the user can control the blood of themselves and others, hardening it and making tools out of it. it can also sense blood and be used to identify the dna in blood.

→drawbacks:
to use the quirk there must be a wound that is able to reach blood. some side effects to overuse of quirks are rapid, shallow breathing, lightheadedness, dizziness, confusion, and death. a byproduct of the quirk as a constant weak pulse that must be manually kept up.

akako is meant to be a reader insert but with a name. i'll be using they/them for them so anyone can fill themselves in. you can imagine any appearance and costume, there wont be any big descriptions of akako. the cover is just how i imagine them so you're well within your rights to ignore it. keep in mind that to make sense with the story, akako's costume won't have a hood so their hair is exposed and they have a mask. if you don't care about matching up with the story that's fine. also, this story won't have a love interest unless the majority really wants a character.
the whole book will be set in second person so pronouns aren't going to be too much of a problem since you're only going to see them if someone refers to you.

another thing, stain is going to join the LoV simply because it benefits you. he's not going to do much with them but just incase you're not a fan of canon divergence, this is something to keep in mind.
another another thing, i'm aging down toga so she can go to UA alongside akako so shes 14 now.
