Sam opened the motel room door to see a scolding Pamela shaking her head as she just waltzed into the room with Dean behind her, starting to tell the trio how she felt about their plan.

"I can't even begin to tell you how crazy you three are." The blind woman reached her hand out, holding on to the sink as she felt around the room to find a chair.

Dean nodded at that walking over to Nadia who knew Pamela wouldn't be too happy about this.

"Well, Pamela, you're a sight for sore eyes." Sam greeted her closing the door.

Standing in front of the chair, the brunette turns around to him,

Dean smirk glancing at Sam who looked uncomfortable with her scowl.

"Which one of you brainiacs came up with astral projection?" Pamela questioned.

Nadia cleared her throat, "That would be me."

Pamela paused for a second, surprised. "You, Nadia? Either being half angel has gotten to your head or this is you becoming like your boyfriend Chachi over here who I expected to have come up with the idea."

Dean turns to Sam offended, mouthing "Chachi?"

Sam shrugged.

"Look, I know this is crazy but this is important. This is the only thing we have left."

"So, let's be clear." Pamela walked toward the three. "You want to rip your souls out of your bodies and take a little stroll through the spirit world?

"Mm-hm." Nadia nodded. "Well the boys, I'm actually gonna hold down the fort here with you."

Pamela touched her forehead, trying to get them to process what they're asking for. "Do you have any idea how heavy-duty insane that is?" She folded her arms over her chest, waiting for an answer.

"Maybe. . ." Nadia was hearing her. "But that's where the reaper is, so. . ."

"So, it's nuts."

"Not if you know what you're doing."

"You don't know what you're doing."

"No, but you do." Nadia retorted, the two women going back and forth as if they were siblings.

"Yeah, I do." Pamela spat. "And guess what? I'm sick of being hauled back into your angel-demon, Soc-Greaser crap."

Getting a little annoyed at the back and forth Dean spoke up, "Look, I'd love to be kicking back with a cold one, watching Judge Judy, too."

"Nice. More blind jokes?" Pamela scoffed.

"You know what he means." Nadia let out a breath. "Pam, we're talking the end of the world here, okay? No more tasseled leather pants, no more Ramones CDs, no more nothing." The half angel was desperate. "We need your help."

With her arms still crossed Pamela stood there, saying nothing. It wasn't that she didn't want to help them, it was the fact bad things happened to her every time she did. However, she knew Nadia was right, this was the end of the world.

With a sigh, she gave in. "Fine."

On a time schedule, they followed Pamela's instructions getting everything ready for Dean and Sam to cross over.

While Sam was closing the curtains, Nadia was lighting some candles at the dresser. Dean took one of the lit candles, shielding the flame with his hand as he took it to his bedside.

A feisty Pamela sat in a chair in between the bed. "Tell me something, geniuses." She spoke, "Even if you do break into the veil and you find the reaper, how you gonna save it?"

Sam closes the curtains of another window while Nadia smiled hearing Dean answer, "With style and class."

Pamela chuckled. "You're gonna be two walking pieces of fog who can't touch or move anything. You'll be defenseless, hotshot."

"I seem to recall a bunch of ghosts beating the crap out of us," Sam recalled all the ghost cases they've had.

"Yeah, well, they had plenty of time to practice." Pamela shot him down.

"Well, then, I guess we got to start cramming." Dean grinned.

"Wow, couple of heroes." Pamela was unimpressed.

Nadia turned to the woman letting out a sigh. She wished she could be a little less up their ass about this. They're just trying to stop the apocalypse.

"All right." Pamela digressed, sensing their agitation. She leaned forward patting the bed. "Lie down. Close your eyes."

While Sam went to his bed, Dean went over to Nadia giving her a kiss.

Having confidence in the Winchester boys there was nothing Nadia needed to say to him. She had faith. With her arms across her chest, she watched Dean lay down on his bed, closing his eyes like he was told.

The room went silent, Pamela giving the brothers a minute to relax.

After a moment she began to chant. "Animum vult decipi, ergo decipiatur. Vis, vis, vis."

The brunette scratched her head. "Okay, guys. That's it. Showtime."

The room went silent once again, Nadia staring at the two boys who hadn't reacted to Pamela's voice. They were gone, they were on the other side. It was weird but Nadia could tell they were ghosts. She could feel their presence which caused her to chuckle a bit, surprised this actually worked.

It was the craziest idea she ever had.

