A split decision

OK so the love interests for this book are going to be Bakugou, Todoroki, Izuku, Kaminari, Shinso, Kiri, Dabi, and Tamaki. I know there are a lot more awesome characters to do but with my naruto one, having a storyline and all of those love interests as fun as it is, is draining and difficult to the point of insanity so I'm only picking the main ones in this. Sooo if it seems like there are others, they're just going to be friends.

A/N: This is a painting I did recently. I think they all turned out super dope, especially bakugou and Naruto! Explode-boy's hair color was so damn hard it took me like 3-4 different times painting over it until I was satisfied.

The start of the school day was hectic, there were dozens of reporters with cameras flashing and it was so loud with all the people asking questions over one another. You didn't know why they were here and it didn't matter all that much, you let your wings extend gracefully before taking to the skies and flying over the mob of flashing lights and yelling people. As soon as you made it to the gate, you let yourself drop, landing light and silent on your feet before brushing your fingers through the fly aways in your hair and waltzing inside.

You were dressed in the uniform, well slightly. You had on the skirt and the cotton short sleeved button down, the first few buttons undone. Your tie was on haphazard at best, you were running late and didn't have time to do anything properly. Even your socks weren't even at the moment.

When Aizawa made it to class he sighed heavily, the amount of people he had to deal with this early in the morning was exhausting and he was already done. He ran a hand through his messy black locks and stared down all of you, everyone got the hint and quieted instantly. Good, last time you took too long to be quiet and 'wasting his and your time' he gave you a pop quiz that majority of the class did poorly on. He held up a stack of papers with information on all of you, he scolded you, Bakugou, and Izuku on your performances then proceeded to let you vote on a class president and vice president while wrapping himself up in his yellow sleeping bag.

Izuku won the votes as class president, getting three and surprisingly Bakugou was vice president. You put your vote for him because he seemed like the type to always be a leader (good or not), it would be entertaining to see how everyone reacts to him as president, and you sure didn't want the job but Kaminari and Kirishima just didn't seem like good options. When Bakugou saw you had zero votes, he smirked knowing it was you who voted for him. He grinned as he stood in front of the class, the red of his eyes was slightly menacing and you could feel the smugness radiating off of him, though he was still visibly clenching his fists at coming in second to Izuku once more.

"At least one of you damn extra's know's who's the fuckin' best leader for this shitstorm. All you who voted for damn Deku are dumb as shit."

You made it to lunch in one piece and were squished in between Bakugou and Hatsume; Sero, Mina, Kaminari, and Kirishima were across from you.

"So [N/N]-chan why do you always have those bars with you at lunch? You already eat more food than any girl I've ever met." Mina asked, eying the light yellow frosted bar you had at every meal. It was made by lunch rush specifically for you, you had vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and lemon. So you weren't only eating the same flavor every day.

"I have to intake over 15,000 calories a day since my body structure is different then yours so these bars help get to that without needing to constantly be eating." You shoveled another bite of your favorite food into your mouth, letting the myriad of flavors dance across your tastebuds in bliss. Bakugou snorted at your expression, you were so weird.

"Ah that's awesome, we should see who can eat more one day [Name]-chan. It will be the manliest of competitions!"

"Boo. I wish I could eat whatever I want all the time and not gain weight." She grabbed the bar off the table and you reached to take it back but the pink skinned girl already took a chomp out of the bar before spitting it out. "Oh my god that tastes like someone frosted cardboard." Laughter ensued and Kaminari recounted of when he and Hatsume tried them for the first time. He swore he almost died and Hatsume was ok with eating it, as long as she was doing a project you could feed her some and she'd never know. thats what you did when she'd miss days of school locked in her basement inventing, you'd make her eat one to make up for the calories you know she didn't eat over those days.

The alarm started blaring loudly and a monotonous robot voice boomed out through every area of the building. "Security Level 3 has been broken. All students please evacuate in an orderly fashion." The voice was on repeat but soon enough it was drowned out by the panic of all the first years who were in the lunchroom with you. You were being shoved around, your light weight making it easy for others to shove past you. Your wings were tucked in tightly to your body so nobody would hit them and you were annoyed.

This panic was annoying and hot and you didn't know what was happening. One large third year shoved you so harshly you stumbled and crashed into someone else. The warm hands caught you before you both could tumble to the ground. You looked up meeting the large green eyes of the boy who cried on the first day of class.

His cheeks flushed red at how close you were pressed up against him, he could see how bright and sparkling your curious lilac eyes were and could feel the silky feathers as your wings wrapped around the both of you in an unconscious act of protection and he held onto you, making sure nobody shoved you again. He was extremely worried as he held you, when you fell he could feel how light your body was, it was unhealthily light. Were you not getting fed, was someone making you not eat? Were you sick? His mind was rambling until Iida's voice boomed out as he was floating in the air, stiff as a board.

