A/n: A request from Koharukurosawa. This is another crossover with FFX. It will not stick to any of the story, just a few details will since it's been years since I played the game. Since my media issue has finally been fixed, here's your staff and your outfit!

Love you all!!!

~(Y/n)'s POV~

"Y'know, when we signed up for this hunt, we only expected one bandersnatch, not two!" Prompto wails as he fires at one of the large creatures. I watched helplessly as the boys fought the two monsters. Due to Gladio's overprotectiveness, I was forced to stand on the sidelines.

"Let me help!" I beg.

"(Y/n), no!" Gladio shouts, dodging the bandersnatch's claws.

Noctis knew his shield was being stubborn and asked for my help. "Whatever you got planned, do it fast, (Y/n)!"

I called upon my staff and performed a summons. "Ixion, come to our aid!" With my staff raised, a light blinds everyone and when the light vanishes, Ixion appeared.

The boys and I step back, allowing the aeon to attack the bandersnatches. The two monsters were no match as Ixion performed aerospark on a single monster, killing it instantly. The aeon stepped back as particles of light gathered at the tip of his horn. Ixion's overdrive, Thor's Hammer, was charging. Once at full capacity, the summon fired at the final bandersnatch. The creature stood no chance and keeled over, lifeless. Before Ixion could disappear, I thank him for his help.

The boys stare at me in awe as I dispelled my staff. I looked between the four of them. "What?"

"We've known you for a few months and this is the first time we're seein' this?!" Prompto bellows.

"I told you I was a summoner. Did you forget?"

"No, but we thought you just summoned small things, not giant creatures," Noctis comments.

"No. I summon aeons from Spira. I already embarked on my pilgrimage years ago. Now it's my sister's turn to become a full-fledge summoner."

"So, who was that?" Prompto asked.

"Ixion, the lightning-elemental aeon. In order for a summoner to gain an aeons trust, they must battle and prevail against said aeon."

"So, you can summon like Noct?" Prompto pondered.

"Yes."

The blonde's eyes glistened in excitement. "So cool~!"

"Your assistance was much needed and appreciated, (Y/n)," Ignis said.

Gladio seemed to be angry, but not as angry as I thought he would've been. I sent him a smile, showing him I am capable of helping him and the others. He sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "I can't stay mad at you, (Y/n)."

"Knew you had a soft spot for me!" I giggle.

"I think it's more than that," Prompto murmured for only the brute to hear. Gladio smacked him on the back of the head in response. The blonde rubbed his head, glaring at the bodyguard. "Geez, totally unnecessary."

"I wouldn't need to do it if you kept your mouth shut."

Prompto wiped the glare away before sending me a small frown. "Don't you want to return to Spira?"

"I do, but I want to spend a little more time here. There's no one back home to go to. Yuna's on her pilgrimage and it's not like I have a lover waiting for me." Noctis, Prompto, and Ignis looked at Gladio when I said 'lover'. I was a little confused at their staring, but decided to ignore it. "Also, I know how to get home. I can leave whenever."

"Glad to see you'll be staying a little longer," Noctis smiled.

"I beg to differ."

My body froze hearing the familiar voice. Glancing over my shoulder, the man I was never hoping to see again stood a few feet away. "Seymour, how did you—"

"The aeon's power fluxes. That is how I found you, dear (Y/n)."

Without question, Gladio summoned his greatsword and stood protectively in front of me. Seymour just grinned and ignored the bodyguard. "Come, return home to Spira with me."

"And why would I ever go with you? You're a man only wishing to marry my sister to create the final aeon. Your plan is to marry her and hope she'll choose you."

"Now, now. I've come with a different proposition."

"How 'bout you get the hell outta here?" Gladio spat vehemently.

"You've grouped yourself with such barbarians, (Y/n)," Seymour comments.

I place a hand on Gladio's arm and walked towards the man. When the shield saw what I was doing, he quickly grabbed my wrist and stopped me. "Don't you dare go with him."

"I'm not going with him. I'll hear him out and then he will leave, alright?" Gladio reluctantly releases me and I face Seymour. "Speak, now."

"I simply offer a trade. I will end the pursuit of Yuna if it is you who agrees to marry me. You sister is merely starting her pilgrimage while you have succeeded in weakening Sin."

I glare at him. "If you hurt my sister, I will—"

"Then, I suggest you prepare your answer. Until then, do keep her safe," he said, looking at Gladio. Seymour vanished and I sighed in frustration.

"Who was that?" Prompto asked.

"Seymour Guado. He's a Maester in the temple of Yevon. That man doesn't deserve such power," I stated.

"We won't let him have you," Gladio declares.

"There may be no choice, Gladio. If... If I can save my sister from him, then I will take his hand in marriage. I can't let a man like him have my sister."