"All right, so, I'm assuming you're somewhere over the rainbow."Pamela spoke. "Remember I have to bring you back." She stands and goes over to Sam, Nadia watching her. "I'll whisper the incantation in your ear."

The brunette leans over Sam to get to his ear.

"Oh god." Nadia rolled her eyes.

Nadia was still leaning on the table, patiently waiting as time went by. Pamela was sitting back in her chair, having been quiet the whole time. Nadia knew she still had a bad feeling about this but she was really grateful that she decided to help anyway.

"You know I'm glad you chose to help." Nadia broke the silence.

"I know Sweetie," Pamela said sweetly. "I didn't mean to be in your ass but this is some serious stuff."

"I know it's extreme but it's just what needs to be done. I can't let the apocalypse happen. I'm not fully angel but I won't sit around and watch the world I love turn to shreds."

Pamela shook her head. "You've always been the one to put everyone's problems on your shoulders. Gotta say I wasn't surprised to hear you were half angel."

"Yeah, everyone keeps saying that." Nadia chuckled.

"Well it's true, I'm not a fan of angels but knowing you are one, makes me feel a lot better. I think this world has a chance with you in it, Nadie."

Nadia smiled, appreciative of her words. "Thanks."

"You're welcome. Now that I've helped, you can help me. I'm parched."

"Say no more." Nadia pushed herself off the table.

After grabbing her wallet out of her jacket, she left the room to go to the vending machine outside. Approaching the machine, she took a dollar out of her wallet, looking at the selections.

Deciding to get her a coke, just as she was about to slide her dollar in she froze, that angelic presence coming over.

"Castiel." She turned to the angel with a sigh. "Nice to see you again." The half was sarcastic though the angel didn't really catch the sarcasm.

"Nadia I-"

"Left out the part about having barely a whole day until the seal was going to be broken." She raised her voice in anger. "You can't just give me half the information, that would have been good to know. Do you know where Sam and Dean are right now?"

"Actually, I do." Castiel nodded. "But I'm not here to talk about the brothers, I'm here to talk about you."

"Me?"

"Yes, your powers, aren't you curious?"

Nadia's anger started to simmer, as intrigue came over her. "Yeah, I am."

Side by side, the two started to walk around the motel parking lot in conversation.

"Nadia I don't agree with the falling of an angel but your mother was smart to take out her grace when she became pregnant with you. It's not a possibility you would have survived. The rules are strict, she would have been killed."

"What's your point?" Nadia questioned.

"Taking out her grace, extracted yours as well. If you would have grown up with your grace, your abilities would have been able to evolve. However, you're older now, you just got it back so there is a limit to your abilities. You're strong, you have supernatural perception, you can smite angels and-"

"And then there's my angel blade." She finished his sentence.

"Exactly," He nodded. "So you are powerful but not as powerful as a full-fledged angel. You're more human than you are an angel. However, that could change." Castiel stopped walking, turning to her.

"It could?" Nadia was confused. "How?"

Castiel glanced away for a moment, hesitating to speak.

"Castiel?"

"If you ever became. . .with child. . .the baby's evolving abilities in the womb would cause yours to grow as well."

Nadia was completely baffled at his words. To think a child would actually be the cause of her getting stronger was weird.

Plus, she didn't have any intention of having a kid. How could she, living this life? As far as she was concerned, even if she did have a kid it seems its fate was limited by the possible cause of the apocalypse.

"I know it sounds crazy."

"Insane, Castiel." She scoffed. "I mean, what am I suppose to do with that? First of all, I'm not going to get pregnant just to get more abilities."

"No of course not." Castiel's eyebrows furrowed.

"And second, Cas, I've seen what happens when angels get pregnant. My Mom is dead, I wouldn't put myself in that predicament. That would be stupid."

"I didn't tell you this so you could do it. I told you because I thought you should know. I, for one, wouldn't recommend going that route."

"Yeah, I mean look at my life. Besides, Dean, I don't think he's really into children."

The angel tilted his head to the side, a frown on his face.

"What?" Nadia noticed his expression.

"Dean. . .you automatically assumed that he would be the father of your child."

"Yeah, so?" His words made her feel as if she should be ashamed of it. At this point in their relationship, Nadia couldn't see herself with anyone else.

"Perhaps you should really think about you and Dean's future, Nadia."

"What the hell is that suppose to mean?"

Before Castiel could speak, the car alarms suddenly started to go off, startling the two. Instantly a bad feeling hit Nadia right in the gut.

"Demon." She muttered. "Pamela. . ."

