It was evening. Time for the wedding. Kartik was mesmerized on seeing naira. She was looking gorgeous. Due to bad weather the baarat started from inside the house.

The varmala was done and the main rituals were going on. Kartik had found the shoes with the help of mansi, mishti, kuhu and luv kush. Everything was going fine until the police came. Kartik noticed the sudden change in naira's behaviour on seeing the police. It wasn't the first time he was seeing this. He had seen her such behaviour in Rishikesh also. He came forward.

Kartik :- ye kya ho raha hai ?

Everyone looked at him. He came near the inspector who recognised him.

Inspector :- arey kartik ji aap ?

Kartik :- dekhiye. Aapko koi galat fehmi hui hai. Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai jaise aap samagh rahe hai.

Inspector :- lekin–

Kartik :- kabhi kabhi galtiyan ho jaati hai. Lekin agar aap chahe toh mein commisioner uncle se aapki baat karva sakta hoon.

Inspector :- uski zaroorat nahi hai. Aapne keh diya, utna bahut hai. Par aage se dhyaan rakhiyega. Hum log toh Goenka's ko jaante hai par agar koi aur hota toh shayad pata nahi kaise behave karta.

Kartik just nodded and thanked him. The police went and the dowry matter was cleared.

Akshara :- kartik. Beta ek baar phir se tumhara thank you.

Kartik :- arey koi baat nahi. Ismein thank you kaisa. Meri behen ki shaadi hai, koi problem nahi honi chahiye.

The marriage continued. After the rituals when mishti asked kartik about naira, naira had shouted at mishti. When kartik asked her, naira had cried and hugged kartik causing him to be greatly concerned. This was the first time he was seeing naira in such state. She was about to tell him the reason when kuhu came. Naira just went from there giving him a smiled. Kartik knew that smile was a fake.

He came back to the main hall where everyone was present. The wedding couple took blessings from everyone. Chandu came and asked about the stuff which he had brought for Martha causing everyone to look at each other.

Devyani :- kyun na ek kaam karein. Ye hum Rishikesh vaale ashram phocha de, Yash aur rose ke naam se.

Rukmini :- haa Devyani behen, ye apne thik kaha.

Akshara :- baat toh thik hai, par Rishikesh vaale nahi, aur kahin, ab vahan in sab ki koi zaroorat nahi padegi.

Everyone looked akshara. Naira started to get a bit angry knowing the condition of the ashram. She was about to speak up when naksh spoke.

Naksh :- par kyun maa?

Akshara :- iska jabab kartik se pucho.

Everyone looked at him surprised. Kartik just smiled.

Mansi :- mughe pata hai bhai kuch nahi bolenge, toh mein batati hoon. Actually jiss ashram ki aunty baat kar rahi hai, usse bhai ne ab Goenka's ke under ke le liya hai, toh ab se uss ashram ki saari jimmedari hamare parivaar ki hai.

Everyone was surprised. Naira looked at kartik in shock.

Vishambhar :- arey wah, kartik beta ye toh tumne bahut acha kiya.

Rajshri :- haa beta. Bahut punya ka kaam kar rahe ho tum.

Kartik smiled. After everything was done. All went to the church for rehearsal dinner. In the church naira lost her earring and kartik helped her in finding it. After the rehearsal dinner everyone started to go home. The families insisted to kartik, mansi and luv kush to stay the night with them to which he agreed.

They were coming back from the church. Mansi, luv kush were with ananya, gayu and mishti in another car while kartik was with naira, Yash and rose in his car. Naira was in the front while Yash and rose were in the backseat, kartik was driving. He stopped the car on the way to home.

Yash :- kartik. Kya hua ? Gadi kyun rok di ?

Kartik :- problem koi nahi hai bas–

Yash :- agar koi problem nahi hai toh chalo na.

Kartik :- arey yaar. Kaise ho tum. Abhi abhi shaadi hui hai tumhari, baarish ho rahi hai, itna acha moka de raha hoon romance karne ka aur tumhe ghar ki padi hai.

