Prologue
Ten years later.
Marinette laughed as she sat on the couch watching a funny comedy. She was in her husband's lap snuggled up.
The comedian said something really funny and she couldn't stop laughing. In fact, it started hurting.
"Calm down Mar." Her husband told her, amused by her outburst.
"Ha Ha! Oh my gosh... it. Hurts." She said between laughs. She felt a pang in her stomach and stopped. She clutched it in agony.
"Is everything ok?" He asked.
"No." She sounded serious. He rolled her off his lap and set Marinette next to him. He put his hand in her swollen tummy. "Phew. It's ok now." She said out a breath.
"Your sure? I mean, your pregnant." He gazed into her eyes.
"Yes. I'm fine." She said, rubbing the round stomach. 8 months in. She was almost ready to have her first child. Her first son.
He put a hand in her cheeks. "I don't want anything serious to happen, that's all."
"Oh Chaton, don't worry I'm fine." She said and kissed his hand. He smiled.
"Maybe we should stop watching." He said, his voice sweet and gentle.
"Outside then?" She said. He nodded and helped the pregnant woman off the couch. He heals her hand and walked with her out the door of their log home.
The smell of salty air filled their noses, accompanied by the sound of the ocean. And kids or teens yelling, as they had sword fights. Metal clanked together. A boy with a dirty face and tangled hair ran up to them.
"Mr. And Mrs. Agreste! Come here!" He said, bouncing with excitement. Then he ran off to the forge of Hephaestus.
"Better hurry then, Mr. Agreste." Marinette sauf keaning into her husband.
"Careful." Adrien guides her down the steps of the log house and in the direction of the forge.
"Adrien, I'm fine." She giggled. The little boy ran back.
"Hurry! You need to see this!" He was practically flying he was bouncing so much. He dragged them to the forge.
"Antoine, slow down I'm not that fast!" Marinette laughed at the boys utter excitement.
"What is it?" They had reached the forge.
"This way!" The boy pushed back a curtain revealing a tall man and woman. The adults smiled at them.
"P-Percy?" Marinette said, drawing a hand to her mouth in awe.
"We meet again, Marinette, Adrien." The black haired man stared at them with gorgeous sea green eyes.
"I'm here too." Said the woman.
"Annabeth! It's been so long. We haven't seen you since we were kids!" Adrien gasped.
"Teens actually." Percy corrected.
"I'm here too!" A girl bounced from behind Annabeth.
"Oh wow! That was a full sentence!" Annabeth applauded her daughter.
"I'm this many!" The girl rose four fingers.
"Wow, your a big girl." Marinette bent down slightly. "What's your name?"
"Ava. Jackson." The girl suddenly grew shy. Her best if curly black hair sat tangled on her head. But she had her mother's stormy grey eyes.
"Congratulations." Percy hues tired Marinette's large stomach. "Boy or girl."
"Boy. We were gonna name him after... Well, you."
"Percy?"
"Oui. For who wouldn't want their kid to grow up to be some one as heroic as you." Marinette said.
"And congratulations on becoming directors of camp Miraculous." Annabeth scooped up Ava.
"Merci. It's hard work." Adrien said.
"Well, aren't you wondering why we're here?" Percy leaned towards his wife.
"Why?" Marinette and Adrien asked together.
"Well, the west has moved again, and we live in Asia now. Japan to be exact. And that means we can see you more often with ought breaking the west." Annabeth answered.
"And we wanted to be here to meet your son." Percy added.
" he won't be here for a long time." Adrien chuckled.
"Well we're staying. A month."
