~3rd Person POV~

At breakfast time, everyone was up and eating. Bella had finished quickly and stormed over to the edge of the haven. Noctis arched a brow at her hastiness. "What're you doing, Bella?"

The young woman stuck her hands out, a blue light emitting from her hands. She concentrated closely, focusing on an image of Midgar. The blue light sparked, exploding in her palms and sending her to the ground with a groan. Noctis flew out of his seat and made his way over to Bella. He helped her up and steadied her body. "You okay?"

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine. I almost had it!"

"Had what?" Prompto asked as he stroked the sleeping Kirara in his lap.

"The teleportation magic. I'm almost able to control it. I need to try again," Bella answered, determination filling her tone.

As she went to try it again, Noctis grabbed both of her hands in his. "Whoa, hold on! What if it backfires again?"

"Then, I'll do it again! I have to learn how to control this or I'll disappear without a trace like I did a few months ago. Remember how much of a mess you were?"

Noctis' cheeks turned red. "D-Don't remind me..."

"I'll keep trying even if it hurts."

Knowing her stubbornness all too well, the prince released her hands and allowed her to try again. The boys watched as the blue light returned and grew more radiant. With her mind focused on Midgar, she released the spell and a portal to her home laid in front of them. "I did it..." She murmured in shock.

"Would ya look at that," Gladio murmured, eyes staring at the world beyond the portal.

Bella spun on her heels, a huge smile painted across her lips. "Anybody up for a small detour?"

"What do you say, Speccy?" Noctis asked, grinning at his advisor.

"I see no harm," Ignis responded.

Prompto jumped from his seat as Kirara dashed over to Bella and hopped on her shoulder, rubbing her furry cheek against the girl's. She stepped through the portal with the boys close behind her.

The portal had dropped them off in the middle of the busy streets of Midgar before vanishing. Bella opened her arms and gestured to the buildings and streets around them. "Welcome to Midgar!"

Kirara jumped with joy, hopping between shoulders and heads. She stopped on Noctis' head before laying down to calm herself.

"It's Bella!" Someone shouts. Said girl turns around to see Tifa, Marlene, and Cloud not far off. The four-year-old girl ran over to them. Bella kneeled down and opened her arms, allowing Marlene to jump into them. The little girl smiled joyfully as Bella held her close. Kirara bounds over and snuggles in between the two girls and nuzzles her damp nose against Marlene's cheek. She giggles in response and strokes Kirara's head.

"Talk about another unscheduled visit," Tifa smiles, crossing her arms.

"This will be the last one. Now I know how to control the spell and can come and go as I please," Bella responds, setting Marlene down so she could play with the nekomata.

"Zack hasn't calmed down since you left. Hopefully seeing you again will calm him down," Cloud said with his usual stoic expression.

"Why is he restless?" Bella questioned.

"Ever since you told him you have a boyfriend he's been on-edge and mumbling to himself," Tifa answered. From behind her, Bella could hear Noctis choke on air.

Bella couldn't help but grin. "I'll give him a call and tell him we'll meet up at Seventh Heaven. That way, I can introduce him and you guys to my new friends."

"Well, you know how to get in. We're just out on a little stroll and we'll be back in an hour," Tifa said with her beautiful smile.

Cloud sent Bella a faint smile. "Be careful on your way to the bar."

"Aw..." Marlene pouts.

Bella placed a hand on the girl's head. "Take Kirara with you. She loves walks."

Marlene's eyes gleamed and the nekomata mewled with a smile. "Thanks, Bella!"

After their small conversation, the young woman guided the boys to Seventh Heaven. Bella opened the door with the spare key Tifa had entrusted to her a few years ago. "Just have a seat while I call my brother." She walked out of the room with her phone in-hand.

"You're in for an ass whooping," Gladio chuckled as they sat at the bar.

"Why do you say that?" Noctis inquired.

"Dude, you have to deal with Bella's older brother. They're usually really overprotective of their sisters and very strict of who they can date," Prompto said.