Both of them blushed.

Kartik :- jao. Dono aaram se bahar baarish mein maze karo, tab tak hum dono yahin hai.

Rose and Yash went outside. Kartik and naira also were sitting inside.

Naira :- ajeeb si baat hai, barsaat ka mausam hai aur mendhak tar tar nahi kar rahe..

Kartik :- ab mendhaki ke samne mendak kahan kuch keh paate hai, bas ek kone mein pade rahte hai.

Naira looked at kartik.

Naira :- mein mendhaki nahi hoon.

Kartik :- kamal ki baat hai na. Phir bhi ek mendhak ko chahne lag gayi.

Naira looked at kartik but turned her head. After sometime she spoke again.

Naira :- kartik. Vo tumhara thanks. Tumne jo ashram ke liya kiya uske liye.

Kartik :- kya kaha tumne. Thanks. Arey baap re itni shareef baat, tumhare muh se suit nahi karti. Aur jahan tak baat thanks ki hai vo toh mughe mil gaya.

Naira :- kaise?

Kartik :- haa. Kal raat ko.

He pointed at his cheek.

Kartik :- yahan. Ya phir ye wala gaal.

Naira had a small blush. She knew what kartik was talking about.

Naira :- d....d... Dekhi vo bas ek accident tha.

Kartik :- jo bhi ho. Uske liye tumhara bahut bahut thanks.

Naira looked at him and both had a small eye contact which was broken when rose and Yash came back. Kartik couldn't help but imagine him and naira doing romance in the rain.

The truth about the ring came out, Rukmini dadi accused naira of something. Kartik was shocked when naira ran into her room crying. Naira had run away ? He needed to investigate the matter.

The next day the wedding had gone fine. Kartik had been charmed by naira's beauty. He had saved her modesty when the zip of her blouse was open. At last he had gotten bouquet thrown by rose causing everyone to tease him. The marriage was over.

It was evening time, everyone in the Goenka family was getting ready for the award function. His parents had come back from Delhi for his award function. Kartik was only thinking of naira. He was dressed in a grey suit for tonight's function. He was staring at the bouquet. His mind went again and again towards naira only.

Kartik :- oh god. Ab tak toh rose ki shaadi bahana tha par ab toh uski bhi Bidaai ho gayi, ab vahan kis bahane se jaaonga.

Someone knocked at his door. It was mansi.

Mansi :- bhai. Sab aapka wait kar rahe hai.

Kartik :- aaya mansi.

He went downstairs. To his delight, another person was also present.

Kartik :- keerti.

He hugged his elder sister.

Kartik :- tu kab aayi.

Keerti :- bas abhi abhi. Tughe kya laga mein tera itna important din miss kar dungi. No chance.

The families went to the place where the function was being conducted.

Mishti was on the laptop in the living room. Everyone was also present.

Karishma :- mishti. Kabse laptop mein lagi padi ho. Ab issey band karo.

Mishti :- nahi mumma. Mere bf ko award milega, mughe bhi dekhna hai.

Akshara :- acha. Par tum kaise–

Mishti :- maine luv kush ko bola tha. Vo mughe live video par dikha rahe hai. Aap bhi dekho taiji.

Everyone including naira came and stood behind mishti.

Both the minister and kartik came on the stage where the minister handed over the award to kartik. He was asked to say something.

Kartik :- well. Iss award ka shray mein apni family ko dena chahoonga. Unke support ke bina mein kuch bhi nahi kar pata. And thank you to the business community for giving me this award. Thank you.

Akshara :- haa choti maa. Maine kahin pada tha ki jab ye sirf 18 saal ka tha, tabhi isne business join kar liya tha.

Karishma :- par itni jaldi.

Akshara :- haa. Usmein bas itna likha tha ki kuch family problems ki vajah se isne itni jaldi buisness join kar liya.

Mishti :- hello bf.

Everyone looked at the screen where kartik was looking at them.

Kartik :- hi pretty lady.

