~(Y/n)'s POV~

Scenery flew by as Ignis drove the Regalia. He insisted I sit in the front seat with him and the others could sit in the back. I had my spell book in hand and watched as peaceful Garulas were grazing the plains of Eos. My (h/c) hair blew in the wind and it felt amazing. Suddenly I started having tunnel vision. Ignis noticed and pulled over.

"(Y/n), what did you see?" He asked. "The Regalia will break down and we're going to have to push it a few miles," I answer. The three men in the back moan and groan. "What should we do?" Noctis asked. "Hammerhead isn't far from here. We could get it fixed before that happens," Prompto joins in. "We won't make it to Hammerhead. Ignis, try to start the engine," I say. He nods and tries to start the Regalia. The car doesn't start and more sighs and groans escape from the backseat. "Sorry, guys," I apologize. "Why are you apologizing? Without you, we'd be in a lot of trouble we couldn't handle," Prompto said, trying to cheer me up. I smile at the blonde and thank him.

We all got out of the Regalia and started pushing. Ignis told me to stand back as the four of them pushed it. I felt helpless and began flipping through my spell book. I was hoping to find a spell that could help move the car. What caught my attention was a spell that moved heavy objects. "I have a better idea~" I sang. They all looked at me and I snapped my fingers. The Regalia began moving by itself with a decent pace. Surprise filled their expressions and I laughed. I walked next to the car while they were too shocked to move.

"Wow..." Prompto murmured. "Are you going to just stand there or are you going to follow?" I ask with a hand on my hip. They run to catch up with me and the car. Ignis walks next to me and the others trail a little behind us. Hammerhead was in sight and all of us cheered loudly. I stop the car right in front of the garage and sit on its hood. Ignis leans against the Regalia with his arms crossed. Gladio, Noctis, and Prompto were talking to a girl named Cindy about repairing the Regalia. I was skimming through my spell book until another vision set in.

We were all fighting a wyvern and Ignis covered Noctis. He ends up injured severely and dies of blood loss. I gasp and drop my book. Ignis is immediately in front of me, worry painted all over his face. "(Y/n), what's wrong?" I began shaking and couldn't control my body. Tears streamed down my cheek. Ignis wrapped his warm arms around me and held me close. "I-It was horrible..." I sniff. He runs a hand through my hair and leans his head on top of mine. I tell him of the vision and he holds me tighter. The others run over after they see what state I'm in. Ignis fills them in and they all try to comfort me. I wipe my tears away and thank them.

Suddenly Noctis gets a call from Cor and his eyes widen. "Noct?" I call his name. He slips his phone into his pocket and looks at me. "There's a daemon near Insomnia. And... It's a wyvern," he replied. I gasped and no one knew what to say. "Maybe we should have Iggy stay here," Prompto suggests. "No, I'm not going to let you all walk into danger, especially you," he whispered the last part for my ears only. "We know what's going to happen. Now let's prevent it," Gladio said, determination apparent in his tone. "Yes, we can change the vision, but it might end the same," I say. "What do you mean?" Prompto asked.

"Ignis could be saved, but one of us could be attacked and killed," I reply sadly. "That's very possible. If we intent to fight the wyvern, we must watch very closely to what we do," Ignis spoke up. "We can't let it attack Insomnia," Gladio said. We all nodded and resolved ourselves. We would fight the wyvern but be very wary of what we do. "Alright. Everyone get into the circle," I say and cast a magic circle on the ground. It glows blue and everyone does as I say. I chant a teleportation spell and we arrive at our destination.

"There it is..." Noctis mutters as the wyvern comes into our field of vision. Everyone drew their weapons while I flipped to a lightning spell. "I'll get its attention," I inform. They nod and I cast my spell. The wyvern immediately turns towards us and flies straight for us. We dodged its powerful wind and we all attacked head on.

The fight was starting to tire us out and we were having a hard time keeping ourselves from getting hurt. Ignis was helping Noctis and I remember the scene from my vision. It resembled this one and I quickly ran over to them. The wyvern dived and was about to attack us. I pushed both Noctis and Ignis out of the way. The wyvern swooped down and grabbed me in its talons. I drop my spell book and have nothing to defend myself. "(Y/n)!" Ignis shouts. Bullets whizzed by as they struck the wyvern. "Give her back!" Prompto yells. The wyvern screeched and began to fly higher and higher. I gasp in fear and see fury in Ignis' face. Gladio jumped on the daemon's back and tried to help me.

It shook him off and he crashed to the ground. Noctis tried to warp up to me, but the wyvern was too high up. I looked down and saw everyone was trying their best to save me. I couldn't use my hands because of the way the wyvern has me in its talons. Suddenly the wyvern screeches out in pain. Prompto was still shooting at it. One of his bullets hit the talon I was in and the wyvern let me go. I felt the whole world around me slow down as I fell. "No!" I heard Ignis cry out. At this rate, my body will hit the ground and all my bones will break, killing me in a heartbeat. The ground was coming closer and closer. I closed my eyes in fear and waited for the impact.

The pain doesn't come and I open my eyes. "Gotcha!" I look up and saw that Gladio had caught me in his arms. Ignis, Prompto, and Noctis defeated the wyvern after it dropped me. Gladio sets me down gently and I thank him over and over again. He pats my head with a smile. Ignis and the others run over to check on me. Ignis was the fastest and checked over me for wounds. I giggle and tell him I'm fine. He sighs in relief and squeezes my hands in his. "I'd be dead if Gladio didn't catch me," I say. Ignis thanks Gladio and he just grins. "I think my heart stopped..." Prompto said dramatically. "Don't die on us yet, buddy," Gladio nudges the blonde.

Noctis placed a hand in my shoulder and smiled. "I'm glad we were able to save you." I smiled back and thanked him. He nodded and went over to Gladio and Prompto. Ignis didn't budge and continued to look at me with worried eyes. "Are you sure you're alright?" He asked. I pecked him on the lips to answer his question. "I'll take that as a yes." He kissed me back and we laughed together. We were in our own little fantasy world.
