Kara tried her best not to be seen by anyone that was left behind to deal with Thanagarians as she followed Sara and the others back to the Wave Rider. She rushed inside the huge ship just when they were preparing to take flight.

- Hey, Kara... Weren't you staying to deal with the Thanagarians? – Nia asked confused

- No... I mean... Listen, you guys can't go to 1624, it's the wrong place. You need to go straight to Los Angeles 1984.

- What? Kara we just talked about this, Sonny is in 1624...I already set the course there and... - Sara was talking but Kara interrupted her.

- You time traveled – Barry said as he got up from the chair. – What went wrong?

- Everything – Kara said – You have no idea how wrong...

- You're inside...and here too... This is confusing – Diggle said

- I couldn't risk interacting with myself back there, so I followed you guys here. I came from the future, on a mission to stop you guys from going back to 1624 because the real Sonny isn't there. He is in Los Angeles, 1984. Lex is about to find him and trick you guys in 1624, with Everyman.

- The guy who has the power of changing his face to look like anyone he wants – Dinah said – He gave us a lot of pain in the ass back in Star City.

The ship started moving and Kara felt nervous. Sara changed the course quickly, sending the ship to the Vanishing Point until they could figure things out.

Once there, Kara took a deep breath, knowing she would have to tell them everything that happened in order to stop that awful future from happening.

- Lex had the real Sonny with him? He had access to the equation? – Clark asked, deeply worried.

- Yes. He brought Sonny to Darkseid and used the fake one to distract you all while Darkseid got his hands on the equation. When we found out, I tried to come back here with the Legion ring to warn you all but I ended up 2 years in the future. It was awful.

Kara decided it wasn't a good idea to tell Sara she killed Lex but Darkseid brought him back to life, so she skipped this part, telling them how she found Barry with no powers, the village they were hiding in, how Oliver went after JSA on Earth 2 and found information about how to break the equation and how they all faced Darkseid and his new allies when they tried to recover the Legion ring so Kara could go back in time.

- You said allies... Did he break any of us? – Clark asked

- Yes. – Kara was hesitant

- Who? – Rene asked.

- He used the equation on you – Kara said looking at Rene – Nate, Zari, Laurel, Caitlin, Mick, Kendra, Alex and... - She turned to Clark – You. He tortured the others but they managed to escape... After we fought him, he used omega beans and...

Kara tried to finish the sentence, her eyes filled with tears.

- We died? – Barry asked. He knew that feeling way too much. He just went to Kara and hugged her.

- Not everyone but... Some, yes. It was awful... All I wanted was to come back here and make things right. The future, our future depends on it.

- We can't let this happen. I don't want to imagine what will happen if he gets to use me – Clark said, also hugging Kara.

- We won't let it happen – Dinah said and everyone followed her to hug Kara. – We won't, ok?

Kara wiped her tears and took the pages Oliver gave her in the future from her pocket. Kara gave them to Sara and Barry.

- Oliver found those pages in a library on Earth 2, with the help of their JSA. It has a bunch of information about the equation, and how to break it for good so no one can use it.

- Lasso of Hestia – Sara read – Does anyone have any idea what that is?

- Dinah and Nia in the future told me that when you tried to come back here from 1624, Gideon said something was stopping you from doing it, so the ship brought you all to Los Angeles 1984, and they told me they saw a woman in an armor flying with a lasso in her hands. That's why we knew where the real Sonny was. They told us how you guys were attracted to 1984 because of the equation.

- So all we have to do is go to 1984, find this woman, find Sonny and break the equation? And it's all over? – Nia asked

- Apparently... - Kara said

- And the Thanagarians? – Clark asked

- The other I and the others will solve it. They are not friendly, they attack us and try to take over Earth but we stop them. I just hope things didn't change with me here...

- I think its ok. We are in the Vanishing Point, a place outside time and space – Sara said as she got up from her chair. – Things will probably happen there as they happened before.

- Yes. After we won and the Thanagarians left, we waited for you to come back and we found out the Sonny we had with us wasn't the real one. That needs to change. - Kara nodded with her head

Once in Los Angeles, 1984, they all dressed properly so they wouldn't bring attention to themselves. They walked on the streets trying to find any information they could about mysterious woman.

- Listen guys, a flying woman in armor, must be a local super hero... - Nia said – If she's so out in the open, it must not be that hard to find her...

- We also need to find Sonny... I suggest we divide and conquer – Rene said

- Ok. – Sara took a lot at everyone – Barry and Kara come with me after the woman while Nia, Diggle, Rene, Clark and Dinah try to find Sonny. We meet back in the Wave Rider. Keep your comms on just in case.