"EVERYONE! EVERYTHING'S FINE!" The students noticed the arrival of the police and how it was the press was the cause of the problem so collectively the panic stopped and the students headed back inside. Your wings relaxed back into resting position and Izuku let go of you, his face still burning. Before you could turn to leave he grabbed your wrist, the warmth of his hands being cooled by the chilled metal of your arm. He vaguely noted how the rest of your skin was cold as well.

"WAIT! I-I mean uhm, uwah! P-please wait. [Name]-san a-are you being treated ok?" His soft wavering voice was laden with concern, he was genuinely worried about you and you didn't even know him. Maybe the boy you saw as soft was actually more than just a cry baby. Your head cocked to the side in the slightest and you were perplexed, why did he seem so worried about you. You didn't have any visible injuries to your knowledge. Izuku caught on to your confusion and elaborated, his still tingling like always when he was in contact with any person of the opposite gender. "Well um, when I caught you, you were so light and your skin is so cold, do you need help?"

He gripped your hands in his slightly shaking ones, he wanted you to feel safe enough to tell him everything so that he could help you if he needed to. His eyes wandered over your face, taking in the slight smile and your exotic features. You were so pretty, his face reddened even more when he realized how many boys would kill to be in his spot, a school surrounded by super cute girls.

"I'm fine." He opened his mouth to protest but you kept going. "My bones are hollow so the density is different and I don't weigh all that much and to produce light my body uses heat, mine specifically so my skin is always cold. It's why my suit has a built in heater." Izuku breathed out a sight of relief as he took in the information. His brain on overdrive analyzing the information that he was going to add to his hero notebook as soon as possible. His eyes lit up in excitement about his favorite topics involving heroes and quirks.
"Thats amazing, your bones are completely like a bird! Does that mean your internal body structure is more fitting to avian bodies than mine? If your blood runs through your bones as well theoretically that would make it easier for oxygen to get to all of your cells faster. Is that how you can fly so high and still breathe, do your lungs work different too?" That was all you could understand before he started rambling on at an impressive speed. You didn't know how to get him to stop and you needed to go to class so you flicked him right between his eyes, shocking him out of his muttering. He raised his hands and shook them wildly, letting out a nervous laugh. "Uwahh I'm so sorry I didn't mean to do that, oh thats so embarrassing. Uhm, lets go to class [Name]-san." You followed him to your classroom, before opening the door you stopped him.

"Hey Midoriya?" He flinched in the slightest at the lack of honorific but nonetheless smiled sweetly, he had to remember you weren't raised the same and the culture in America was different anyways, they called people by their first names even when not knowing the person well. Wow, him and Bakugou were like polar opposites personality wise, you wondered what made them struggle with one another so much. "Thanks for ya know, not letting me fall earlier." His face lit up in happiness and you realized how right Kayama was, thanking people really made them happy.

"It was no problem, I would do it again i-if needed." He coughed and threw open the door, scurrying inside

(Timeskip)

The start of Basic Hero Training on Wednesday Aizawa was there to teach you instead of All Might. You were informed that you were doing rescue training, something you've never done before. You went to the locker rooms with everyone else and changed into your hero costume, fastening the heating tubes and making sure everything was on and wouldn't come off. When the controls to your heating coils came on you sighed at the warmth that penetrated your chilled skin.

When you got on the bus you ended up seated next to Tokoyami, his hero costume was the blackest thing you had ever seen and you loved it. You were staring at him as he listened to his music and played on his phone, ignoring the banter of the rest of your classmates. The deep black of his shiny were beautiful, they reminded you of the feathers on your wings, just black and not white. Without hesitating you reached a hand up and touched one softly, wanting to see if they were of similar textures as well. It was rare you found people with anything similar to you so finding someone else with bird characteristics that you could talk to was exciting. Tokoyami snapped his head towards you and pulled the headphone's from off his head.

"What are you doing small one?" His inquisitive tone in his deep tenor took you by surprise and you removed your fingers from carefully rubbing his feathers.

"I wanted to see if your feathers were similar to mine. Yours are way softer though, what do you do to take care of them."

"May I touch yours? I am quite versed in care for feathers, I am not the first in my family with a mutation like this."

"Sure!" Tokoyami carefully felt your feathers, he did so in a way only a person used to the sensitivity of the base of the feathers would know.

"It seems as though you are lacking in Vitamin A, eat food that is green and you will have healthier and stronger feathers." For the rest of the bus ride you and Tokoyami conversed, he let you ask as many questions as you wanted. It turns out his body structure is only slightly different then yours, his bones like yours are hollow but they are not light because they are made of an extremely dense, heavy metal-like substance that coats his insides. Apparently a side affect of his quirk, Dark Shadow. You enjoyed talking to Tokoyami, he was straightforward and serious but he seemed to care deeply for others and had a pretty amusing dark sense of humor. He also had this weird affinity with anything and everything in black, it was like he was born and thrived in the darkness.

