As they kept spending more and more time together, their feelings for each other started to grow even more.
And if their feelings for each other weren't obvious before, it was very obvious now.
One subtle touch from one another would have their faces be set on fire.
Always teaming up with each other if something went wrong.
Literally joined at the hip wherever they go.
If you somehow was able to separate the two from each other, all they would do is talk about each other non-stop.
Jackson this, Mark that.
That's all you would ever hear come out of their mouths.
Because of all these reasons (and so many more) people at their school started shipping the Markson duo.
Jinyoung and Jaebum being their main supporters of course.
Like every other fanfiction/romance book out there, they were completely oblivious to each other's feelings.
Always denying people who would say that one liked the other.
"No, I'm sure he doesn't like me.."
"Haha! Him liking me? That's nearly impossible..."
Everybody who supported them was getting frustrated because all they wished for was the ship to start sailing.
Jinyoung was especially getting frustrated with the two lovey-doveys because all he ever witnesses everyday are two red shy tomatoes with heart-eyes, and he was getting sick of it.
He was planning to corner both of them separately to get answers off of them, but he knew it was going to be hard because again, they were literally joined at the hip.
Jinyoung told Jaebum about his plan and all Jaebum did was give him an "are you crazy" look and said "good luck."
"Wow thanks for your support," Jinyoung said sarcastically and left to go find the two tomatoes.
After a little bit of searching of the two during lunch, he found the two talking near the water fountains.
They were both acting all giggly and shit which almost caused Jinyoung to roll his eyes.
"Jackson dear! Come over here!" Jinyoung shouted in a sickly tone.
Both Mark and Jackson looked at him and started to walk towards him.
Didn't know that Mark's name was Jackson too, Jinyoung thought and rolled his eyes internally.
"Mark, stay there!" Jinyoung told him.
Mark frowned but listened to him.
Jinyoung grabbed Jackson's arm and pulled him to an area where he was sure Mark couldn't hear them.
Jinyoung could literally feel Mark's stare digging holes through their backs.
Jinyoung faced Jackson and gave him a serious stare.
"I'm about to ask you something really serious, and you BETTER not lie to me," Jinyoung started off.
Already, it looked like Jackson was ready to take Mark's hand and run away from Jinyoung as fast as they can.
"Do you like Mark?" Jinyoung dropped the bomb.
Jackson was quickly about to deny him, but Jinyoung shut him off immediately.
"Do NOT lie to me Jackson Wang." Jinyoung told him sternly.
Jackson put his head down, which caused him to look like a sad puppy.
"Yeah I do," Jackson said so quietly that you almost couldn't hear him.
But Jinyoung's "ready to listen about anything Markson" ears heard it loud and clear.
"HAHAH! I KNEW IT!" Jinyoung said so loudly, that Mark and a few bystanders directed their attention to him.
Jackson immediately turned red and told him, "Please don't tell him, I don't want him to hate me."
Jinyoung began laughing, "Oh it's quite the opposite really." And with those words, he began walking back to his boyfriend to share the good news with him.
Oh how the ship was already sailing but the ship just didn't know how to steer itself.

"So what did you and Jinyoung talk about earlier?" Mark asked Jackson curiously as they walked home together.
They lived pretty near each other and they were very happy to have discovered that.
Jackson looked straight ahead, not able to look at Mark directly in the eyes.
"Oh nothing much," Jackson replied as casually as he can.
"Oh really?" Mark asked, not believing him.
"Yeah, he was just trying to ask me a random question," Jackson responded, half-lying.
"Yeah, ok," Mark said, dropping the case.

Mark was finally home and he was still stressing about what Jackson and Jinyoung could have talked about.
What was so important that he couldn't listen to what they were saying.
He wanted to keep pestering Jackson about what they talked about, but he didn't want another rendition of the fight they had.
Mark sighed and thought about Jackson.
He was falling hard for him and Mark was scared.
He never felt this way before and he didn't know what to feel exactly.
He was also scared that Jackson wouldn't like him back.
Mark checked the time on his phone.
11:11
He knew it was dumb for him to do what he was going to do, but he just wanted to give a hint to Jackson that he liked him and hopefully, that Jackson liked him back.
Mark quickly took a picture of a black background and put the filter of the time.
He captioned it very simply, only stating one word, "@him."
Mark posted it and closed his phone to go to bed.
He was planning to sleep forever so he didn't have to deal with his feelings.
What Mark didn't know, was that at the exact same time he posted, Jackson posted the same picture, stating the same exact thing...
"@him."