Sara, Barry and Kara walked down the streets trying to find anything that could lead them to the mysterious woman. It took them a few hours looking at newspaper stands, TVs on the news inside some stores, magazines and everywhere they could. Barry used his super speed to go around the entire city looking for clues while Sara and Kara waited for him on the food court of the closest mall they found. A few minutes later, Barry came back while Kara was trying to focus on her super hearing.

- Nothing – Barry said, frustrated. – Not a single sign of her.

- Wait... - Kara said as she picked up something happening on the lower floor of the mall – There's a mess happening, robbery...

Someone yelled gun and all hell broke lose. Kara, Sara and Barry ran towards the railing just to see a bunch of people running and screaming while 3 guys tried to get away with heavy bags. They ran up the escalator towards the food court. Kara nodded to Sara as one of the men carrying a heavy bag passed through them and Barry stopped him with super speed, pushing him towards Sara that met him with a high kick, knocking him down. Kara looked to her right just to see a man grabbing a kid, and lifting her up, threatening to drop her. Kara was about to fly to rescue the little girl when they all saw movement from above and looked up, just to see a brunette woman holding a golden lasso as she came to the girls rescue. She threw the tiara she was wearing to one guy, got it back like a boomerang, and managed to fight all three criminals by herself.

- Should we help? – Barry asked not sure what to do

- The criminals? – Sara commented – Because I don't think she needs our help...

Sara, Barry and Kara just looked in awe as the woman kept going from one floor to the other, kicking ass until she held one of the guys by the ankle. She jumped up, flying away and Kara warned Barry and Sara to meet her on the rooftop of the mall.

- I'm going after her – Kara said as she flew high, in super speed, trying to reach the woman.

Kara saw her drop the guy on a police car and flew faster. The woman looked behind her, just to see Kara almost reaching her. The woman changed her route abruptly, and Kara kept flying right behind her.

- I need to talk to you! – Kara yelled – I came in peace. – She had to try something.

Kara saw the woman flying towards the rooftop of the mall, landing there and she just followed.

- Who are you? – The woman said, looking like she was ready for round 2. – And what do you want?

Kara landed on the ground and took a few steps towards her.

- I'm Supergirl. – She said – I need your help.

Barry and Sara were already there and approached Kara, standing beside her.

- We need your help – Kara said. – This is my friends, The Flash and White Canary.

- My help? – She said, still in fight mood – With what? How can I know you're not just a bunch of super villains?

- We are heroes. Just like you, apparently – Sara said

- We can prove we're telling the truth. – Barry said – You can use this lasso of yours on us.

She looked surprised at Barry. How could he know about her lasso of truth? She wondered. She grabbed it and threw it on Kara, squeezing it. Kara felt her entire body burn, like her veins were on fire. It hurt a lot, but Kara kept her head up, staring at the woman.

- Who are you and what do you want with me? – She asked

- I'm Kara Danvers, Supergirl. This is Barry Allen, The Flash and she is Sara Lance, White Canary. We are from the future and we came here to find you so you can help us break the anti-life equation inside a man that has it hidden on his brain, so a super villain called Darkseid won't have it to make Earth like his planet Apokolips and turn everyone into his personal zombies.

The woman took the lasso from Kara and held it, staring at her in disbelief. They knew about the anti-life equation and Darkseid. She knew the entire universe was in trouble by what they were telling her.

- I'm sorry for that, I had to check. I'm Diana of Themyscira. You need to tell me everything you know about Darkseid.

Kara, Barry and Sara brought Diana back to the Wave Rider and she was deeply impressed with the ship and its technology. They explained what happened, what were Darkseid plans with Lex, what they found about the anti-life equation, Sonny and how to break it. Kara told her about the future and what happened, and how she had to travel back in time to take her friends to the right place so the horrible future she saw wouldn't happen.

- And your friends went to find this Sonny... The guy that has the equation inside his mind?

- Yes. I know it all sounds insane, but...

- I believe you. – She said. – I know about Darkseid and his story. If he came so close to taking over the entire universe, we need to do everything we can to stop him.

Diana told them about the origin story of Darkseid, everything she had learned from the Amazons and how he tried once before to take over the world and failed. She stared at Kara, still impressed with the fact that Kara told her she fought him in the future.

- Not everyone who faced him, survived to tell the story.

- I'm hard to break. – Kara said, making Diana smile proudly at her.

