It was evening. The guys and girls had planned bachelor's party and hen's party respectively. Unknown to both of them they all had decided to party at the same place. The themes were chosen.

Kartik :- toh guys done. Tum log chalo. Main thodi der mein aata hoon.

Yash :- arey par. Kartik tum kahan jaa rahe ho.

Kartik :- arey kuch nahi. Bas mansi aur luv kush ko ghar pe drop karke vahan se direct aa jaoonga.

Everyone nodded.

Kartik was going to call mansi when someone stopped him. He turned around to see it was naksh.

Naksh :- kartik.

Kartik :- haa naksh.

Naksh :- vo mughe tumhe thanks kehna tha. Naira ne bataya kis tarah tumne maa ki jaan bachayi. Uske liye tumhara bahut bahut thanks.

Kartik :- arey thanks kis baat ka. Apno ke liye kuch kiya hai.

Naksh smiled and shook his hand.

On the other side. Girls were discussing about hen's party. Mansi and luv kush were also there.

Ananya :- mansi. Tum bhi chal rahi ho na ?

Mansi :- di. Aana toh chahti hoon par bhai se kya kahoongi ?

Ananya :- uski fikr tum mat karo. Kartik se hum log baat kar lenge.

Someone knocked bon the door.

Voice :- mansi.

The girls looked at each other. They opened the door. It was kartik.

Kartik :- mansi, luv kush chale ghar.

Mansi :- bhai vo-

Rose :- kartik bhaiyya. Let mansi stay here with us for tonight.

Ananya :- haa kartik. Thode time usse hamare pass bhi rehne do.

Mansi :- haa bhai. Please.

Kartik dropped luv kush at home and took permission from dadi for mansi and him and reached at yash's home. They guys were waiting outside for kartik when they heard a roaring sound of a car which came and stopped in front of them. All the guys were staring at that car slack jawed. They were shocked when kartik came out of that car.

Kartik :- guys chale.

Anmol :- kartik bhaiyya. Ye aapki car hai ?

Kartik nodded. Everyone just stared at him.

Kartik :- guys. Andar chale.

They broke out of there trance and went inside. Unknown to them girls were already there.

The parties were going on in full swing. The girls had decided to scare the guys. Naira was looking for kartik to scare him, when suddenly she saw an upside ghost coming towards her. She fainted.

Kartik was shocked and horrified when he saw naira collapsing. He hurriedly came near her.

Kartik :- naira. Naira please utho. Oh god. Naira, naira..please. oh god. Sorry. Naira. Ye kya ho gaya, naira naira. Yeh kya kar diya maine. Oh god. Naira please utho. Gayu-

He stopped when he heard laughter. He looked down and saw naira. She was laughing and got up.

Naira :- mughe ullu bana rahe the. Mughe. Kya hua dara liya, ho gayi-

She stopped when suddenly kartik hugged her. She was shocked. Before she could say anything, kartik separated from her. He was angry.

Kartik :- dimaag kharaab ho gaya hai tumhara. Aisa mazak koi karta hai kya ? Tumhe andaaza bhi hai ki iss ek min. mein jab tum behosh hone ka natak kar rahi thi us ek min. mein kitna jyada tadpa hai. Tumhe idea bhi hai ki kya halat ho gayi thi meri.

Kartik stood up and turned around. Naira was shocked by his outburst. She was just joking.

Naira :- kartik. Mazak kar rahi thi mein bas. I am fine.

Kartik turned around and looked at her.

Kartik :- aisa mazak ? Uss ek min. Mein har second mara hoon. Ye sochta raha ki meri vajah se pata nahi tumhe kya ho gaya hai. Agar tumhe kuch ho jaata na toh mein zindagi bhar apne aap ko maaf nahi kar pata. Pehle hi ek guilt ke saath jee raha hoon, dusra uthane ki himmat nahi hai mugh mein.

Kartik went from there. Naira was just standing there. Thinking about Kartik's words. Guilt? About what. She expected kartik to get a bit angry but this reaction was something else.

After everyone had dinner. All planned to sleep.

Naksh :- kartik. Sone chale.

Kartik ::- actually naksh. Tum log so jao, mughe abhi office ka kuch kaam hai.

Yash :- kartik. Bahut raat ho gayi hai. Kal kar lena.

Kartik :- nahi Yash. Abhi karna padega. Actually parso shaam ko ek meeting hai uske liye. Aur tumhe toh pata hai kal poora din aur parso ki subah poori shaadi mein chali jaegi toh abhi karna padega.

Gayu :- par kartik-

Kartik :- arey. It's ok. Koi baat nahi. Mein thodi der mein so jaaonga.

Girls had decided to sleep in one room while the boys in another.

Kartik was in the living room turning on his laptop. He always kept his laptop with him whenever he had to go somewhere. Mansi came there.

Kartik :- mansi. Kya hua ? Soyi nahi ab tak.

Mansi came near him. Kartik stood up. Mansi hugged him.

Kartik :- mansi. Kya hua ? Kuch hua kya ?

Mansi pulled back.

Mansi :- thank you so much bhai. For everything. Apne jo kuch bhi family ke liye kiya aur ab tak karte aaye hain.

Kartik just smiled.

