"If I was to run at Nyx, I assure you he would catch me." I said calmly.

"He would not." Crowe said with a laugh.

"He totally would." I said with a smirk.

I looked down and smiled as I saw Nyx talking to Titus. He had boxes in his hand and I smiled as an idea hit me.

"Nyx! Incoming!" I yelled as I threw myself over the edge.

"(Y/n)! Wait! I'm carrying boxes!" He yelled before he threw the boxes at Titus.

He quickly caught me and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Did you seriously just jump off that roof?" He asked with a frown.

"I was proving a point to Crowe." I said calmly.

"(Y/n)! You could of died!"

"I knew you would catch me. You always do." I said with a smile.

"Of course I will. I'm your hero." He said with a smile.

I gently pecked his lips and laid my head on his chest.

"I hope you both know you sicken me." Titus said as he shook his head.

"Nyx!" I yelled as I felt gravity pull me down.

I closed my eyes and waited for my body to hit the ground. Before it could I felt arms around me. I opened my eyes and saw that Libertus had caught me.

"Are you okay?" He asked as we landed on the ground.

"Yea... I'm... I'm fine." I said as I looked away from him.

"(Y/n)... I know you don't want me to say it, but.... Nyx isn't coming back." He said softly.

"I know. I just... It's hard having someone with you, your whole life.... and then having to go without them." I said softly.

"I know... I miss him too." He said as a tear streamed down my face.

"How do I move in.... how do I live when my other half is gone?" I asked as I let out a sob.

He pulled me against his chest and hugged me tightly.