Rene, Nia, Diggle and Dinah came back, with Clark carrying an unconscious blonde guy. Diana introduced herself and Kara explained what happened and how they found her. Sara took a look at the guy on Clark's arms.

- So... That's the real Sonny? How did you guys find him?

- It's a long story. But Nia fell asleep and had a vision...

- Interesting power... - Diana said as she looked curiously at Nia – Dreamer right? I've met your ancestors once...

- Really? – Nia looked shocked trying her best not to bomb Diana with questions.

- Ok, guys, focus... we need to break this equation once and for all... - Barry said in a hurry.

- Ok. – Diana said as she grabbed her lasso.

Clark put Sonny on the floor and Diana aimed at him, throwing the lasso and squeezing it hard around the guy. The lasso was glowing brighter than ever and the guys started to wake up, yelling in pain. Diana kept pressuring it, holding it tight.

The glow coming from the lasso got brighter, and brighter, almost blinding everyone that stared directly at it.

- I can feel it – Diana said as she kept holding to the lasso. – It's breaking...

Sonny yelled in pain and there was an explosion of light, knocking everyone but Diana, Kara and Clark down.

- Loneliness + alienation + fear + despair... - Sonny kept repeating – misunderstanding...

- What's he saying? – Clark said, trying to see what was happening

- The equation...is breaking inside his mind – Diana said

- Loneliness... I... what's next? – Sonny kept repeating a few words and then just yelled in pain

The light faded away and Diana let go of Sonny, making him fall unconscious on the ground.

- It's done. – Diana said as she stared at everyone – The equation is broken.

- And its pieces? – Kara asked. – We can't risk him putting them together again.

- So it's better you don't know where it went – Diana smiled mysteriously at Kara

- He can come after you... - Nia said – It's dangerous.

- Let him come. I'll be happy to put him down. – Diana said as lifted Sonny from the ground – He's waking up.

- I'll take him back to where we found him, its better if he doesn't see us here – Clark said as he lifted Sonny and flew away in super speed.

Diana stared at the rest of the team, smiling.

- It was wonderful to meet you, heroes from the future. Keep up the good work – Diana said.

- Thank you for your help – Kara said and Diana gave her a quick hug.

- I have to go now, work is waiting – Diana said as she waved them all goodbye and flew away, leaving everyone else in awe.

- She's so cool – Kara said, trying hard not to fangirl.

- Right? – Nia said equally excited.

- Ok, now what? – Clark said as he came back. – We go back to our time and...

- We need to pick up the trash in 1624 – Diggle said – We can't take any chances with that guy.

- I'll happily put that idiot in his place – Sara said, determined to stop that lunatic once and for all – Let's go team, let's take Lex Luthor down!

- And I'll go back to my time, before I tried to travel back in time for the first time. Let's hope things are ok now – Kara said, trying her best to keep calm while wondering how things would be once she got back.

- We see you back there, then – Clark hugged Kara – See you soon.

Kara said her goodbyes and put the Legion ring once again; focusing in the moment she tried to go back in time for the first time, right before she ended up 2 years in the future.

Kara closed her eyes, trying her best not to freak out from anxiety. After a while, she opened her eyes and noticed everyone around her, running to hug her as soon as she appeared.

- What happened? – Kara asked, trying to hug everyone at once.

After everyone stepped back and let her go, Kara stared at Oliver, coming in her direction.

- We defeated the Thanagarians and Sara came back with everyone, telling us that a woman named Diana broke the equation.

- And Lex? – Kara stared worried at Oliver – Where is he?

- I called a few friends from Earth 2 and they knew exactly where to bring him. He won't be a problem anymore.

- And... Darkseid? – Kara was almost afraid of the answer

- You missed quite the showdown between Clark and him. He wasn't happy his plan failed. Clark beat the hell out of him...and he left.

Kara rushed to hug Clark that got a few bruises on his face and told her not to worry, because an entire day on solar lamps would fix the problem. They all laughed together.

- I want to know everything that happened – Ray said excitedly at Kara – It must have been quite the adventure.

- I don't know if you'll want to know, Ray... But yes. It was.

- Ok we need to celebrate our victory. Party this weekend, y'all – Thea said as she hugged Clark, kissing him.

Everyone laughed and talked excitedly about the party, and Nia remembered Thea to invite their friends from Earth 2, since they got rid of their worst nightmare that was Lex Luthor, for them.

- They will be our guests of honor – Thea smiled – Ollie, you can call them later, right?