Kartik :- mansi. Kya tu bhi ? Family hai meri koi mazboori nahi. Acha ab jaake so jao. Kal subah rasmein bhi karni hai na saari.

Mansi nodded and went. She was going to the room when she saw naira coming out of washroom. Mansi went to her.

Mansi :- naira di.

Naira looked at her.

Naira :- haa. Bolo mansi.

Mansi :- di. Maine suna jo kuch bhi bhai ne aap se kaha. Di aap please bhai par se naraz mat hona. Bas bhai ko aisa mazak pasand nahi hai. Vo bahut jyada ghabra gaye the aapke liye. Uss haadse ke baad-

Mansi stopped talking. Naira looked at mansi, she realised there was some story behind it.

Naira :- arey. It's ok. Hota hai. Koi baat nahi.

Mansi smiled.

Both went to there room. The girls were talking when gayu asked mansi about kartik.

Gayu :- mansi. Kartik abhi kab tak soyenge?

Bhai toh uske liye bhi mana kar rahe the par tauji ne jabardasti kari toh chale gaye. I mean business mein aane ke baad pehla holiday tha unka.

Everyone was surprised to hear that.

Rose :- mansi. Kartik ke award function ki date kya hai ?

Mansi :- vo parso ko. Aapki church wedding ki shaam ke din.

The girls all went to sleep .After sometime naira woke up due to some noise. She got up and saw mishti and kuhu sneaking out. She followed them. They went in the living room. She was surprised to find out kartik still awake. She looked at the time and realised that he had been sitting there for two hours.

Kartik looked up from his laptop to see mishti and kuhu.

Kartik :- mishti, kuhu. Aap iss time yahan ?

Mishti :- bf ? Aap ab tak jaag rahe ho ?

Kartik :- haa. Aur aap yahan iss time ?

Mishti :- bf. Vo hummein soft drink peeni thi.

Kartik :- mishti. Kuhu. Ye galat baat hai na. Itni raat ko. Aapke daaton or health ke liye.

Mishti :- bf please.

Kuhu :- haa. Bhaiyya please.

Kartik :- nahi.

Naira also came on front of them. Kartik was surprised to see her.

Naira :- kartik thik keh raha hai. chalo tum dono. Jaao sone.

Mishti and kuhu pouted but went. Kartik was looking at naira. Naira started to go.

Kartik :- naira.

Naira stopped and turned towards him.

Kartik :- naira. Vo pehle mein tumpe thoda chila gaya ,uske liye I am sorry.

Naira looked at him. Mansi's words rang in her ear.

Naira :- it's ok.

Kartik :- thanks. Umm. Tum soft drink piyogi.

Naira just nodded. Kartik opened the bottle when a smell hit him. He knew that smell. He smelled the soft drink and was shocked.

Naira :- kya hua ?

Kartik :- naira. Isme kisi ne sharab mila rakhi hai.

Naira :- kya ?

Kartik gave her the bottle and she smelled. She was also shocked.

Naira :- thank god ye mishti aur kuhu ne nahi pi varna toofan aa jata.

Kartik just nodded.

Kartik :- ek kaam karte hai. Issey faik dete hai, agar kal kisi ne dekh liya toh musibat ho jaegi.

Naira nodded and both of them threw the bottles.

Kartik came and tuned off his laptop, his work was finished. Naira was coming near him, suddenly she slipped and fell on kartik, kartik also lost his balence. Both of them fell on the sofa. Kartik on the sofa with naira on top of him.

Both of them looked at each other. Kartik was staring at naira, he drank her beauty from his eyes. Naira looked at kartik, for that moment she had to admit to herself that kartik was handsome. She realised her position and started to get up, kartik too tried to get up when suddenly naira's hand, which was on Kartik's shoulder for support, slipped and she fell on him again.

This time she fell harder with her lips on his cheek causing her to give him an impromptu kiss. Kartik looked at naira in shock. Naira also realised what she had done. She hurriedly got up with kartik helping her. She looked at Kartik. Her cheeks a bit red. She didn't say anything and just hurriedly went to her room. Kartik was standing there. Slowly his face morphed into a smile. His hand touched his cheek where naira had kissed. He was going to have a very sound sleep tonight.

Next day all went to Singhaniya sadan in the morning for haldi. Kartik had brought luv kish with him. Haldi had gone without any problem. Naira had accidentally put haldi on Kartik's clothes.

Varsha :- arey wah kartik ? Ab agla number tumhara. Dekho kaise apne aap haldi lag gayi tumhe.

Kartik smiled.

Mansi :- kahan aunty ? Pata nahi hum vo din kab dekhenge. Pichle ek saal se dadi bol rahi hai par bhai kuch sunte hi nahi hai.

Kartik just smiled again. He, mansi and luv kush put haldi on rose. After haldi kartik gave mishti a gift.

Kartik :- yeh meri beautiful si gf ke liye.

It was a beautiful diamond bracelet.

Karishma :- kartik. It's too expensive. Iski zaroorat kya thi.

Akshara :- haa kartik. Agar kuch dena hi tha kuch aur dete.

Kartik :- sorry aunty. Ye mere aur mishti ki baat hai. Right ?

Mishti :- right.

He himself tied the bracelet on her hand. Mishti hugged him. Everyone smiled at the scene in front of them. Even naira couldn't help it. Slowly and slowly he was growing on her.
