~(Y/n)'s POV~

"You look horrible!" Prompto shouted with a worried voice. I quickly hushed the loud blonde so Ignis wouldn't hear him. With fluent motions, I checked to make sure no one heard him. "Prom, could you be any louder?" I hiss under my breath. "... Yes..." He rubs the back of his head with a goofy grin. I sigh and pinch the bridge of my nose.

"Hey, we need some help here!" Gladio shouts from the distance. Prompto began taking down the tent while I carried a chair to the Regalia. "(Y/n), you should sit down. You look really pale," Noctis pointed out. I shook my head and forced a smile. "I'm fine, Noct."

I took a few more items to the car and suddenly felt light headed. I put both hands on the side of the Regalia to steady myself. My actions didn't go unnoticed by the one person I wanted to hide from. Ignis placed a gentle hand on my shoulder and peered down to see my face. "(Y/n), are you alright?"

I smiled up at him so he wouldn't worry. "I-I'm fine, Iggy. Just had a little blood rush to my head. That's all." Ignis' hands tightened on my shoulder in worry. I could clearly tell from his expression that he saw right through my lie. "You're burning up. Also, Noct told me."

"Noctis..." I growl the prince's name. My knees suddenly felt weak and buckled underneath me. Before my body could hit the ground, I felt arms wrap around me. Ignis had caught me before I could crumble to the ground. My vision was blurry and I couldn't hear clearly. Ignis was yelling something, but I couldn't make out what it was. I felt myself being lifted up in his arms and carried into the car. Ignis sat me in the front seat which forced Prompto to the back. Not long after Ignis started the car, the world around me grew dark.

~3rd Person POV~

"Um, guys?" Prompto spoke as he saw (Y/n)'s head roll back and not move. He leaned forward to see the girl had passed out. "(Y/n)'s passed out!" He announces. Ignis took a quick glance out of the corner of his eye to see his lover. Her eyes were closed and she looked even more pale. Worry consumed the advisor as he stepped harder on the pedal.

"Specs, are you trying to kill us?!" Noctis shouts from the backseat. He ignored the prince and sped all the way to the closest city, Lestallum. Once they arrived, Ignis let Gladio handle the hotel situation while Prompto and Noctis went to a nearby store for medicine. He walked over to the passenger's seat and gathered (Y/n) in his arms. Her (h/c) hair swayed gently as he carried her all the way to the hotel.

Gladio gave Ignis directions to the room he and
(Y/n) would be sharing. The advisor thanked him and left. Once he reached the room, Ignis gently laid (Y/n) down on the bed. He put a hand on her forehead and immediately retracted it. "She's burning up."

The door to the room burst open with a panting Noctis and Prompto entering. "Here's the medicine you asked for," Noctis quickly said between pants. Ignis took the pills from him and placed them on the nightstand. The two left (Y/n) in Ignis' care and headed to their room. Before Ignis sat down, he placed a cool, damp towel on (Y/n)'s forehead. Now all he had to do was wait for her to wake up.

~(Y/n)'s POV~

I flew up and noticed I was in a hotel room. No lights were on which made the room pitch black. I turned on the lamp near the bed and saw medicine on the nightstand. There was also a small glass of water sitting next to the pills. I took a couple of the pills and sighed. My eyes traveled across the room and stopped on a sleeping form. Ignis had fallen asleep in a chair next to the window.

A smile spread across my face as I saw his glasses slide down his nose a little. I went to the bathroom and washed my face. "(Y/n)?" Ignis entered the bathroom to see me wiping water off my face. Once he saw I was alright, he smiled. "How are you feeling?"

"I still feel a little slugging. But, I do feel much better than earlier. I also took the medicine that you left for me," I replied. We left the bathroom and sat down on the bed. Ignis began threading my hair through his fingers. My eyes traveled to the clock and realized how late it was. "I didn't mean to wake you up in the middle of the night."

Ignis cupped my cheeks in his hands and made me face him. He laid a gentle kiss on my forehead. "You did not wake me. I awoke on my own." I couldn't hold myself back and pulled him in for a kiss. It caught him by surprise, but he immediately kissed back. "I think you are feeling much better, (Y/n)," Ignis said with a small smirk. A grin crept onto my face.

"You have no idea."
