When Bakugou awoke, he came to the realization that the two of you had been taken captive by the bandits that you had fought earlier before. You were thrown into the back of a prison wagon. He didn't know who these bastards were, but they had plenty of money if they had transportation like this. Bakugou glanced at you, noticing that you were still asleep, which worried him. He noticed that your hands were bound. He tried to move around, but his arms were bound as well. They must have used a sleeping spell on the two of you to keep you under, and, because of Bakugou's affinity with magic and spells, he was able to shake it off faster than you were. He glanced around at his surroundings. It was still night time, looking to be almost dawn. Bakugou guessed he had been asleep for a while now. He was worried about Kirishima, and, though he hated to admit it, he was worried about you as well.

You groaned as you opened your eyes. Your head was pounding. You saw Bakugou laying in front of you.

"Bakugou." You muttered. Relief seemed to fill Bakugou's eyes.

"Hey. You're finally awake. Had me thinking that you were dead or something." Bakugou frowned, worry filling his eyes. "Gods, don't worry me like that." He said. You groaned and tried to move your arms, but you couldn't. "No use," Bakugou said, making you look at him. "You and I are both tied up, we couldn't even move if we wanted to." He said. You frowned and looked around. You looked back at him

"How, how long have I been out for?" You asked, your voice quiet from still waking up. Bakugou sighed.

"I'm not exactly sure, but if I had to guess, I'd say you were out for almost four days." Bakugou said. Your eyes widened.

'No way. I was unconscious for four days?' You thought. Bakugou noticed the panic in your eyes.

"Hey, don't panic. I won't let them hurt you, I promise." Bakugou said.

"You're both awake, good." A gravely voice said, making both you and Bakugou look up. It was the same bandit that you had fought before. His jet black hair, burn scars, and his turquoise eyes. The bandit smirked. "The boss wants you both alive. Didn't say anything about being in one piece though, so don't piss me off, and you'll get there safe and sound," the bandit said. The sadistic glare he sent back to the two of you sent shivers down your spine. "And that means, keeping your mouth shut. Especially you, blondie." The bandit said. Bakugou scoffed.

"Tch. You idiots have no idea what you've done," Bakugou said. You looked at him. What was he talking about? "If you want to save your skins, you better let us out right now. I won't kill you, and we can all just walk away." Bakugou said. The bandit smirked and shook his head.

"Nah. You both had some pretty expensive stuff on ya," he glanced at you. "Besides. Got a valuable tip from one of the shop keeps back in Ambermore." The bandit said. Both you and Bakugou gasped at the news. "Said some pretty interesting things about that traveling companion of yours. He's pretty unique. Isn't he rare? Shop keep said he ended up getting fresh, red scales in exchange for one of his wares." The bandit said. Your eyes widened.

'Oh no. Kirishima.' You thought, worried about your dragon friend. Bakugou scoffed.

"Tch. So that's it, huh? You're dragon hunters then?" Bakugou asked. You glanced at the bandits.

'Dragon Hunters?' You thought. You gasped lightly when you saw the claws around the bandit's neck. Though you didn't know much about dragons, you didn't have to be a genius to know that those claws belonged to baby dragons. The very thought of it made you sick.

You stared in fear as the bandit got closer to you.

"Hiding behind him isn't going to save you, sweetheart." The bandit said, a smirk laying on his lips. Suddenly, a dragon's roar was heard from a distance. Your eyes widened. Was that, Kirishima? Bakugou smirked.

"Yeah. But he is. You're all dead." Bakugou said. The bandit looked worried as the roars were getting closer and closer.

"We're not even close to the meeting point." The bandit said. He glared back at you and Bakugou. "Damn you, wasting our time," he turned to the rest of his men. "Ready the ballista! The dragon's hot on our tail." The bandit said. You looked at Bakugou.

"Bakugou," he turned to look at you. "That dragon, is that," Bakugou nodded.

"Yeah. That's Kirishima. Just hang tight, Outsider. He's coming to save us." He said. Bakugou watched at the dragon hunters rushed around. The dragon roars were getting closer. He smirked. "It's too late. Takes about three minutes to load that thing. He'll be here before you even get that bolt into place. Hope it was worth it." Bakugou said. The bandit growled.

"Hurry the hell up!" He shouted. Suddenly, the sounds of stomping feet was heard. Your eyes widened as a huge, red dragon appeared from the trees. And he did not look happy. Bakugou smiled.

