Higuchi started driving way too fast, trying to get to the TV station. He was talking to someone... in his empty car.
You and L both got it.

""It must be a shinigami!""

Light looks at you strangely, obviously not believing in shinigami.
Then, Higuchi said something,
"The deal, give me the deal!"

The deal?

After a few second of silence, he laughed. He was now acting different, like something changed.

He sped towards the TV station, yelling at people on the way. He made his way to the station in about five minutes, somehow. We now had people following him, chasing him down.

Me, L, and Light got into a helicopter, ready to see how Kira was killing.

Wataru followed us out, ready to use his sniping skills to catch him.

He was now in sight. He was very distressed and seemed scared. He didn't want to be caught.

Watari shot his tire, causing him to spin out. Higashi ended up mostly unharmed once the car hit the side of the road.
Higuchi looked like he was trying to grab something. It was a gun.

"I won't tell you anything!" He yells, holding the gun to his head.

Watari, being the awesome sniper he is, shot the gun out of his hand, not harming Higuchi in the process.

"FINE! FINE! This is my death note! This is how Kira kills!" Higuchi then yells, showing his death note. Soichiro then walks over, taking the death note. He stops dead in his tracks, he saw something. Something bad?

He then snapped out of it, bringing the notebook towards us.

L was the first to grab the notebook. He looked absolutely shocked.

"M, take a look at this please." He says, handing you the notebook.

You take it, immediately looking forward.

You gasp, scared.

L saw that you were freaking out inside, so he grabbed your hand for comfort.

Light glared at L harshly, looking jealous. But you were too busy looking at he the damn shinigami that wasn't very far from you.

Light chimed in, "Hey, let me see what's going on."

You hand him the notebook, not thinking much of it.

He started screaming. I guess it's completely normal, even I was a freaked out by seeing such a thing. Even L was a little spooked.

Light then began acting weird. He was almost completely silent.

But then, something we never expected happened.

Higuchi dropped dead. He died of a heart attack.