- Sure... I just have some things to do first... I'll see you guys later. – He said while holding Kara's hand. – I'll be right back – He whispered to her.

Later that night, Kara got a call from Oliver, asking her to stop by his apartment. She had just taken a bath to relax and recover from everything that happened. She still had the memories from the awful future that almost happened, and she would ask J'onn's help to erase it from her mind, but first she needed to see Oliver. She put a light green knee-length, v-neck, sleeveless dress on, had her hair in a low ponytail and left her place.

Once she got to Oliver's apartment in Star City, he opened the door and let her in, asking her to close her eyes first. Kara did as he asked and Oliver guided her inside the apartment.

- Ok, you can open your eyes now – Oliver whispered to her

Kara looked around with a mix of surprise and a bunch of emotions that took over her right in that moment.

- Ollie... - She murmured, staring at the candles around the living room, the only source of light and all the petals on the ground, the dining table had two glasses, red wine, and her favorite meal. There was a slow romantic song playing in the background.

- I wanted to make a special night for you. – Oliver held her hand, bringing her slowly closer to him

- And what's the occasion? – Kara smiled, her forehead touching his.

- You. – He smiled – I wanted to give you a special night. After all we've been through; I think both of us deserve it, but especially you. You saved us all. I know this is not easy... And I'm not sure what happened, but I have this feeling inside... We all have you to thank for everything...

Kara lowered her head, feeling Oliver's hands on her waist, holding her as closer as possible.

- What's on your mind?

- When I first went back in time, I ended up in the future. First I thought something bad happened to you, but when I saw you... I've never felt so happy... I have the memories of that timeline and all but one is bad memories. I don't want to keep those memories anymore, because it was hell, and I don't want to feel that ever again. But... this one good memory I have, is with you.

Oliver couldn't even try to imagine what Kara had been through, and all he wanted to do was to hug Kara and kiss her forever. He kept thinking about when he came back to life, how he was told he had a bigger purpose and now Kara went through a hard situation and how it all felt like it was fate. For them to reconnect and fall in love, have strength to fight an impossible fight and to come back to each other's arms. It was all fate.

- I'm happy we can create new memories now. – Kara said as her lips touched his.

After dinner, Kara reached for Oliver's hand and brought him to the center of the living room. She held him close and they slow danced in silence. She grabbed his shirt and started to lift it from him. He raised both his hands, helping her and she dropped his shirt on the couch. She took a look at him, his scars and traced them with her fingers. They stood in silence and Oliver just let her take control and just do whatever she wanted to. He just loved it. He noticed the look she gave him, felt her small hands on his arms, going to his chest. She lifted her eyes to stare deeply at his as her hands slowly slid down his abs. She felt her cheeks burning red and Oliver noticed it. No matter how much she wanted him, she would always blush and he found that adorably cute.

She almost lost him; she got him back, almost lost him again... It was a lot to deal with. She had him again, in front of her in all his glory, she just wanted time to take it all in, enjoy each second of their moments together. Oliver reached for her waist, bringing her closer to him. His hands went up to her back, opening the zipper of her dress and helping her out of it. Her lips went to his shoulder, to the base of his neck. She gave him small kisses up to his lips, grabbing the hair in the back of his neck deepening their slow kiss. He lifted her up and turned them around, carrying her towards his bedroom while they kissed, stopping near the bed and letting her down. Kara's lips went for his neck and back to his lips while she helped him get rid of his pants. Oliver guided her to his bed, laying her down, his body covering hers as his lips went for her abs and he kissed it, going slowly up until he reached her neck. He felt her hands down his back and playfully bit the base of her ear.

- I want to go to bed every night with you – He whispered against her skin, making her shiver – and wake up every day by your side

- I want it too – She felt his touch all over her body, making her feel like she was in cloud 9. She felt his hot breath on her ears as he whispered with every single slow move of his body, letting it clear she was entire his, and she was more than ok with it.

- Kara Zor-El... - He stared at her as he kissed her so slowly, it felt like torture, and say between his kisses – Will... you... marry me?

Kara felt a rush of feelings inside her. He was showing her how much he loved and wanted her in a way no one ever did before, and only he knew how to do it, driving her crazy and wanting nothing more than spend the rest of her life with him, like this. She caressed his cheeks, staring at him with pure love in her eyes as she felt their connection deepening.

- Yes – She smiled, trying to catch her breath as she felt chills up and down her spine.

Oliver crushed her lips with his, kissing her in a way she knew how much he wanted her, smiling between their kiss, feeling her smile back at him.

He definitely felt like the luckiest man alive.
