as the scorching sunray filled the room and the burning heat blowing from the heater, keeping us warm inside from the harsh cold weather outside.

lying in bed, eun's mom, still in her sleep as she hasn't opened her eyes for a few days now. Lying sick, eun on left side of her arm, happen to fell asleep as she was awake all night, tightly gripping her mom's hand.

Hence, at this very moment, as her breathing became more stable, her hands started moving softly and her eyelids gently flutters open, adjusting her eyesight with the bright light.

With her sudden movement, it happens to wake up the young lad feom her slumber, looking confused.

"Eunki! Mom's awake!" she screamed her lungs out, waking up her brother from his slumber too by the sofa.

He jumped out and rushed towards the bed, "mom. mom" he voiced out.

"i'll call the doctor" he quacked, before sprinting out of the room, closing the door quite hard, leaving a bang.

"mom. mom, do you recognize me" eun muttered out, gently holding her mom's cheeks as her eyes finally opens fully.

after realizing mom tried holding up her hand, eun gripped her's with mom, gently helping her as she moved towards eun's face, landing on her cheeks.

Showing off a soft smile as a tear happens to fell, leaning her face on mom's warm hands.

"i-im sorry.. " she spoke out, cracking a bit and stuttering in between her phrase as sobs came.

"w-what for?" her mom manage to squeak, as her voice barely came out with little creased foreheads.

"i'm sorry ... for everything... i-i should have listen to you, all your words and advise are for my own good too" she trailed off, lowering her head for a moment,cupping it against mom's hand as sobs burst out before holding them up again to continue, "i-i'm such a bad daughter to you, you must've been very pressured for the promise you made. I- I promise i'll be better now"

gently rubbing against her cheeks, "i'm sorry too.."

without even noticing of her turning emotional, a tear flowed down her rosy cheeks, "i- i guess i was too overboard in protecting you..." she trailed off, catching her breath from the hard breathing.

"i... just want to live a happy life with you"

eun pushed off a soft smile, happiness filled her overwhelm emotion with tears flowing out hard, jumping into an embrance to her mom as she softly leans in to hug her mom's figure. She only gave response of patting her daughter's back, flinched abit as her sudden embrace earlier.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

three soft knocks rang through the room as the doctor stepped inside, holding the files tight against his chest and face filled with smiles, witnessing the mother-daughter emotional moment.

they both pulled away from each other.Eun, adjusting herself and wiping all the tears from her face as the doctor walked closer to the bed.

"everything alright in here" the doctor suddenly voiced, assuming their relationship together turned out well now.

getting a few nods from eun as she left out a few chuckles, tapping her face a little as her puffy eyes slowly shaped into an eye smile.

"your daughter stayed up all night, taking care of you ma'am" he mentioned, looking between the daughter and the mom lying on the bed, showing a grin as the patient gave off a soft smile.

"i- i'll just wash up these fruits then" eun suddenly stated, thinking of a way to get herself from the room to ease her emotions. Taking a few fruits from the bucket that stood on the side table, waiting to be serve as it was a gift from our relatives that once visited. Gripping them close to the chest so it wouldn't fall and excused myself out the room, closing the doors behind.

smiling, "it's all fine now ..."
