The Blue Moon is a type of moon that gives off a blue color due to crystals that grow there, it's unclear as to where the Blue Moon came from as it is said that it appeared no more than eight hundred years ago. According to the researchers, the Blue moon radiates a magical aura that allows people to breath within its range (reasons for this phenomenon is unexplained). However, there are traces of activity that suggests that there are life on there such as glyphs, and footprints.

Locations

The crystal palace- one of the main locations on the Blue moon, it has the eight lunar crystals and it also serves as the entrance way to the lunar subterrane. It looks like a cluster of crystals with a building at the bottom, but it only has two floors that the second floor has a teleporter that leads to the lunar subterrane.

Lair of the father- a cave in which the eidolon bahamut dwells in, only the worthy can best him in battle and summon him.

Lunar subterrane- a massive cavern complex with crystals growing on it, in which monsters prowl within its passages. It leads downwards with at least nine floors, in which the deepest floor is where the lunar core is located.

Lunar core- it's what keeps the Blue moon orbiting around the planet, not only that, but it's deepest areas has a room where a race called lunarians are put into sleep.

The moon base- Imperial issued base is located within the crater, it serves as the starting point for researchers and adventurers before they explore. It has an item shop, weapon and armor shop, and hot springs that can heal wounds.
