ChapterOne-The Replacement [Part 2]

January 30th, 2007

 It's the next morning. The currently-7-piece UTurn arrived at the office of their manager, Maurice. The members were about to leave for school, but then they were called in for an emergency meeting.

 When the members entered his office, they were irritated. Alyson said, "Please tell us if Riley is rejoining UTurn."

 Maurice replied, "No, she's not. But I did call you over here to announce that UTurn does have a new member."

 Andrew asked, "How did you get a new member when we haven't even begun looking for a replacement? Which we wouldn't anyway."

 Maurice said, "Which is why I recruited a new member for you. I made a few calls, and the new member is here. This member will start going to your school today."

 Maurice called into his intercom to bring in the new member. The door was soon opened, and a familiar voice spoke: "Hello, bitches!"

 The current UTurn members turned, and saw who it was. It was Libby Middleton! Brunette, smart, pretty, popular, and step-daughter of a prominent speech therapist. She took on her step-father's surname, Middleton. She has a big voice, and was the captain of the Beacon Hill High cheerleading squad.

 When the members saw Libby, the UTurn girls flew into a rage. The boys, on the other hand, were silent. Alyson screamed, "Oh hell no! That bitch is not joining UTurn!"

 Amanda asked out of irritation, "Great. Another bitch from the Pink Clique is now in the group. Who else is joining? Kat? Melissa?"

 Libby said smugly, "If they were joining, you would've been squeezed out, you blonde mess!"

 As the girls were yelling at Maurice, Libby eyed Andrew. He glanced at her, but then looked away. She approached him, and tried to seduce him by speaking and breathing into his ear. He almost wanted to moan, but he didn't.

 Libby said seductively, "Andrew, I missed you. I missed how easy you are."

 With that, Andrew jumped out of his seat, and grabbed Alyson's waist. She saw this, so she yelled at Maurice, "I cannot have that f*cking slut in the group!"

 Maurice said angrily, "Enough, girls! Libby is now a member of UTurn, and she will be going to your school as of now. And Libby, you'll begin replacing Riley's vocals, starting immediately after school. Today."

 With that, UTurn left the meeting in annoyance. As some of the members were going into different cars, Libby was locked out. She went over to a black 2004 BMW, which she recognized that it was Andrew's car. She knocked on the window of the driver's seat. The window was lowered, and it was Andrew.

 Libby said, "Andrew, let me in! I'm cold, and it's about to snow."

 Then Alyson, who was sitting next to Andrew, leaned towards Libby. She said in a snobby tone, "Why don't you walk to school? And by 'school', I mean Beacon Hill High School. And if you're so cold, then you shouldn't dress as a whore. Then again, you are a whore."

 Andrew said, "Alyson..."

 Libby said, "I'm all covered up in pants and parkas!"

 Alyson ignored Libby, and said to Andrew, "Andrew, don't defend your ex-girlfriend! You knew the kind of person she was before you dated her. Besides, you just told me she called you 'easy', which you are, by the way."

 Andrew said flatly, "I'm not easy."

 "Out of all the guys I've dated, you're the most easily-seduced guy I've ever dated. Trust me, you are easy."

 Libby, getting impatient, asked, "Are you gonna let me in, or let me freeze?"

 Alyson said, "Freeze, bitch! Drive, Andrew."

 With that, Andrew closed the window, and drove off. Suddenly, Stacie, who was in Amanda's car, yelled out to Libby, "Get in, slut, or else!"

 Libby quickly went in the backseat of the car. She sat next to Trevor. As she was about to speak, she was stopped by Amanda,"Whatever you do, skank, don't talk to me, Stacie, or Trevor."

 So Libby remain silent throughout the drive. Soon the new UTurn arrived at the Boston Creative Arts School. As they entered the school, Alyson gathered the original UTurn girls, and faced Libby. She said in a snobby tone, "Libby, here in this school, I'm queen cuz I'm famous. Stacie is both my friend and staff. Bailey is my bestie for life. And Amanda, you are now part of my staff."

