4 hours later

Well, Chase was thinking about how stupid he was after serving a room at hotel in Marsellie, which was almost 400 km away from Paris. Gladly, they were driving through highway on high speed and managed to get to the hotel very quickly. Then they quickly got in their room without unpacking and fell asleep for rest.

3 hours later

Skye woke up and noticed the absence of her husband, which made her feel quite worried. They gladly didn't have an arguement after finding out that their hotel was so far away from capital of Paris, but she also felt that Chase was so guilty that he didn't want to see her. However, she wasn't right - he actually decided to find another way to Paris, so he went to reception to talk about that and also solve a problem with rented car.

Receptionist: There's a train station from which a special TGV goes to Paris.

Chase: TGV? The quickest train in history?

Receptionist: Yes! One hour - and you're in Paris.

Chase: And what about the car? I rent it at airport.

Receptionist: Did you keep the name of rental company?

Chase: Yes.

Receptionist: I think we have the one you need to visit.

Chase: Merci!

Receptionist smiled after hearing that the anthro Shepherd knew some French words because of Skye, who taught him and Chase with light soul went back to his room, but then he reminded one thing and turned around.

10 minutes later

Skye was sitting on their bed, deep in her thoughts as she heard card swiping and the door has opened with Chase carrying two plates of croisant and coffee.

Skye: Chase! Where have you been? 

Chase: Sorry, this trip to hotel made me feel quite pissed. So I decided to solve it.

Skye: Oh really? So how can we get to Paris?

Chase: Train! TGV.

Skye: Ohh, the fastest train! But it's too expensive.

Chase: Well... 

The anthro Shepherd got out from pocket a booklet and opened it, pointing at picture with train.

Chase: Free TGV tickets to Paris and back.

Skye: Great!! Alright, let's eat though, I'm so hungry.

The couple went to balcony with beautiful view and started having breakfast, the silence and peace filled the air as Chase still felt quite guilty for his mistake and decided to let it out.

Chase: Honey?

Skye: Yep?

Chase: I'm sorry for... unexpected circumstances.

Skye: It is what it is right now. Don't beat yourself Chasey, we still got in there safely.

Chase: Heh, that's true. And even managed to see night Paris.

Skye: Oh yeah.

They giggled a little after this and kept eating their meal, feeling more relieved after intense moment this morning. When they finished eating croisant and started drinking coffee, Chase was enjoying the taste of new borders - he surely enjoyed the scenery of Marsellie countyside.

Chase: I like this place so much. We might travel abroad more often.

Skye: Every summer will be amazing!

Chase: Agree! Anyway, what's the plan?

Skye: Paris might wait, let's check Marsellie.

Chase: I'll drink to that, heh *chuckles* for warm welcome from France.

Skye: Sounds great!

The start of their honeymoon looks pretty nice, let's see how it'll go.
