Only ten percent of the entire world can wield abilities and that ten percent is dying fast. They have weapons that have minds of their own. Each weapon finds a master and they make a contact in which the weapon can only be used by its Master. Those who have those abilities and weapons remain hidden and unknown.

There is a man named Yui Yukai, the infamous sword-fighter. It is said that anyone who beats him gets an amazing reward. He travels with others named Kiho, Kei, Ryu, Haki, and Toshi. Toshi wields Iki, an amazingly powerful gun. That's all that is know. This gang of people is a very well-known and famous group.

Then there is Dark and Yaruka. Dark's real name is Yami, but nobody knows that because nobody knows her. She knows everything about everything and everyone in town, but is very sneaky about it. She wields Seiki, a very powerful shapeshifting weapon that is unknown to society. She is the guardian of the well-known and "missing" Yaruka. Yaruka has her own weapon,but cannot control it to the point where she knows that it actually is. Yaruka herself is a shapeshifter and often turns into a yellow cat.