 Amanda, shocked, asked, "Wait, what?"

 "That's right, Hale. You're now my minion. Just make sure you fix what you call your 'hair'. It's hair, not a mop."

 Amanda said nervously, "O-Okay."

 Libby asked, "What does this have to do with me?"

 Alyson said, "Libby, here you're an unknown loser. So I'll be making your life hell. Just like you made mine."

 Just as the girls were walking away, Alyson stayed with Libby. A smug grin was appearing on her face as she said, "Oh, and don't try to steal my Andrew. I know you two dated in the past, so don't try to get him back."

 Libby said, "We'll see."

 "Oh, and while you two were dating, Andrew cheated on you."

 "With who?"

 "Who do you think?"

 With that, Alyson walked away with her head filled with arrogance. Libby's jaw was dropped. She couldn't her ex-boyfriend for over 5 years had cheated on her with her enemy!

 A few hours later, it was choir practice. The UTurn members had this class. Libby was also in this class. As she entered the music room, she grabbed Andrew, and took him aside. She said angrily, "You cheated on me with fake blondie Alyson?!"

 Andrew muttered, "She told you..."

 "So it's true?"

 Andrew, feeling irritated, explained, "First off, you talk like we're currently together. We're not. Second, yeah, I cheated on you with Alyson. You know why? Cuz she was always there for me, unlike you."

 With that, Andrew sat with Alyson. As Libby was about to sit down, Alyson stopped her. She said coldly, "Go sit in the back, or do you want me to tell everyone here that you're a slut?"

 Libby groaned in annoyance, and sat in the back of the music room. She pouted throughout the class.

 It's now lunchtime. Alyson and Andrew were at table, waiting for other members to arrive. Libby approached the table, and immediately Alyson put different things on the chairs. Libby, feeling fed up, said, "Alyson, just cut the crap, already!"

 Alyson said in her fake innocent voice, "Well, I'd said I'll be giving you hell, didn't I? Why don't you go f*ck some random guy? Oh wait, you can't. You have be squeaky-clean!"

 Just as Libby was about to say something, Amanda pushed her to the floor as she sat down. Alyson said, "Go eat in the bathroom."

 Libby got up, and stormed off. As she was walking away, some random person stuck their leg out of their table. Libby tripped over the leg, and fell flat on her stomach. The students laughed at her. Then she got up, and ran out of the cafeteria.

 Alyson said "Aaww, life must suck for her."

 With that, Andrew got up from his chair. She told him sternly, "Andrew, don't follow her."

 Andrew just walked away, and Alyson pouted, "Ugh, why does my boyfriend have to have a heart?"

 Bailey said, "Be glad he's not like his brother Jeremy. I'm serious, that guy is like some dead robot."

 "That's true."

 As Libby was running the school's hallways, Andrew caught up with her. He stopped her. She asked out of irritation, "Why are you following me, Andrew? Why aren't you making out with Alyson?"

 Andrew said, "Look, I know she can be cruel, but we've known her all our lives. She can be nice. But you did give her crap in the past couple of months."

 "So, you're defending her actions."

 "Not entirely. Look, we just lost Riley yesterday cuz our stupid manager kicked her out. Against her will. We all tried to keep her in, but he threaten that he'll split us up. So you can see none of us are too happy right now. And it's apparent you'll be in UTurn in the long run."

 "So what are you saying?"

 "Just give us time to get used to this change. The girls might take months to allow you back into their lives. As for Justin and I, we're cautious. Trevor doesn't know you, but he's lukewarm towards you. I may be with Alyson, and I'm working with my ex Amanda, but it doesn't mean you and I can't get along. I'm not saying become friends. After what you did and said to me, I can't get close to you. Okay?"

 Libby nodded her head. Andrew asked her, "What are you gonna do now?"

 Libby replied, "I'll just stay here until my next class starts."

 With that, Andrew gave a sympathetic smile, and walked away. This was just the beginning of an eventful year.
