AUTHOR'S POV

At 6:00 am when Shravya wakes up, she finds Adhyay still close to her like the previous night. Looking at Adhyay, it looks like he might not have even changed sides the whole night, he is lying down exactly the way he slept. She looks at her hands. One of her hands is still under his cheek and with the other, she is holding his hand maybe in sleep.

Seeing Adhyay, Shravya smiles lightly, and turns towards him, then she very slowly lets her hand out of his hand. Releasing her hand from his grip, she tries to take her hand out from under his cheek and very slowly moves down from the bed.

With slow steps, she goes into the closest as the chimes of her anklets can disturb the sleep Adhyay. She turns two or three times while going in and looks at Adhyay who is still sleeping soundly.

As soon as she closes the door of the closest, Shravya hides her face in her hands and remembers the things of the previous night, and smiles at herself.

"I am very happy that you understand everything very well without saying… I am very lucky that you always understand me…. "

Then suddenly she sees the time, and she immediately starts going toward the bathroom, but due to the pain caused by the anklet, she is getting very upset.

"I am not going to wear this anklet again in my life at all, it's very painful….. should I tell aunty…. I will do this, I will tell Rithika, she will help me in opening it."

She goes inside the washroom, After an hour she comes out from the closest, with a jerk she is in someone's tight grip, her head touching a broad chest she quickly looks up, Adhyay is smiling at her shocked face.

His damp hair indicated that he had already taken a bath somewhere else, her hands were on his chest, he slowly bent down and kissed her forehead while looking at her face for a good start and said.

"Good morning Mrs. Shravya Adhyay Thakur."

Shravya looks at Adhyay with a smile and immediately tells him.

"Good morning Mr. Hubby…. "

"Sounds so good...."

"Let's go down…. Ma will be waiting for me….. Today is my first Rasoi at your house…."

"Our house ….. and I love gajar ka halwa…."

"Ok…. Adhyay JI…."

Shravya moves forward but Adhyay grabs her hand and yanks her back to take her in his arms while tugging her hair behind her ear, he says.

"If you just say Adhyay, there is no problem….. I love to hear...."

"No way….. my nani will kill me…. Well, Adhyay Ji sounds good too."

She pushed him lightly by his chest to get him away from him. Adhyay leaves her but turns her back, grabs her from behind and puts his face on her shoulder, and says softly in her ear.

"Now someone has to talk to me before they talk to you even rudely, so death is a far word…. And If you call me Adhyay Ji again, then think that I can not hear anything, when you called only Adhyay then I will hear something…. Well if you want you can call darling, jaan…. you can say something else."

Shravya laughs on hearing this from Adhyay and she laughs hiding her face with her hands. Adhyay immediately kisses her in her hair and tells her.

"Mom calling you as you know it's your first Rasoi ….. Look, I know very well that you are very fond of cooking, so you will be happy and cook many things, but today there is no need to make anything except sweet, this is told by mom because she is in the midst of so many people can't tell you anything right now, Cause she doesn't want you to make so many things and get tired."

Shravya presses her lower lip while listening to whatever he is saying but her attention is not at all on all the things, Shravya is not bothered at all by Adhyay's proximity but everything is very new for her. One moment she liked this proximity but another moment her cheeks turned into red apples just because of this closeness. She said shyly.

"Don't worry, I will do as much work as I can…. I will not tire myself at all…."

"Good… come."

Shravya walks out with Adhyay. Her legs are hurting a lot but can't tell Adhyay because she fears that Adhyay will scold her. Why didn't she tell him all these things last night only? She thinks that she has finished all this work quickly, will talk to Rithika or else she has to go to her house after cooking and will tell someone there.

Anjana is waiting for Shravya in the kitchen itself. She has made a lot of preparations. As soon as Shravya sees those preparations, she immediately tells her mother-in-law to look at her.

"You didn't need to do all this, I do…."

Anjana stops her in the middle by showing her hand and staring her head to toe with both his hands on her waist.

"I know very well that you do housework very well, you cook food very well but that does not mean that you tell me what to do and what not to do…"

Anjana says all this in a slightly loud voice, hearing which Shravya gets a little nervous, she immediately bows her head but behind Adhyay, Rithika and Raunak laugh very loudly. She immediately turns, and Anjana also starts laughing, Shravya looks at her very surprised, Then Ranjan also comes out from behind the door, who was hiding there and recording all these scenes on his mobile. Anjana caresses her head and says.

"First of all, don't ever be afraid and panic from us…. your husband's matter is different, that thing is different….. It would be better when he starts fearing you then you tell us this thing that he is afraid of then we can take advantage of this thing."

Anjana says this in a very dramatic way, due to which everyone except Adhyay starts laughing there, even Shravya is laughing looking at Adhyay. Anjana continues.

