I'm an Angel of the Lord ~Castiel

The sound of Bobby's truck driving down the road was the only noise that filled the car. Bobby looked over at an annoyed Nadia and Dean, who was cleaning blood out of his ear, sitting closest to the window.
"How you kids doin?" He asked.
"Aside from the church bells ringing in my head, peachy." Dean snapped before pulling out his phone and dialing Sam's number.
Nadia shook her head. "I'm so sick of this, whatever this thing is, it obviously wants something from you and I can tell because for some reason you can hear the sound and I can only hear glass breaking."
Nadia was tired of this mystery and just wanted to figure out what the hell was going on. What is this thing, that pulled Dean out of hell and why did it do it? Why is he so important?
"What are you doing?" Dean asked Sam over the phone.
Nadia looked over at Dean, listening.
"Couldn't sleep, went to get a burger." Said Sam who was in the Impala, staking out the diner they were at earlier.
"In my car?" Dean questioned.
"Force of habit, sorry. What are you doing up?"
Dean looked over at Bobby and Nadia as he spoke. "Well, uh, Bobby's back. The three of us are going to grab a beer."
Bobby looked over at Dean, shocked that he was lying to his younger brother which caused Dean to hold up his finger before he could say anything.
"All right, well, uh, spill some for me, huh?" Said Sam.
"Done. Catch you later." Was the last thing Dean said before hanging up.
From the look in his eyes, Nadia could tell he had a plan and she knew just what that plan was, causing her to smirk.
"Why the hell didn't you tell him?" Asked Bobby.
Dean licked his bottom lip in thought. "Because he just tried to stop us."
"From what?"
"Summoning this thing," Nadia answered before Dean could. Dean looked at her surprised that she was obviously game.
"It's time we faced it head-on." He stated.
Bobby frowned at the two. "You can't be serious!"
"As a heart attack." Dean shook his head. His lips curved into a devious smirk. "It's high noon, baby."
"Well, we don't know what it is." Bobby began to protest, a look of fear on his face. "It could be a demon, it could be anything."
"That's why we've got to be ready for anything." Dean took out the demon knife. "We've got the big-time magic knife, you've got an arsenal in the trunk, we've got Nadia..." He raised his eyebrows at the dark skin beauty making her smile.
"This is a bad idea." Bobby shook his head.
Nadia tilted her head at the older man. "Yeah, but what other choice do we have, Bobby?"
"We could choose life." Said the traumatized Singer after seeing what the thing did to Pam, he wasn't sure this was something that they were ready for.
Dean spoke up. "Bobby, whatever this is, whatever it wants, it's after me. That much we know, right? I've got no place to hide. I can either get caught with my pants down again, or we can make our stand."
Bobby let a small sigh. "Dean, we could use Sam on this."
Dean turned his head to look out the window at the dark road. "Nah, he's better off where he is."

Standing side by side in a warehouse, Nadia and Dean got their weapons ready while Bobby sprayed symbols all over the walls of the warehouse they were at.
As Dean took an ax out of the weapon crate, Nadia put the safety of her gold pistol on which caught Dean's attention.
"Nice gun, never seen anyone with a golden one." He stared at the shiny weapon impressed.
Nadia smirked, running her hand along the flower engravings.
"Thanks, I got for my sixteen birthday, my father gave it to me." She got a sad look in her eyes. "Said it was just as gold as my heart." She rolled her eyes at the sappiness. "Said it was fit for a bad ass princess like me."
Dean's eyebrows furrowed. "No offense, but I've met your father and that doesn't sound like something he would say."
Nadia laughed knowingly. "Yeah, I know, believe it or not, I was able to bring the sensitive side out of him." She got that sad look in her eyes again, this time Dean noticed.
"How is your father?" He realized that Rufus is pretty much the reason he met Nadia in the first place.
"I don't know." She shrugged, placing the gun down. "We haven't really been talking, so..."
Dean slightly nodded, the glint of anger her eyes, telling him that she didn't really want to get into it.
As she continued to unpack weapons, Dean noticed the handle of her gun had a word engraved on it. He looked closely to see that it spelled,
"Hope." He said out loud. "Who's hope?"
"That's what my name means, hope." Nadia looked up at him.
A dopey grin came upon his lips as he looked back at her. "Hope." He repeated.
He stared at her in such veneration.
She was so different than anyone he's ever met before. She was strong, and a fighter but it was obvious that she also had so much positivity, which he tended to lack being the pessimistic person he was sometimes.
The sound of the spray can getting placed on the equipment table caused Nadia and Dean to look at Bobby who still had a look of worry on his face.
Dean looked around at Bobby's work. "That's a hell of an art project you've got going there."
"Traps and talismans from every faith on the globe." Replied Bobby. "How you doin?"
