he forgot that his daughter is married and she has got an even more loving family and husband who loves Shravya very much. Ranjan understands Manohar and Adhyay's condition so he tries to explain them.

"Don't worry Manohar Ji, now Adhyay is here so she will not face any problem…"

Manohar slightly nods, Everyone starts looking at Adhyay who is not saying anything to anyone and is sitting there silently. Those people can understand his condition very well that he came here to surprise Shravya and he got a huge shock. It may be a joke for others but for him, his life is suffering inside at this time.

They are not in a condition to say anything to him so they sit silently with him. After a few minutes, The staff comes out with Shravya, who is still unconscious. When Adhyay sees Shravya like this, his heart breaks into thousands of pieces. They shift her to a ward.

Doctors have told them that Shravya has been given a sleep injection, due to which she will be sleeping the whole night. He is not going to regain consciousness for the whole night.  Adhyay does not want at all that Manohar and his family to stay here and gets upset more, so he tells the people.

"Bade papa's health has already started to worsen and mom please stop crying. She is alright now, You all go home. There is no need to stay here. I am here with Shravya…. I don't want to argue over this topic ...."

They all understand his words very well. They spend some time there and leave after a while. Adhyay's eyes are stuck on her face, he holds her hand very softly and kisses her palm 2-3 in a row and a lone tear slips out of his eyes but he immediately wipes it and says her very softly.

"I love you….. "
