(Mark's POV)

"Well, see ya!" Jinyoung patted my shoulder.

After the bell rang, signaling the end of school, he insisted on him and Jaebum dropping me off at the detention room. However, I should've known that he didn't want to do a "kind" act.

Immediately after we reached the detention room, he laughed at my sullen face like there was no tomorrow. I only received one detention in my life time and that was for not bringing the hall pass when I went to go to the bathroom. Now I got two detentions.

"Good luck Mark," Jaebum told me.

I gave a tiny-teeny smile. "Thanks, at least I know one of my friends cares about me."

Jaebum stayed silent, but I saw he was trying to keep his composure.

I released a long sigh. "Oh are you kidding me?? You know what, go ahead." I made a hand gesture.

Then, Jaebum bursted out in tears. Jinyoung just smiled at him, having his grand laugh already, so he didn't join in. I stood there and glared at both of them.

"Bye biotches." I told them sassily and went into the detention room.

I handed the teacher who was supervising us my detention slip.

After he got my slip, I went to the corner of the room and sat over there.

The only other person in detention was the boy who got in trouble in my class, and he was already doing his homework.

Hm, I guess people tried really hard not to get in trouble this week.

I sighed out loud. I guess I will actually do something productive in this class/detention since there's nothing else to do😒.

I opened up my backpack to get out my homewor-

I felt a vibration on my thigh.

I guess I won't.

I got out a book instead and took my phone out of my pocket to hide it behind my book.

Oh the classic trick.

I made sure that my phone's sounds were all on silent and checked Jackson's message.
