Sky POV~
(Btw this is a week after he met Ty)

In school, we've been learning how to work with our partners. Me and the guys seem to be getting along the best with our partners, other than Jack and his partner. It seemed like we all just fit together perfectly. It was kinda like we already knew each other. Me and Ty were probably the closest out of everyone, and we excelled at everything. I had been the best fighter, and he was the most powerful hybrid. The teachers always made sure that we could fight in case there was another war.We trusted each other instinctively. The teachers were astounded at how close we had grown.
Sadly, Jack and his squid hybrid, who I now know is named Squidly, were growing almost as close. Me and Deadlox hated them, and they us. They hated us with a passion. So it was no surprise that they picked on us.
As me and Ty walked to lunch one day, a teacher asked Ty to go with him. Ty told me to go to lunch without him and that he'd be there soon, so I went on. But as I rounded a corner, Jack came out of nowhere and pushed me against the wall.
"Hey, Sky. Watcha doin?" He hissed at me, grinning.
"I was going to lunch." I replied, staring coolly at him. "What do you want?"
"We want you to disappear." Jack hissed, and his friends, including Squidly, came up behind him.
Uh oh. I could handle Jack and his friends usually, but they had their hybrids with them. Talk about unfair. Jack pushed me again.
"Well? Gonna disappear? You and Deadlox are the only ones standing in our way." Jack spat out Ty's name like it was poison.
"In you way of what?" I asked him, confused.
"Us squids taking over the world. With you two gone, everything else would be a piece of cake." Squidly spoke up.
I stared at them, my mouth hanging open. Take over the world?! They were insane! Although, I wouldn't put it past the squids. They were the derpiest and evilest creatures in Minecraftia, other than Herobrine. Not even the Ender Dragon or the Wither were eviler than the squids. Heck, the Ender Dragon actually turned over a new leaf last time I heard. Endermen only attack us now if we look them in the eyes or attack them.
"Well?" Jack slammed me against the wall again My back was starting to hurt.
"How about... No." I said, and then I grabbed my amulet. "Enderlox!"
Nothing happened and Jack, Squidly, and their friends started to laugh.
"You thought that he would come? Priceless! We have someone taking care of him right now! Or should I say some squids?" Squidly laughed at me.

Ty POV~

As me and Sky walked to lunch, a teacher came up to us and asked me to go with him. I told Sky I would catch up to him and I followed the teacher. The funny thing was, I didn't know him. Maybe he was new?
The teacher led me to an empty classroom with the light all turned off.
"Mister? Why are the lights off?" I asked him, confused, and then the door closed behind me and I heard the lock click into place. Then the lights flickered on, and there were two squids standing next to the "teacher". As I watched, he peeled away his skin and revealed that he, too, was a squid.
"Welcome, Deadlox. We need to talk to you." He said, and the squids flanking him rushed over and held me down. I listened with growing horror as he told me about their plan to take over the world, and how me and Sky were the only things stopping them. Apparently we were so strong that only we were viewed as potential threats.
"...And so, we're going to have to kill you." The squid finished, and he pulled out a grayish-blue sword. Then I heard Sky's voice in my head. "Enderlox!" He said, and I knew that he needed me.
In an instant, I transformed, and breathed my purple fire on the squids. My purple fire is laced with poison as well as flames, and my black fire is laced with acid. I spat some black fire on them, too, and then I put them out and tied them up, knocking them unconscious. They hadn't even put up a fight.
I burst through the door and used my wings to speed up as I ran to Sky. The amulet was telling me exactly where he was. I rounded a corner and saw him. Jack and Squidly were fighting him, with their friends keeping Sky from actually hurting them. I couldn't use my fire or claws on the other students, so I would have to do this the hard way. I sheathed my claws and snuck up behind them. They didn't even realize that I was there until I had taken two of them out.
"Oh god! Let's get out of here!" One of them yelled, and they all ran off except for Jack, Squidly, and the two I had knocked out.
"Hold Sky. I got this." Squidly told Jack, and then he turned to me, smirking.
"Hey Deadlox. What's up?" He said, and I growled at him. "I feel the exact same way." Squidly grinned evilly and then pulled out a grayish-blue dagger. He thought that it would be easy to deal with me, but it was the exact opposite. I punched him in the face, and while he was off balance, I swept around my tail, knocking him to the floor as I took away his dagger. I threw the dagger across the hallway and then knocked Squidly out. When I turned to Sky, he had already knocked out Jack.
"Great job. Now go find a teacher and bring them here." I told him, and he ran off. Time to get rid of these guys.

YESSSSSS I DID IT. I do good? Btw, this book is gonna be kinda short. I'm gonna probably end it in a couple of chapters or something. Idk. See ya later, my fluffies!
