NINA AND CAMIELLE-

My mum looked at me with eyes filled with tears, she placed a bowl of fruit in front of me while I watched TV on the floor.

"Nina, thirsty?" She asks.
"Yes, mummy can I please have water?" I asked her.
"Of course sweetie." She said almost crying.
"Mum why you crying?" I ask her while keeping my eyes peeled on the show.
"Nothing honey, just tired." She says and I just go with it.

Mum places the glass of water next to my bowl of fruit and kisses my head. I smile.
As mum left to clean the rest of the dishes, I soon finished my small meal and I passed it to mum, and I heard a knock on the door. I turn and I see my best friend! Camielle.

"Hey Nina." She says waving to me and I see her mum behind her, with tears in her eyes aswell.
"Hey Camielle!" I say opening the door.

Camielle and I sit on the floor watching TV with each other as we watch our mums cry and hug each other.

"Girls we are leaving in 20." They both said at the same time.
"Ok." We both said in unison. We laughed and played.

After 20 minutes hanging with Camielle, our mums got us into our cars and headed towards a place with lights everywhere, people screaming, I see people taking children.

"Mum why we here?" I ask her she didn't say a word.

When we parked, Mum and Camielles Mum parked the cars they took us out and pushed through the herd of people. Our Mums somehow got 2nd or 3rd in the line.

"Take her please!" My Mum screams to one of the people there. The man picked me up and Camielle soon followed.

"MUM!!" We Both screamed, our eyes trying not to flood. And soon Camielle and I couldn't see our Mums.

GRACE AND MACKENZIE-

I was on the floor waiting for Kenzie to arrive. I soon hear a knock, I turn towards the door and see Kenzie.
I get up and open it.

"Hey Kenzie." I say and she says hi in return, I look up and see her Mum crying.
"Where's your Mum?" Kenzie's Mum asks.
"Kitchen."

She says Thankyou as Kenzie and I drew each other. It took 30 minutes until our mums and we hopped in the car as well. Our Mums talked to us, like it was the last time seeing us.

"Mum, where we going?" Mackenzie asks.
"You'll see." She says and watches the road.

Kenzie and I look at each other with worry eyes.

I could tell we have arrived where we were going as lights shone, people rampaged and kids crying. Our mums pushed through the crowd, they where only taking 40 more people. Then all of a sudden hands grabbed me from the shoulders as I saw Kenzie come.

"Mum!" I yelled to her.
"I love you! " She says, and that was the last thing I heard from her and told her. And the same was for Kenzie.

RANI-

The day turn sunny to gloomy, as I watched my mum chop my fruit. I wondered why the day seemed weird.

"Mum?"
"Yes Rani?"
"Are you ok?" I ask her and she tried to put on a smile.
"Yeah honey. Come and get your fruit." She says.

I got up and ate my fruit.

Soon after eating, mum said we were going somewhere. I followed her into the car. As the drive seemed to get more sadder and sadder as my mums eyes teared. My gut went from happy, to twisted.

"Mum, where are we going?" I ask her.
"Somewhere." She tells me. My curiousness went wild.

As we were on the free way, my Mum turned right. Lights shone in every path. People rampaged and kids screamed. I hugged my mum tight and didn't let go of her hand.

My mum pulled me with her into an ocean of people, my mum swam pulling me. Mum and I where near the front of the line, My mother hugged me that tight I couldn't breath. She whispered,

"I love you, here." She says putting a necklace around my neck that seemed familiar, it was the cross necklace I was going to get for Christmas.
"I love you, too Mum." I say to her. As the last word left my mouth, I was dragged into the sea, away from my mum.

"MUM!!" I screamed.
"I LOVE YOU!" She screams to me.
"I LOVE YOU MORE!" I screamed back at her. Kicking the person holding me.

As I was dragged in the current, I was drowning in sadness.

JAS-

I was helping Mum cook, I soon realise that Mums salty tears fell onto the cooking food.

"Mum, what's wrong?" I say hugging her.
"Nothing honey, t-the onions." She says and I look at what she was making and I couldn't see any onions, but I decided to let this one slide.