Noctis soaked in the blonde's words before sighing, "I'm getting my ass beat..."

"I highly doubt Bella would allow such behavior from her own brother," Ignis said.

Ten minutes flew by and Bella returned just as the door to the bar flew open. A boy with sable locks and sapphire eyes stormed in.

"Well, that was quicker than I'd expected," Bella said, leaning her body against the bar. Zack shuffled up to her and sat right next to Noctis. The prince tensed up as he felt the boy's shoulder brush against his. Bella cleared her throat and gestured to the four boys to Zack's left. "Zack, this is Noctis, Prompto, Gladiolus, and Ignis."

Bella's brother turned in his seat and greeted them with his usual jubilant smile. "Name's Zack. As you already know, I'm Bella's older brother. Nice to meet you guys!" His eyes then met with Noctis'. "And you're the one dating my sister?"

"U-Uh, yeah," Noctis responds nervously.

Zack's eyes bore into his soul, feeling as if he was trying to burn it with his hard stare. Noctis swallowed hard as Bella's brother leaned forward and examined him closely. The girl groaned in annoyance as she saw how uncomfortable Noctis was. She walked from behind the bar and pulled on Zack's ear. "Ow, ow, ow!"

"You're making him uncomfortable, Zack. Also, there's no need to examine him so closely. He's a sweet and kind person. Stop creeping him out," she sighs.

"I was just making sure he's right for you. You deserve the best, Bella!"

Bella rolled her eyes before sending an apologetic smile to Noctis. "Would you like a drink?"

Noctis smiles back. "Whatever is fine."

As Bella prepared drinks, Zack asked Noctis a ton of questions about himself and how he was treating Bella. After their lengthy chat, the door opened and Tifa, Marlene, and Cloud arrived. They introduced themselves to everyone and chatted with Bella's new friends while Zack seemed to still be debating about Noctis and if he approved of their relationship.

Hours passed and Marlene decided to take a small nap with Kirara curled up next to her. Prompto, Gladio, and Ignis were talking with Cloud and Tifa while Zack pulled Noctis and Bella aside. He crossed his arms with a sigh before speaking. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I'm glad someone like you is dating my sister, Noctis."

The prince was taken aback. "Does this mean..."

"Make her happy when I can't," Zack smiled.

"You actually approve of our relationship? I'm shocked," Bella giggles.

"He's your first boyfriend! I had to make sure he wouldn't break your heart," he defends.

Bella placed a hand on Zack's arm. "I'm glad you're my brother. Even though you're annoying sometimes, I love you."

"Love you, too, sis. How long are you planning to stay in Midgar?"

"A few days," Noctis responds.

"Guess we better start with a tour. How does that sound?"

"Great."

-A Few Days Later-

After spending time in Midgar, the boys were a little reluctant to leave. Everyone was gathered just outside Seventh Heaven, wishing them a safe return to Lucis. Marlene kissed Kirara on the head before the nekomata jumped onto Bella's shoulder.

During their time together, Zack and Noctis had gotten along really well, making Bella the happiest girl alive. After saying their goodbyes for now, Bella opened a portal with ease to Lucis. Luckily, she had remembered the haven well and was able to drop them right back where they left.

As the portal closed behind them, Bella heaved a sigh. "I'm so glad that went smoothly." She ran a hand through her sable and silver locks, smiling from ear to ear.

Noctis wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her close, laying a gentle kiss on her cheek. "Me, too."

"I never knew your brother was so cool, Bella," Prompto said.

"He didn't try to kick Noct's ass. I'm a little disappointed," Gladio admits. Noctis shot his shield a glare at the statement.

"Zack's not like that. He's a gentle person," Bella said.

"A shame we could not stay longer," Ignis exclaims.

"Don't worry, Iggy. We can go back anytime we want."

"I'm just glad Zack isn't gonna try to pull us apart," Noctis whispers for only Bella to hear.

"If he tried, I'd make sure he didn't succeed." She pecked him on the cheeks.

"I love you, Bella," he smiled.

"Love you, too, sweetheart."