Mishti :- bf. Congratulations.

Everyone in the Singhaniya family congratulated him even naira.

Kartik :- aap sabka bahut bahut thank you.

Mishti :- aise nahi bf. Mughe toh kuch gift chahiye.

Kartik laughed.

Kartik :- okay mera mishtu, kya chahiye aapko ?

Mishti :- mein jab bhi aapse kahoongi aapko mughse milne aana padega.

Kartik :- okay done.

He said goodbye and cut the call.

Kartik :- yesss. Ab jab bhi mishti bulaegi mein jaa sakta hoon aur naira se mil sakta hoon. Yess.

It was two days later when he met naira again. It's only been two days but he was dying to meet her. He had come to Singhaniya office for some papers of the deal. He met the manager.

Manager :- sir aapko aane ki kya zaroorat thi. Mughe bata de, mein khud aa jaata.

Kartik :- koi baat nahi. It's ok.

Manager :- sir aap 5 minute rukiye mein abhi papers bhijwata hoon.

Kartik looked at the cabin of Naitik and was surprised to see the gate was open. He went and looked inside. He was shocked to find out naira sitting there, crying with her head in the table. He went and sat on the chair in front of her.

Kartik :- I am sorry naira.

Naira looked up and saw kartik.

Naira :- tum yaha aur sorry kyun bol rahe ho. Tumne kya kiya hai.

Kartik :- I am sorry.

Naira :- par kyun?

Kartik shrugged.

Kartik :- I am sorry.

Naira got up.

Naira :- pareshan karne aaye ho.

She started to go from there but kartik came in front of her and stopped her.

Kartik :- I am sorry.

Naira :- kyun tang kar rahe ho.

She started to go but kartik held her hand.

Kartik :- mein nahi jaanta ki baat kya hai par shayad mere sorry bolne se tumhara dard kam ho jaye. Isliye I am sorry.

Naira :- nahi chahiye tumhara sorry. Apne papa ka sapna tod diya maine, itni badi bewakoofi mein kaise kar sakti hoon, itne saalo se intezaar tha unhe iss din ka aur apni laparwahi ki vajah se maine usse gawa diya. Sorry toh mughe kehna chahiye. I am sorry papa mein achi beti nahi ban payi. Jitna pyar aap mughse karte hai mein uske layak nahi hoon.

Naira was crying, Kartik couldn't take it anymore. He pulled her into a hug. She hugged him tightly. Kartik consoled her. His heart broke on seeing her crying. After sometime naira separated and went from the office. Kartik was about to follow her when the manager called him. He saw gayu standing there who waved at him. Gayu was happy on seeing kartik. This was the first time she was seeing him in a business suit. He looked very handsome. Kartik greeted her and voiced his thoughts.

Kartik :- gayu. Maine abhi abhi naira ko dekha. Vo ro rahi thi. Kya hua ussey ?

Gayu :- kartik. Actually ussey dance academy ke exam ke liye form bharna tha jo vo time pe nahi bhar payi. Late ho gayi isliye ab vo exam nahi de paegi.

Kartik :- toh yeh baat hai. Gayu. Uska form kahan hai.

Gayu :- Shayad gaadi mein hoga.

Kartik nodded and called someone on his phone. Gayu looked at him in confusion.

Kartik :- hello. Bhartiya nritya sang. Kartik Goenka bol raha hoon. Ek ladki hai jo kal kisi problem ki vajah se apna form submit nahi kar payi thi. Turant kisi ko singhaniya diamonds ke office bhejiye aur form lijiye. Mein vahin wait kar raha hoon.

Kartik cut the call. Gayu looked at him in shock.

Gayu :- kartik. Ye kya tha ?

Kartik :- hum bhartiya nritya sang ke bahut bade sponsors hai, aur vo hummein kisi bhi chiz ke liye nahi mana karte.

Gayu :- apka bahut bahut thanks kartik.

Kartik nodded. He could never see naira in pain. He would do everything in his power to keep a smile on the face of the girl he loved.