30 minutes of cooking went and mum and I put everything in containers and labeled them, and placed them in the fridge. As I was still in my PJs I ran up stairs. I threw open my cupboard doors and grabbed a black jumper and light blue jeans, as well as my black converses.

"Jas, we need to go." Mum yelled from downstairs.
"Where?" I ask.
"You'll see." She says.
"Coming." I say as I ran downstairs.

I locked the front door and followed my mum, into the car. She put on my favourite song. As I listened to it and sang. My mum laughed, and started to cry but made herself stop.

Mum takes several turns until, we arrived where we needed to go. Lights shone over the whole area, people rampaged to get at the front of the line, kids screamed.
I followed mum as we pushed threw the Crowd.

"I love you Jas." She tells me and kisses my forehead.
"I love you too." I say to her and I kiss her cheek.

My shoulders where grabbed by bigger people I was taken away from my mother, I screamed to her and she screamed to me.

3 Days Later...

RANIS P.O.V.

I was bunked with a person I have never met in my life, he tells me everyone calls him "Newt". After two days I got used to Newt, we got along well.

We where laughing until a person came into our room.

"Rani Burton, come." She says. I look to Newt and he looked at me in a, "everything is going to be ok" look. So I followed the lady.
"I'll find you, Newt." I call back to him.

The lady to me to a entrance way to aboard a train. There was a boy there as well.

"I'm Thomas." He says.
"I'm Rani." I say to him and he smiles. I smile back. Then I heard a sound like horses hooves hitting the concrete. We both turn to a lady in a white coat, white heels, red lips and to top it all of white hair.

"Hello Rani and Thomas." She says,"Come, with me you'll be safe." She says.

We followed her onto the train, Thomas and I sat next to each other, unsure of this lady.

"Rani and Thomas, we aren't going to hurt you." She says, I'm Chancellor Paige, but please Call me Ava."

4 Years Later...

RANIS P.O.V.

As its my go for training, as all my friends went well. I got into black sweat pants, short sleeve shirt and my sneakers.

"Where you going?" Newt asks.
"My go for training Newt I'll be back." I said walking towards the door.
"Good Luck."
"Thanks." I say making my way to where I need to go.

I walk down the hall and open the door to a big room made of glass and wood. I could see Thomas and Ava in the window, ready to test me.

"Ok, Rani as you know you are getting trained for an assassin." Ava says over the speaker.
"I know." I say. I look to my side and see a weapon rack.
"You chose which weapons you like."

I scan the wall and see several different items. I grab the rifle and the bow and arrows.
I stand where I needed to and start with the rifle. I aim it at a scare crow and aimed it at the heart. It didn't feel right so I picked the bow and arrow up. I aimed it at the target and got a 1, I kept trying and got 1,2,2,2,4,4,3,3,2,1.

"Enough for today Rani good job." Ava said and I left.

AGE:16

RANIS P.O.V.

As every day for the past 2 years, I've been training. Ava said usually it takes a person 10 years to become an assassin. She said I was important. I wonder what for?

I walked into the room and grabbed my bow and arrows. My first target was to shot a watermelon of a shelf. That was easy, then shooting at a normal target.
I got 5,5, then I shot right in the middle, I did it again and got the middle. I did it 3 more times and got middle, on the third one I got a sharper more stronger arrow. I aimed it at my first arrow that hit the middle. As I let got, the arrow flew straight at the target, it went straight threw the first arrow, the arrow was in half.

I turn towards Thomas and Ava. Thomas's mouth was open and I laughed.

"Well done Rani. You have one more target." She says and I was confused.

I soon realised what the target was, I had to shot an apple of Thomas's head. Thomas stood still in the middle of the room and placed the apple onto his head.

"I'm your target." He says. So I stand ready, I load the arrow and aim it at him. I realise and the arrow skimmed on top of Thomas head and took the apple of his head. I was shocked I did it.
Thomas and I hugged each other in happiness. I followed Thomas and I stood in front of Chancellor.

"Congratulations." She says and I was so happy.