"And I can't let him have you," Gladio said.

I was shocked by his words, but I knew I couldn't let him or the others be dragged into this. "Gladio, I will make my decision without influence from the rest of you. Yuna is my sister and I will protect her. I... need time to think of my options. Knowing Seymour, he will return in a couple of days to hear my answer. 'Til then, I will find a place to stay and be out of your way."

"You better not be sayin' what I think you are," he frowns.

"Yes, I am. It was a pleasure traveling with you all, but... I must do this alone. I hope we get to see each other again." I bow politely before turning on my heels and walking off.

"(Y/n), stop!" Gladio shouts. I tune out his voice and continue on my way. I didn't make it far before I felt an arm slink around my waist, causing me to gasp in shock. I tried to escape, but the arm around me tightened. "I swear, you are just as stubborn as Noct."

"Gladio, let me go," I demand.

"No. I'm not letting you do this all by yourself. None of us are gonna. You're stuck with us whether you like it or not, sweetheart."

I halted my attempt to escape and slumped against his chest. "I'm the stubborn one? Says the person who chased after me."

Gladio chuckled and loosened his arm around my waist, but he refused to let go of me entirely. "No wonder why we get along so well."

-Lestallum-

Resting at the Leville, I sat on my bed and relaxed. An hour passed before someone knocked at my door. I knew exactly who it was and opened the door without checking. "Knew you'd wander to my room eventually," I smile as Gladio enters my room. He sat on the chair beside the bed while I sat on the mattress. "There's something I need to give you."

Gladio raised a brow. "And what's that?"

I dove a hand into my pocket and pulled out a crystal.

"It's a crystal from Luca. I've enhanced it with magic and if you break it, you'll be transported to Spira."

Gladio stared down at the crystal as I placed it in his hand. "Why are you giving me this, (Y/n)?"

"In case thing don't go over well with Seymour, I want you to take this and use this to make sure Yuna is safe."

"(Y/n), I—"

"Just take it, please."

Gladio's amber gaze locked on to my (e/c) one. I saw he wanted to protest, but he held his tongue. "Alright."

"Thank you, Gladio."

An hour passed before the shield stood from his chair and left with a smile. I locked the door and heaved a heavy sigh as I stared out the window.

"A peaceful moment at last."

My body jolted when I heard Seymour behind me. Before I could speak, he sealed my lips with his and I felt my body growing weak. As my body fell, Seymour caught me and smiled before my world turned dark.

~3rd Person POV~

-Next Morning-

Gladio walked down the hall to (Y/n)'s room and knocked gently. "You ready, (Y/n)?"

When he received no reply, Gladio checked the door handle. It was locked and the only person who had the key was (Y/n). Worry built up in his chest as he waited for a few more minutes and heard nothing on the other side of the door. "(Y/n)?"

Silence.

Gladio couldn't handle the worry anymore and kicked the door in. "(Y/n)!" An empty room only greeted him. His worry turns into anger as he knows exactly who's behind this. "That bastard!"

He pulled out the crystal (Y/n) had given him only last night and broke it. As his body was enveloped in a blue radiance, the others dashed over and tried to stop him. Before they could reach Gladio, he had already been transported to Spira.

-Besaid-

"Are you okay? You just suddenly appeared on the beach," a voice asked Gladio as he turned around. A boy with dirty blonde locks and ocean blue eyes stood not far.

"Yeah. Do you know someone named (Y/n)?"

A girl with heterochromia eyes stood beside the boy. "You know my sister?"

"I'm looking for her and I think I know who took her," Gladio growled.

"Seymour," Auron responds with his usual stoic expression.

The shield sent a glare towards the older man. "How did you know?"

"The man kept running his mouth about (Y/n)."

"If he has (Y/n), then he must have returned to Bevelle. We have to stop him! If he forces her to choose the final aeon, she'll die!" Yuna yells, clutching her staff tightly.

"You must be one of the men who have aided her in the other world," Lulu said. Gladio nods in response. "We do have one way to Bevelle. If Seymour is desperate, the wedding will not be far off. We should hurry."

"The Fahrenheit is fast. We'll get there in no time!" Tidus cheers.

"We can save introductions for when we board the airship. Let's head to Bevelle and save my sister!" Yuna shouts.

The group, along with Gladio, departed from Besaid in the large airship. Onboard, Yuna approached Gladio carefully. "I'm Yuna, but I'm sure you already know my name if you know my sister."

The shield smiled. "Yeah, she talks about you a lot."

"I hope they are all good things," Yuna smiled in return. She then proceeded to introduce him to everyone and allowed Gladio to do the same. They chatted with each other until Auron announced they were only a few minutes from Bevelle. Gladio was shocked how quick the journey was, even with the airship. He glanced out the window and saw the city in the clouds.