Without even looking at the angel that had already disappeared, Nadia took off toward the building. She went right past the front desk, darting toward the room.

"Son of a bitch!" She heard Pamela scream.

"Pamela!" Nadia tried to open the door but it was locked.

Backing up, she kicked her foot in the door, causing it to fly right open. Nadia stepped into the room just in time to see Pamela get stabbed by a demon.

"NO!"

Sam jerked awake just in time to see the scene. He held out his hand, tossing the demon over to the wall while a crying Nadia caught Pamela who fell to her knees, her hand against her wound.

"No, no, no." Nadia shook her head in shock.

Nadia looked up to see Sam pulling the demon out of its body with his mind. Her lip quivered as she watched the empty corpse fall to the ground.

Sam joined the two women, worriedly looked at a panting Pamela.

"Nadia, stop crying sweetheart." The brunette erupted in laughs.

"What's so funny?" Nadia sniffed.

"I can't die," Pamela laughed through the pain. "Not in this town."

Pamela takes her hand away from the injury, no blood protruding from it which wasn't a good sign.

"Pamela-"

"Quit your worrying, grumpy," Pamela told the younger Winchester. "How about one of you make me a drink, huh?"

"You need a doctor," Sam told her.

Pamela gave Sam's shoulder a hard squeeze, "One of you make me a drink." She said sternly.

Sam swallows, looking at Nadia who was still balling her eyes out.

Sam nodded at Nadia to get Pamela a drink and reluctantly she got up to do so.

Sam helped Pamela to her feet, taking her over to Dean's bed.

The injured woman sat down, leaning toward the older Winchester. "Imum vult decipi, ergo decipiatur. Vis, vis, vis."

Still clutching her stomach, Pamela held on to the bedside dresser, trying to get over to Sam's bed. The younger Winchester helped and sat her down.

He sat down with her as she started to lean back. "Hey, we just got to talk to Tessa, that's all. Get her to hold off reaping till we get you better."

"I'm pretty sure she's started up again." Pamela's back arched, a pain spiking through her body as blood oozed out of her wound.

Dean finally came back from the spirit world, gasping as he sat up.

"Nadia, I need that drink." Pamela's breath was jagged.

Nadia walked over, passing her the flask which she didn't hesitate to drink.

Dean looked over realizing what was happing.

"What happened?" Dean noticed the blood.

He noticed Nadia's tears and stood, getting hugged by his girl immediately.

He wrapped his arms around her looking at his brother who asked, "Dean, where's Tessa?" He referred to the reaper they helped on the other side.

Dean's eyes widened, hating to say that Tessa was already gone. "She's. . ." He gave a nod, and Sam understood.

Nadia pulled her head off of Dean's chest, turning to look at Pamela who takes off her sunglasses, feeling her life come to an end.

"Pamela, I'm so sorry." Nadia apolgized.

"Stop." Pamela was annoyingly in pain. She breathed heavily adjusting herself.

"You don't deserve this." Said Sam who couldn't even look at her.

"Yeah, I don't." The feisty brunette spat. "I told you I didn't want anything to do with this. Do me a favor? Tell that bastard Bobby Singer, to go to hell for ever introducing me to you guys in the first place."

The trio looked away, her words causing them to feel guilty.

"Pamela-"

"I still love you, girlfriend." Pamela could never be mad at Nadia. "Don't worry, I can never stay mad a little Nadia."

More tears streamed down Nadia's cheeks as Pamela let out awful pained coughs.

"Take it easy, Pamela," Dean told her. "If it's any consolation, you're going to a better place."

The brunette turned her head towards the Winchester. "You're lying."

Dean glanced at his brother, saying nothing in return.

"But what the hell, right?" Pamela shook her head, a sigh coming from her lips. "Everybody's got to go sometime."

Dean kissed Nadia on the forehead, putting his arm around the girl who intertwined her fingers with his.

Pamela beckons Sam closer, "Come here."

Sam leans close so his ear is to her lips.

Pamela erupted in coughs again, crimson red blood trickling out her mouth. Her coughs became soft, her life slipping away as she leaned against the headboard going still.

The room was quiet, the trio waiting for any sign of her being alive.

"Pamela?" Sniffed Nadia.

Pamela's head slowly falls to the side.

"Pamela!" Dean yelled at the brunette in desperation.

But it was too late, Pamela was gone.

Dean looked at his brother who was still stunned by what she said. "What did she say to you?"

Sam just turned his head, a mortified look on his face.