"There he is." Bakugou said.

"Bakugou, that's, that's Kirishima?! He's huge!" You shouted. Bakugou chuckled and looked back at you.

"We'll be fine, Outsider." Bakugou said. Kirishima stomped forward, nearly trampling the wagon the two of you were in. Bakugou frowned.

"The hell is he thinking? The idiot nearly trampled us!" Bakugou shouted. "Outsider, you okay?" Bakugou asked. You nodded.

"Yeah." You said. The bandit growled.

"Damn that beast. He ruined the wagon! Hurry up and subdue this thing before he destroys everything!" The bandit shouted. You yelped as the bandit grabbed you by the arm, yanking you up. "And you, get over here!" The bandit growled. Bakugou growled.

"Get your damn hands off of them! Let them go!" Bakugou shouted, struggling to get to his feet with each step Kirishima took. The bandit stared at Kirishima in shock.

"He wasn't supposed to be that big! He was supposed to be a juvenile!" He shouted. While the bandit was distracted, you stomped on his foot, hard. The bandit growled in pain, letting you go. "You little," before he could grab you again, Bakugou stood in front of the bandit. Though he was still tied up, that didn't mean he wasn't going to try his damn best to protect you. Bakugou smirked.

"Weren't expecting them to have some fight in them, eh?" Bakugou asked. He looked at you. "Good job, Outsider. Stomping on his foot like that." Bakugou said. You glared at him, the best glare you could manage. Your head was hurting because of these assholes. They had tried to threaten you and your friend, and they were trying to kill Kirishima, one of the kindest people you had met. No. You weren't going to let that slide.

"Go. Now." You growled. The bandit growled. He looked around, then at Kirishima. It was clear the bandit had lost this battle.

"This won't be the last you see of us, Princeling, Traveler. Make no mistake about that. Retreat!" The bandit shouted. The bandit and his men fled the forest, running from the Barbarian Prince, a traveler from another world, and the great red dragon.

"Oi, Kirishima! I think you got them all! You can transform back now!" Bakugou shouted at the dragon. The dragon didn't seem to listen to his friend, instead, growling down at Bakugou and you. Bakugou frowned. "Shit. Kirishima, hey! Calm down!" Bakugou shouted. You looked up at your friend.

"We're fine, Eijiro! We're safe!" You shouted. Kirishima showed no sign that he was understanding anything about what you had just said. Kirishima opened his mouth, his throat glowing orange.

"Oi, Eijiro!" Bakugou shouted. His eyes widened. "Don't you even thing about it," Bakugou warned. With a roar, Kirishima let loose a jet of flames. Bakugou pulled you to his side and lifted up his cape. "Damn it! Get under my cape, Outsider!" Bakugou shouted. You let out a scream. Though the flames didn't touch you, you could feel the heat from it. "Hey, Kirishima, stand the hell down!" Bakugou shouted. You looked at Kirishima's neck, noticing something.

"Wait, Bakugou, I see something, on Kirishima's neck!" You shouted. Bakugou looked to where you were pointing, making sure to keep your arm and you hand inside the cape. Bakugou's eyes widened.

"Damn it. They put a curse on him!" Bakugou shouted. Kirishima let out a roar at the two of you. Bakugou glared at the dragon. "Shut up! You really going to let some weak ass curse take control of you, Shitty Scales?" Bakugou shouted. Kirishima growled and let loose another jet of flames.

"Katsuki, what do we do?" You shouted. Bakugou growled.

"Damn it." He then took his cape off and handed it to you. "Here, take my cape. It's fireproof. Just, run." Bakugou said. Your eyes widened.

"What?!" You shouted.

"Go! I'll take care of this." He said. He looked back at you. "We'll meet you at the Capital City. Just, keep heading Northeast from here." Bakugou said.

"I'm not leaving you!" You shouted. You let out a yelp and covered yourself with the cape as Kirishima let out another jet of flames. Bakugou growled.