Dean began to call off the weapons, "Stakes, iron, silver, salt, knife-"
"Guns." Nadia held up her pistol before Dean said. "I mean, we're pretty much set to catch and kill anything I've ever heard of."
Bobby shook his head. "This is still a bad idea."
Nadia rolled her eyes while Dean sighed. "Yeah, Bobby, we heard you the first ten times. What do you say we ring the dinner bell?"
Bobby nods reluctantly.
He walks over to another table, takes a pinch of some powder from a bowl, and sprinkles it into a larger bowl, which begins to smoke as he chants in Latin.
Once he's done, he looks over at Nadia and Dean. "Now we wait."
About thirty-five minutes passed by, and Bobby and Dean were sitting on the tables, their shotguns in hand and their legs swinging in boredom.
While they were sitting there, Nadia was pacing back and forth, her pistol in hand.
"You sure you did the ritual right?" Dean asked Bobby with a huff.
Bobby gave him a stern look, completely irritated at the fact they were doing this in the first place.
"Sorry." Dean apologized. "Touchy, touchy, huh?"
As if on cue, a loud rattling shakes the roof. Dean and Bobby stand beside Nadia, both of their shotguns in hand. They looked around, the loud rattling of the roof hitting their eardrums furiously.
"Wishful thinking, but maybe it's just the wind," Dean suggested.
The trio flinched as the light bulbs started to shatter in a shower of sparks.
Right in the mist of shakes and sparks, the warehouse of the door opened and in walked a man, wearing a suit and trench coat.
He easily walked toward the three, the chaotic action happening around them somehow not phasing him.
As he approaches, Dean and Bobby open fire, while Nadia just stood there in shock. She couldn't explain it but a sudden feeling of peace came over her and all she could do was stare.
Bobby and Dean looked at the astonished girl in confusion before exchanging glances at the fact the bullets weren't phasing the man at all.
Nadia and Bobby moved to the side as Dean quickly grabbed the demon knife and held it behind his back.
The sparking and rattling stopped, and the man approached Dean as if he knew him.
"Who are you?" Dean frowned at him.
Dean gritted his teeth. "Yeah. Thanks for that."
Bobby, Nadia, and Dean stared their shock skyrocketing at this man who seemed to invincible at this point.
From behind the man, Bobby attacks.
Without looking, the guy grabs Bobby's weapon and uses it to swing him around. He touches Bobby on the forehead with his fingertips and Bobby goes unconscious.
"Bobby!" Nadia caught the Singer before he hit the ground. She gently placed him on the floor, staring at him in shock.
The man looked back at the Winchester. "We need to talk, Dean."
Dean looked down at Nadia who was checking Bobby's pulse. She looked up at him, sighing in relief. "He's breathing."
Dean glared at the man. "Who are you?"
"Castiel."
"Yeah, I figured that much," Dean gritted his teeth. "I mean what are you?"
"I'm an Angel of the Lord."
Castiel's answer called Nadia to gasp and stand up.
His answer actually made sense to the peaceful feeling she felt.
"An angel." She repeated, slightly smiling.
Castiel looked over at the girl. "Hello, Nadia."
Too stunned to even say anything else, all she could do was awkwardly slightly wave at the angel.
While she was all for it, Dean wasn't.
"Get the hell out of here. " He snapped. "There's no such thing."
Castiel slightly shook his head. "This is your problem, Dean. You have no faith."
Suddenly, lightning flashes, and on Castiel's back, huge shadowy wings appear, stretching off into the distance.
Nadia stared in admiration while Dean mugged Castiel in disgust, though secretly he was still in shock.
"Some angel you are. You burned out that poor woman's eyes."
Castiel looked down in guilt.
"I warned her not to spy on my true form. It can be... overwhelming to humans, and so can my real voice. But you already knew that."
Dean frowned. "You mean the gas station and the motel. That was you talking?" Castiel nods and Dean says, "Buddy, next time, lower the volume."
"That was my mistake." The angel admitted. "Certain people, special people, can perceive my true visage. I thought you would be one of them. I was wrong."
"And what visage are you in now, huh? What, holy tax accountant?"
"This?" Castiel looked down at his body. "This is... a vessel."
"You're possessing some poor bastard?" Dean asked accusingly.
"He's a devout man, he actually prayed for this."
Dean shook his head. "Well, I'm not buying what you're selling, so who are you really?"
Castiel tilted his head, his blue eyes frowning in innocent confusion. "I told you."
"Right." Dean clicked his tongue. "And why would an angel rescue me from Hell?"
"Good things do happen, Dean." Castiel looked at Nadia as he said that.
"Not in my experience." Dean objected.
Castiel squinted, not understanding the Winchester's negative emotions.
Dean scolded him, the question obviously hitting a nerve. For that reason, Dean ignored the question altogether. Instead, he asked,
"Why'd you do it?"