"Secondly…. All these people told me that I should practice a little like a mother-in-law on TV, so I was doing the same practice but I am telling the truth, I did not like this practice at all….. Third When I had my first Rasoi, my mother-in-law helped me a lot because she knew very well that I was very tired due to marriage…. To feed good things…. to do household chores ……. We had our whole life….. today to do just a little work, that too is just a custom….okay."

Hearing all these things from Anjana, Shravya's eyes fill up with tears, She immediately hugs Anjana and starts crying. Anjana is shocked looks in front and shouts at all those people.

"Idiots…. All this happened because of the drama of you guys, get out of my kitchen, or else I will break the legs of every person today."

Shravya starts refusing to shake her head but Anjana does not listen to anyone, she lifts her roller pin and almost beats them all with that and throws them out of her kitchen. And turn towards Shravya and smile.

"I am good at this…"

Shravya laughs at this while holding her stomach and after a while, she gets busy making her first Rasoi with the help of her mother in law, when all the work is done Anjana goes out to gather all the people so everyone can enjoy the delicious food made by the new bride.

Due to standing for a long time, Shravya's feet have started hurting a lot because it's already hurt. She arranged the dining table with help of helpers, but Revathi notices that she is limp in between sometimes. She looks at Ram and scolds him.

"Your grandson has no sense at all, just look how much our daughter-in-law is limping…. Can't he control himself…"

Adhyay, who suddenly arrives there with Raunak, overhears Revathi's words, due to which he starts coughing a lot. Revathi has also understood that Adhyay has heard everything, Raunak starts laughing, she immediately stands up from her place and immediately twists Adhyay's ear.

"Idiot…. Stupid…. "

Adhyay cannot say anything to Revathi but Raunak's condition is getting worse because of laughing. Adhyay looks at him angrily, Raunak stops and sits there while placing his finger on his lips, but he looks at Shravya who is coming there while slightly limping, he starts laughing again.

Hearing Raunak laughing so loudly, Shravya looks at them and finds that Adhyay is looking at her side only. He puts his hands in his pocket and comes close to her. Before he can ask anything, everyone comes there and starts sitting, Anjana tells Shravya.

"Shravya you too sit with us and eat…. Adhyay takes care of her."

Hearing this from Anjana, Shravya sits on the seat close to Rithika, due to which all the people present start laughing but Rithika immediately gets up from her seat and leaves to sit next to Raunak, Shravya looks at her with her narrow eyes.

Adhyay comes to sit next to her, she is about to get up but he places his hand on her thigh and says quite angrily.

"Sit quietly…."

Shravya can very easily recognize the anger in his voice. She sits there quietly without any protest, Everyone is praising Shravya's food very much but Adhyay is quietly eating his food without any word, All his attention is on whether Shravya is eating food properly or not.

Everybody gives her gifts and blessings. After eating when everybody gets busy, Adhyay immediately holds her hand and moves toward the stairs while dragging her with him

"Adhyay Ji…"

Coming to the stairs, as soon as Adhyay sees there is no one around, he immediately lifts Shravya in his arms and climbs the stairs very fast.

"Adhyay Ji…. Please leave me…. Why are you doing this?"

Raunak, who was coming from the front while talking on the phone, stops there seeing both of them and says.

"Reva…. Will kill you, dude…. "

"Shut up…."

Adhyay moves towards his room and closes the door while using his leg and comes to the bed and makes her sit on the bed and shouts at her.

"Ma and I told you that if you are tired…. then you do not need to work much but you are not in the habit of listening to anyone…. You love to do whatever you like."

"No… you are thinking wrong…. "

"You are not limping …. You are not feeling pain in your legs….."

"Yes ….. but…. "

"What but Shravya……. Can't you take care of yourself a little bit…. You are not a kid whom I give lessons on how to take care of yourself."

The door of their room is not closed properly, due to which the sound of his screaming is going out and Anjana is passing through there, hears his voice, she thinks for a while and knocks on the door. Adhyay is very irritated, he shouts.

"Whose that…."

"Your mom…."

Anjana comes inside and sees Shravya sitting on the bed with her head bowed and Adhyay standing in front is furious. Anjana looks at him and says,

"If you are ever angry about something with her, then first of all listen to her in such a way that what will happen, after all, I do not know what has happened between you two, but give her the full chance that she can say something to you….. Your habits are like your father, you are just like your father, get angry, start screaming, when he comes to know exactly the problem, then regret on the same thing again….. Today I am speaking between you two for the first and last time. Do not give me a chance to speak again because I will always support Shravya....."

With that she goes out and closes the door properly, Adhyay is angry but knows very well that his mother is right. He pinches the bridge of his nose, then sits next to her.

"I am sorry, I got angry because I told you not to work too much because you are already tired but you didn't listen to me… "

Shravya knows very well that Adhyay did not intend to shout at her at all. But he got a little upset seeing her in trouble, due to which he started shouting in anger. She says softly.

"The pain in my legs is not happening because of working while standing."

"Then…. Why are you limping…."

"I am in a lot of pain because of my anklets."

"Anklet…."