Tokoyami enjoyed conversing with you, you were not so focused on looks like other girls were. Mutation's were much more accepted now but there was still the stigma about having an accepted as 'pretty' mutation like yours versus one like his. It was something people either thought was cool or disgusting but you treated him like he looked like everyone else. With the way you were so curious and listened to everything he said intently, you reminded him of his little sister, you had that same curious intrigue to the world around you. You even laughed at his humor, it was not meant for most but he assumed your mind was just twisted enough to find amusement in his dark humor.

Your eyes were wide and glimmering in intrigue at the sight before you, the USJ was massive and covered in different terrains in what looked like the most fun place to travel around. The pro-hero Thirteen, who looked kind of like a marshmallow astronaut explained each area of the USJ, each Zone was created specifically to simulate any and every disaster a hero might be needed in.

"Before we begin. I have one or two points. Actually lots of points." Thirteen held up his fingers and turned away from Aizawa back to your class. "As I'm sure many of you are aware, my quirk is called Black Hole." A swirling void of darkness started forming behind Thirteen and you could feel its pull on you, wanting to suck you into the blackness. "It can suck in and tear apart anything. I have used it to save many; however, my power could easily kill. I have no doubt there are some among you with similar abilities." Tokoyami's body went rigid beside you, he understood how uncontrollable his quirk is. "We must never forget that in this society, as a hero with an uncontrollable quirk, all it takes is one mistake for people to die." The air was tense but Thirteen eased it by laughing and bowing saying that thats what the training is for, to be the best and safest heroes possible.

Aizawa and you met eyes, this was one of the lessons he had been training you on since he started taking care of you. Your quirk wasn't necessarily the most deadly, in fact far from it, but the person behind the quirk is and you needed to realize that. One slip back to who you were could end up in you killing someone in the crossfire, something you had been relentlessly training to avoid.

The air around you suddenly was heavy, suffocating it was that familiar feeling of blood lust. Right below where Aizawa stood, a black swirl was growing larger and larger, your body went tensed, rigid, ready to attack as a pale hand pushed open the inky darkness and revealed a man with pale blue hair and a hand covering all the distinguishing features of his face. That pool of blackness expanded and many bodies began to tumble out. You could tell by their posture, the intense feeling in the air, they were not heroes. They looked too much like people yo were sent to kill when you were younger to be anything good. Aizawa grit his teeth and quickly pulled his goggles down onto his face.

"Thirteen protect the students!" You took a step forward, Bakugou and Kirishima doing the same but the harsh look from Aizawa made you step back. "Don't move." He wasn't joking around, you'd never seen him this serious when he was with you. "Those are Villains!" His scarves moved into his hands, a move he did when ready to attack. He was listening to everything around him while giving directions. They spoke of All Might, he was the reason they were here.

"I wonder if a few dead students will bring him here?" The voice was cold and scratchy, filled with loathing for the Pro that you thought everyone loved dearly. Aizawa jumped off the balcony and adrenaline filled your body and you snapped your wings out, shooting into the air. He was pathetically outnumbered and even though you fully believed in Aizawa's combat ability, you were not going to let him fight alone. You weren't going to let even the slightest chance pass of letting another person you care about getting taken from you. You ignored the analysis of other students, the only thing you were focused on was protecting those you cared for, they picked the wrong class to attack.

"Ao, you do NOT get involved. Go evacuate with everyone else, help Kaminari contact the school."

Aizawa easily incapacitated the weak foot soldiers who came at him. He was swift and left no room to be countered.

"But-"

"No." Your body was thrumming with anxiety and your palms were sweating as you felt helpless to watch. Every bone in your body was pushing you to follow your muscle memory and take out everyone around you but instead you bit down on your lip until you could feel the soft skin breaking.

Is this what being nervous feels like? I hate it.

You started loweing yourself to your classmates when you stopped and made eye contact with Kirishima and Bakugou. They both had a fierce glint in their red eyes and Bakugou nodded.

"[Name]-chan let's go!" Kirishima smiled confidently his nerves being a force driving him to be strong. The three of you turned and with a quick nose dive, you tucked your wings tight to your side and dropped, straight into the middle of the chaos, aiming for the one you assumed to be the leader since he was the one who came first and all the pawns were protecting him and the smokey shadow dude. Bkaugou and Kirishima followed suit and activated their quirks as they aimed right for the smokey dude. Before any of you could fully make contact, you were surrounded in this disorienting darkness, it felt like your insides were being pulled to your outsides before you were spit out, hitting the rocky surface harshly.

To Be continued......... shits gonna get real and I can finally continue with the storyline I have planned out. It won't just follow the Manga if you can't tell because thats no fun.
