As Eric and Laura wake up, they find themselves in the forest surrounded by wreckage of the airship. They wondered where they are, until they saw soldiers marching behind the trees while carrying flags with a familiar emblem. It was the emblem of the Caerenth empire, therefore, they landed back to their homeland.

"We're home!" Cried Eric as he is excited.

"Wait a minute, what about Siegfried?" Asked laura

"He must be drifting at sea, don't you worry. I'm sure he reached shore somewhere" he reassured.

Afterwards, they followed the soldiers as to see where they're going. As it turns out, they're heading back to the imperial capital city (which is what they originally have planned). Instead of following the soldiers to the imperial palace, they went to where the lunar shrimp is parked. Unfortunately, one of the attendants had to block the entrance of the lunar shrimp.

"Can we pass? We would like to go to the Blue moon" asked Eric.

"I am sorry, but the lunar shrimp vessel is in the process of being cleaned and repaired" the attendant replied.

"What!? Our friend is taken to the Blue moon, so we need to rescue her!" Exclaimed Eric in an outraged tone.

"Again, I'm sorry. After the last team returned, the lunar vessel was damaged and there were blood stains" the attendant tried to explain.

Eric grumbled, and Laura tried to comfort him.

"Before you leave, I would like to tell you two this: there is a magic circle that leads to Mysidia. It's a town where mages reside and hone in magical arts, so you might want to go there. Last I heard, there was an old ship that originated from the moon" the attendant explained.

Eric and Laura nodded before leaving, they traveled the imperial capital city in search of the rumored magic circle. Along the way, they encountered a familiar face they have met in the palace: it was Gertrude. Gertrude, head researcher and one of the job class inventors, was leaving the stone building and saw Eric and Laura.

"Well, as if I'd forget those two faces. Welcome back home, you two!" She greeted with a smile.

"Gertrude! It's been a few days, how are you?" Laura greeted.

"I'm fine, I just left this building after handing over the crystal fragments" she answered.

"What's that stone building behind you?" Eric asked.

"That building is where the magic circle that functions as a road towards Mysidia, not only that, but we've been using the building as a job class distribution center. It's where I deliver crystal fragments that contained job classes that we have developed from the job research facility, and the researchers here make copies just so that adventurers can use" she explained.

"Can we use the magic circle?" Laura asked.

"Sure you can, even though it hasn't been used a lot lately. I have two questions: where is the scrubber guy and the white mage? And why are you dressed in a different outfit?" Gertrude asked.

Both Laura and Eric explained to her about their adventure in the volcanic continent of Onsen, and how Sonya was kidnapped by an evil armored Lunarian named Arnos. They also explained that they were given crystal fragments that contained ancient job classes by the old master of baths, and then they were separated from Siegfried due to a magical cyclone.

"Oh dear, that sounds real bad! Having one friend taken hostage and the other getting separated, that must be rough on you" Gertrude said worried.

Laura reached into her bag and pulled out the crystal fragment that contained the oracle job class, and then she gives it to Gertrude.

"Here, as much I wanted to try it out. I don't think it's the right job class for me, I'd rather stick to being a black mage" she said.

"You don't have to, but thanks. I'll have my researchers make copies of it right away!" She said.

Then she opened the wooden door, thus letting both of them in. In there, the air felt warm as there were pipes that lined the walls. To the left, there is stairs that lead down. At the front, there were two doors: one that labeled "job class distribution center" and the second labeled "to Mysidia". Gertrude went into the first door with the oracle crystal fragment in hand, but she also told the two to wait there. It doesn't take long until she returned, and with a beaming smile.

"Now that's taken care of, why don't you come in and see what the researchers have to offer?" She said.

"Um, no thanks. We should probably use the magic circle and travel to Mysidia, just to check to see if our friend Siegfried is there" said Eric.

"Are you sure? I've got some scrolls of the recently restored spells for the Candle mage, three of the spells are tiered that can banish any enemies to the hereafter" she questioned.

She pulled out several scrolls from her handbag and showed to him, in which it sparked his interest. He took them off her hands, and the scrolls were absorbed into the Candle mage crystal fragment.

"Thank you, but how did these scrolls get absorbed into the crystal fragment?" He asked.

"It's because these were tailored exclusively for the Candle mage, and since the restored job class is in this crystal fragment, it automatically learns it's spells" she answered.

"I don't think it's any different than traditional learning on black and white magic, in which it requires a teacher to train apprentices" said Laura.

"It is possible for your friend to teach someone on candle magic, since we still allow the traditional master/apprentice chain in this empire" said Gertrude.

Laura nodded in agreement, so she and Eric went inside the job class distribution center just to take a look. In there, they can see several desks arranged in a row and researchers are busy working on the Crystal fragments. There were crates containing mass produced crystal fragments where the researchers had used them to copy the job class, in which these crates will be shipped off somewhere. Other than desks and crates, there's not much to it. Laura and Eric left the room and went through the second door that leads to a room where the magic circle is located, but before they step into the magic circle, they said their goodbyes to Gertrude. When they stepped into the magic circle, they all disappeared into the light.
