Millie's pov

I wake up to feel the sting of my lips, my cut really hurts. I don't complain about it though, because Finn feels bad already. I sit up and realize Finn is already out of bed, not in the room. I check the time and it's 12:00. Jeez. I get up and put on a cropped hoodie and some leggings with fuzzy socks, and keep my glasses on. I walk downstairs and see everyone down there, talking. I go and sit on the couch next to Sadie, and they continue talking.

"Finally, you're up." Sadie said quietly to me, and I laughed. They were talking about the new video game that is out, and how they are gonna get it and everything. Not a fan of video games, so I didn't care. I looked over to Finn, and he was in the conversation, but something about him was off.

"So we are here for a couple more days, then we are gonna go back." Sadie said, and I nodded. My mom will be at the house by the time we leave, which will be nice. We basically did nothing the whole day, it's already 6:00, and we just watched tv. Finn hasn't said a word, and I feel like something is off with him. I got up and went over to him and whispered into his ear.

"Come with me,we need to talk." I said, and he got up and we went into the hallway so they couldn't hear or see us. He came into the hallway and then leaned his side against the wall, same as me.

"What's going on with you? You haven't said anything today, and you look sad." I told him. His face was emotionless. I looked into his eyes and they showed sadness, but I don't know why.

"Nothing." He said, blankly, with no tone to his voice.

"Come on Finn, you can tell me." I told him, grabbing his hand. He quickly took it away when I grabbed his hand. Yeah, something is wrong.

"Millie, nothings wrong!! Just leave me be." Finn said, and he walked back into the living room. I felt tears go into my eyes, and I couldn't go back up there, so I went upstairs to Finn and Is room. I showered and put on some joggers and his sweatshirt he gave me, then took out my contacts. I sat on the bed and started to read new moon, because I finished twilight. I was reading for a while when I noticed it was 9:30. I kept reading, and a few minutes later the door opened, and it was Finn. I looked over to him, and he had an emotionless face, yet again. He walked straight into the bathroom and showered, and when he came out he was in joggers and no shirt, and his hair was curly but damp. He sat on the bed, on the other side, and went on his phone. I looked at him for a while, but he didn't look back at me. I went back to reading, and I couldn't concentrate, so I sighed and shut my book.

"Finn." I told him, and he looked at me.

"What?" He said, shutting his phone off.

"What's wrong? What can I do to help?" I asked him. I saw him roll his eyes.

"Millie, Nothing is wrong." He stated.

"You seem mad at me." I told him, and he got under the blankets.

"I'm not mad!!" He said, and I just rolled my eyes and set my book on the dresser, than turned off the lights. It was pitch dark now, so I took off my glasses and laid down under the blankets. Finn had his back facing me, so I put my back facing him, but we were on the very ends of the bed.

Something is wrong, I think he's mad at me.

I woke up and it was still dark outside. I rolled over and forgot that I was on the end of the bed, and fell onto the ground.

"Owwwww" I mumbled, and started to get up. I got up and sat down on the bed, and reached over to check what time it was on my phone. 3:22am. I got a text from a random number, but I recognized it from somewhere. I opened the text.

Romeo- Hey Mills, it's Romeo. Where are you? You weren't at your house when I checked. You haven't been there for a couple days. Text me back when you get this.

How does he know where I live? I put it back down on the desk, and went back to bed. I looked over to Finn, and he was facing me now, hair all messy, breathing heavily through his nose. I shut my eyes, and tried to go back to bed.

We were in the cabin, and I walked downstairs to see everyone in the living room, and I walked towards them but someone grabbed my arm and took me into the hallway. I looked and it was Finn. He pinned me up against the hallway wall and started to kiss me. He kissed me hard and rough, but I liked it. I bent my leg up and leaned it against his hip, but didn't wrap it around him. His hands moved from my hips, and he put one of his hands on the back of my thigh, and the other one was moving up my back. He kissed me harder, and I kissed him back. It felt weird though, like we weren't actually kissing. His hand started to move up the back of my thigh, almost reaching my butt, but he stopped. He stopped kissing me and kissed my neck. He was going down, and then up.

"Finn..." I told him, trying to get a question in.

"Millie." He said, looking at me, smiling. He repeated my name again, and I got confused.

"Millie!!" He said, and I opened my eyes.

"Breakfast." He said. It was a dream. He didn't kiss me. He left the room, and closed the door quietly. I grabbed my glasses and started to walk downstairs, not bothering to change because I was just wearing Finns sweatshirt and some joggers. I walked down there and everyone was talking about things, and I sat down next to Sadie. I had a banana and a piece of toast, then I went upstairs to get ready. I put a headband braid in my hair, and left the rest of my hair down. I put on a white sweater with black leggings, and put on Finns necklace that he gave me for Christmas. I put in my contacts and walked out of the bathroom, right when Finn walked into the room. He looked at me, then looked at my outfit, and his mouth was slightly open, showing no emotion. My cut wasn't noticeable, because of the red lipstick I put on. It was barely there though, it should be healed by the end of the day. He walked to the closet and was picking out an outfit, and I grabbed my phone and sat on the bed, looking at him. He put on a hoodie over his T-shirt, and he put black joggers on. He was walking towards the door, but I stopped him.

"Finn, we need to talk." I told him, and he turned around and looked at me.

"About what?" He asked me, looking at the necklace.

"You. You aren't yourself." I told him, and he rolled his eyes.

"Yes, I am myself." He said, and walked out the door. I got up and followed him, and caught up to him at the stairs.

"No, you're acting strange." I told him, as we were walking down the stairs side by side.

"I'm not acting strange. Come on Millie, just forget about it." Finn said, as we got downstairs. I looked at the clock, and it was 2:30. We all got in the car, and headed to a restaurant to get some lunch.

"So hows your Mom doing Millie?" Caleb asked me, as we were all eating lunch.

"She has been resting for the past couple days, and she should be home when we get back. I'm really excited to see her." I told Caleb, and he nodded. Caleb has always been nice to me and asked me about my life, he's one of my closest guy friends. I'm really excited to see my mom. My phone starts going off, and everyone looks at me. It's Romeo.

"Sorry guys, I have to take this." I look at Finn, and he just keeps staring at me, and everyone else nods. I get up and go somewhere quiet.

"What do you want." I told Romeo.

"Wow, you actually answered, considering you didn't answer my text. Where are you?" He said.

"You don't need to know that." I said, leaning my back against the wall.

"I've noticed the rest of your group isn't around either." He said, and my stomach dropped.

"You think we are together?" I told him, looking at the table I was sitting, and they were talking.

"Yes, I do." He said.

"Well, don't call me, I don't like you, I don't even like you as a friend. I don't know what games you're trying to play, but stop them right now." I told him.

"Mills, I like you. But you don't like me, so I'm gonna have to make you like me." He said.

"I will never like you. Goodbye Romeo, don't text me." I said and hung up, and walked back to the table.

"Who was it?" Sadie asked, and everyone turned towards me.

"Uhh, it was Paige." I said, and they all bought it, but I looked over at Finn and he was just staring at me again, like he doesn't believe me.

He shouldn't.