Tidus stood next to Gladio and grinned. "Let's go get (Y/n) back!"

~(Y/n)'s POV~

I stared at myself in the mirror. The wedding dress was beautiful, but I couldn't bring myself to smile.

As I waited for the wedding to start, I remembered how Seymour threatened everyone I cared about. He even threatened Noctis, Prompto, Gladio, and Ignis if I didn't cooperate with him. Though Bevelle was my birthplace, it felt like a prison.

The door opened and a few men in robes entered. They bowed in silence and gestured for me to follow. I sigh sadly, nodding towards them and following close behind. One man handed me a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

They pulled the veil over my face and we left my room. The soft jingle of bells resonated all around as I was guided down the narrow pathway. I felt tears threaten to fall as we drew closer to the awaiting Seymour.

Reaching the Maester's side, he sent me a smile while I simply frowned. Side-by-side, we marched up the steps to reach the altar. As we reached the top of the stairs, the sound of a familiar airship caught my attention. I gasped as I saw the Fahrenheit flying straight towards us.

"Kill them!" Seymour shouted.

I grabbed the man and forced him to look at me. "You promised if we wedded, you wouldn't hurt them!"

"Plans have changed, (Y/n)," he responds.

I gritted my teeth and summoned my staff. Seymour's eyes widened as he realized my plan. Before he could take my staff from me, I summoned Bahamut.

I clutched my dress as I ran to the edge of the altar. "Stop her!" Seymour yells at the top of his lungs. Before anyone could touch me, I leapt off. Bahamut swooped in and caught me on his back and flew us to the airship. The Fahrenheit shot lasers at Bevelle, forcing them on the defensive and preventing them from following us.

"(Y/n)!" Yuna shouts. I smile at my sister and she continues. "Fly to Besaid!"

"Bahamut, if it isn't a problem," I said gently. The aeon nods and flies me safely to said destination. During the flight, I lost my veil but didn't care a single bit.

-Besaid-

Arriving in the town, I dismount Bahamut and he vanished. I dusted off the dress just as I saw the others come into view. When I saw Gladio with them, I couldn't hide my shock. "G-Gladio?"

The man dashed over and enveloped me in his arms. My head laid against his well-toned chest as he held me. "You know how to give people heart attacks."

"I'm sorry, Gladio. After you left, Seymour appeared in my room and took me to Bevelle. I hope you aren't too mad."

He peers down at me with a huge smile. "Like I said, I can't stay mad at you. And I seriously doubt you went with him willingly."

"Glad I don't need to explain," I giggle.

Yuna was the second to reach me. Gladio released me so I could hug my sister. "I'm so glad you're safe, (Y/n)."

"I'm glad to see you all are safe, too. After Seymour threatened every one of you, I was afraid of what he would do."

"We can handle that guy, (Y/n). You don't need to worry about us," Tidus said.

"Will you be returning to Eos?" Lulu asked with a hint of sadness.

I nod. "Yeah. I'm sure the others are worried about both of us."

Auron sent me a very rare smile. "Be careful, (Y/n)."

"I will. Make sure to keep them all in line for me, Auron."

He nods and I take the crystal from around my neck, turning towards Gladio. "Ready to head home?"

He took my hand in his. "Let's go."

I wave farewell to the others as I break the crystal in my hand and we return to Eos. We landed in the middle of the Alstor Slough, causing my dress to get dirty. "Ugh, great..."

"Is it that important to you?" Gladio scoffed.

"No, but I don't want to walk all the way to an outpost in a soggy wedding dress."

"Fair point. Even though you look amazing in it, I hate the dress."

"You jealous it wasn't you at the altar?" I tease.

"Yes."

His bluntness caught me off-guard. My eyes widened and I couldn't help but gape slightly. "You're just teasing me."

One of his arms snaked around my waist and pulled me close. He leaned down and pressed his lips against mine in a passionate kiss. I kissed back immediately and clutched his leather vest in my hands tightly. In the next instant, Gladio moved his other hand to under my chin and lifted it up gently, deepening the kiss.

Our kiss was interrupted by Gladio's phone going off. He grunted in displeasure as he dropped my chin, broke the kiss, and fished in his pocket for the ringing device. Peering at the screen, I saw Noctis' name. He sighed before picking it up. "What?"

From here, I could hear the prince and his best friend shouting. Gladio rolled his eyes before telling them to meet us at Coernix Station and hanging up. "Damn those two pipsqueaks..."

"You know you love 'em," I cooed.

"I love you more."

I blushed at his words and messed with a strand of my (h/c) hair. "S-So, should we leave?"

"Yeah, but before we do..." Gladio paused with a smirk. I was confused until he swooped down and scooped me up in his arms.

"H-Hey, I can walk!" I protest.

"In those heels? I don't think so, sweetheart."