"Stupid, damn dragon," he looked at you. "Go, Outsider!" Bakugou shouted. You hesitated. Bakugou growled and pushed you, making you stumble slightly. Bakugou gave you a soft smile. "I promise. I'll save Kirishima. We'll see you again, [Y/N]." Bakugou said. Kirishima let out another roar. Bakugou turned to face the dragon. "Now run, go!" Bakugou shouted. Tears streamed down your face. Despite your mind telling you to stay and help Bakugou, you knew you would just be in his way. So you ran. You ran as fast as your legs could take you. You ran until it felt as if your lungs were on fire. Through thicket and dense brush, the brushes and trees scratched at your skin but you ignored the pain and kept on pushing. Running until you finally emerged from the thick woods onto a path that split the tall trees. You knew you were far enough when the roars and cries of the great red dragon and the Barbarian Prince faded into nothing. Finally able to catch your breath, you collapsed onto your knees onto the side of the path. Your breathing was labored and wheezy. The air hurt as it entered your lungs. You clutched onto the crimson cloak that Bakugou had given you to your chest, your chest aching with the exertion of running so far. Tears continued to fall as you looked around.

"Kirishima, Bakugou, why?! Why is this happening to me?!" You cried out, closing your eyes and leaning over as you sobbed, your tears soaking the pants you wore. You were thrust from everything you knew and loved into a different world. You felt lost, confused, hurt. The kind-hearted and sweet dragon that you grew to trust so deeply, the one soul in this realm that immediately treated you with nothing but pure sincerity and gentleness, he'd attacked the two of you. You and Bakugou. He'd drove you off on your own in a world you knew nothing of. Even if it was because of a curse, it still stung as you sat there, sobbing and trying to get your bearings. Your heart leapt into your chest at the sound of horse hooves on the ground. 'Oh God, please, not again.' You thought to yourself. The sound grew closer by the second. Startled, you jumped to your feet. You let our a deep breath, prepared to run as fast as your shaky legs could take you. Suddenly, the horse approached. But, the figure on the white horse gave you pause.

You stared at the person. You could tell by his attire that he was no bandit. Though his expression seemed rather neutral, his eyes held concern. Eyes, that were strangely enough, mismatched in color. One a beautiful turquoise blue and the other a mysterious gray. His hair, much like his eyes, were mismatched in color. One said as white as snow and the other side as red as Kirishima's scales. The person looked at you, and extended his hand.

"Give me your hand." He said. You hesitated, very wary of this person, considering all that you had just gone through. "Quickly, we need to get away from here. There's a beast on the rampage and it isn't safe for you here." The person said. And that was how you met Half and Half, at least, that's what you learned Bakugou called him. His real name was Shoto Todoroki, the youngest Prince of Solterra. He was known for being a prodigy, a master of dual magics and the pride of his father, Kind Enji Todoroki, set to inherit the throne. You didn't know what it was about this person, but for some reason, you felt as if you could trust him. Nervously, you reached out to him and, with one surprisingly easy motion, his hand found your and he swooped you up onto the back of his horse. "Hold on tightly. I'll get us to safety." He snapped the reins of his horse and the creature took off, running in the opposite direction of your friends. You looked back at the orange that contrasted with the now lightening sky. Riding with this kind stranger did little to settle your nerves. 'I'm glad you're alright, traveler. What were you doing on the side of the path all by yourself? It's not safe to travel alone before sunrise." The Prince said.

"My name is [Y/N]. And my traveling companion told me to run." You explained. The Prince hummed.

"Well, I'm glad you did. Dragons aren't to be trifled with. Are you sure we'll be alright?" He asked. You sighed.

"I sure hope so." You said. The Prince's dual-colored eyes widened in recognition of the cape you held close to you.

"Wait a moment, that cape you have on, it's familiar. You wouldn't happen to be traveling with Prince Katsuki Bakugou, would you?" He asked. You nodded.

"Yes. He's my traveling companion." You said. The Prince nodded.

"He'll be alright then. You have nothing to worry about." He said. "Rest now. You've been through quite an ordeal." He said. As the two of you headed in the direction of the Capital, it did little to settle your nerves. If anything, it made them worse, because you were heading farther and farther away from your companions. The two people who had promised to return you home. You rested your head against his back, and closed your eyes as you allowed your heart to calm down. The now gentle pace of the horse and the steady breathing of the Prince lulled you into a calm state, and, eventually, your exhaustion took over, pulling you into a deep sleep that lasted until the sun rose high over the land. You had no idea what other dangers lay before you, but you only prayed, to whoever would listen, that Bakugou and Kirishima would return to you, safe and unharmed.
