Day 27

I have fallowed the eye gems and they lead me quite a bit away from my shelter. They lead me across the ocean to a small sandy island, before going though the ground. And I mean literally sinking into the ground like the ground doesn't exist. The eyes gems are a bit odd however. Sometimes after their done hovering, they fall back down. However, other times, they shatter and leave behind some strange purple particles. They don't do anything, the particles, they just are weird. 
Anyway, I began to dig down and came to something unlike anything I has seen before. I came to a maze like structure made of stone bricks that had smoldering torches lit up. It surely wasn't a Mineshaft, but it almost looked like a huge building sunk under ground. Even weirder, there were iron bars that acted as windows, but to where? All that's around me is stone, so what were they meant to allow me to see?
Perhaps this place was once above ground, then sunk to the earth and was covered up by nature. That's my theory at least, who knows what this place really is. From the little exploring I've done, there have been chests, containing some items; armor, apples, gold, things like that. The torches are still lit so perhaps someone was here recently? But this place doesn't look like someone else has been here; dust flies everywhere and I cough often because of it, plus the torches seem to smoldering to embers. The doors are made of iron and only open up for a second when I hit a button on the wall. I'll see if I can explore this place a little more, the eyes lead me here... this place must be related to "The End."

Night 27
I've spent the entire day looking around this place. I'll say one thing, this place sure isn't intact. There have been caves that cut right though parts of it, and entire sections that seem to be cut off by dips in the land. I've seen what I can only guess are libraries, two in fact. They have many book cases full of books that cannot be read. I can't take them off the block, it's almost like it's just painted on. The place is stuffed full of cobwebs however, and there were chests inside that had very worn down and weathered paper along with books that haven't stood the tests of time. There was a corridor with a nice fountain, a few other dead end rooms and when breaking some of the blocks, these disgusting little bugs came out!! Yuck!! They were silver/grey in color and slivered around on the ground, trying to attack me. When I hurt on, more came out! Eventually I found myself completely surrounded by bugs, which despite being small, creeped me out! I did manage to escape however.
But nothing can compare to the last room I found. Deep in this structure, was some kind of portal. The Eye gems has lead me here, and when I tried to throw one, it merely hovered over the strange circle-like thing I found floating above lava. Inside that room was a little metal cage that created more of those little silver bug things, so I quickly broke it.  But the room... the eyes hovered above the circle thing. Was this "The End?" This room? This room doesn't have any clues for me. The only thing I can notice is that the eye jgems look and have the same colors to the strange blocks that make up the circle thing, But I'm not sure what to do. I'm getting tired, I'll write more tomorrow.
