Leo and Anna were busy preparing for lunch when the doorbell echoed around. Anna grinned widely and cheerfully made her way to receive the door. Leo chuckled glancing at his wife adorable expression before continued to do his works.

Anna opened the door and warmly greeted Clary and Peter who were grinning widely standing at the entrance of the house along with their baby.

"I'm so glad you guys came leaving your busy schedules," Anna said softly and hugged Clary.

"I wouldn't have missed it for the world. After all, I've seen you after ages." Clary said briskly before pulling away. Anna smiled widely and gestured them to get inside.

Days passed since they came to Fairfield and they will be leaving for Berlin tomorrow. So, Anna decided to call them over for a little get together and spend her time with her dear and best friend before leaving.

They strolled directly to the kitchen and were immediately greeted by Leo who was busy chopping the vegetables.

"Alright, gents can get out of the kitchen now while the ladies prepare for the lunch," Clary said proudly and clapped her hands together.

"No, husbands will stay and watch their wives while they do the cooking," Leo said mischievously throwing a flirtatious winked towards Anna. Anna rolled her eyes over while Clary giggled under her hand.

"Or husbands can watch over little Lola while wives do the cooking," Anna said cheekily looking at Leo.

"As you wish, honey," Leo smirked at her before abandoning his work and going towards the basin to wash his hands.

Anna and Clary got busy cooking in the kitchen while Leo and Peter stayed at the patio just outside the kitchen and looked after Lola. Leo held Lola on his arms and stroked her gently while Lola squealed adorably and played with his hair.

"She likes you so much, Leo," Peter told as he lovingly stared at both of them. "She has never been so happy with me like she is to you now," He jested under his chuckle before leaning against his chair.

"Soon you'll be having one of your own," Peter said with a sly grin playing on his lips. Leo simply glanced at him and chuckled heartily before going back to little Lola.

"Blood or not, I love them equally. They are all adorable." Leo said softly, smiling widely at Lola as he remembered Valentino who was waiting for them back at home. There was not a day goes by without missing him. Anna and Leo always talk to him over the phone. He thought of bringing Val along with them but Joshua didn't allow so. But Leo understands him-it was a honeymoon after all. Val would literally get spoiled if he sees what his parents do every now and then.

"Alright, gentlemen, lunch is ready," Clary announced as she and Anna made their entrance into the patio along with some maids who helped them in bringing the dishes to the table.

On seeing Anna, little Lola squealed happily and stretched her cute little tiny arms towards her.

"Come here, little one," Anna squealed sweetly and took her from Leo. She placed soft kisses on her little cheeks before sitting down over Leo's lap. Leo wrapped his hands around her and stared tenderly at Anna who was looking more adorable than little Lola. She squealed softly coos and made cute faces to lighten up little Lola who was already very happy just by her presence.

"You both are going to make very good parents. Get pregnant soon, honey, I can't wait to see you with one of your own," Clary said, throwing teasing glances at Leo and Anna. Anna blushed and chuckled softly.

"We already have one," Anna said proudly.

"What!" Clary exclaimed in surprised. "Wait, you both just married two weeks ago and you already have a child of your own," She said slowly as she pondered inside her head.

"She got pregnant with my child five years ago," Leo lied openly making Anna give him a pointed look.

"What!" Clary exclaimed and pouted before giving an accusation eye towards Anna. "You had sex with him and yet you didn't tell me back then." She said under her huffed before resigning and swat her hand in the air, "But forget it, it was in the past and I'm glad that you took my advice." She chirped.

"Your advice?" Leo asked jerking an eyebrow towards Clary.

"Yes," She prompted. "When you both started dating back then, Anna was having so much trouble with her sensual-"

"Clary, I think you should look after Lola, she misses her mother," Anna interrupted and shot up from Leo's lap and scurried towards Clary, giving her a pointed look in the process. Clary understood and chuckled softly before taking Lola into her arms.

"Alright, I won't say anything," Clary whispered amusedly between them.

"Thank you," Anna said before retrieving back and sitting on Leo's lap. Leo rested his one hand over her waist while his other hand rested upon her thigh.

"You're gonna tell me everything later, honey," Leo said in a smirked.

"What if I don't?" Anna challenged, jerking an eyebrow at him.

"You'll see later," Leo said in a mischievous tone and gently nudged his palm over her thigh.

Peter and Clary stayed for dinner on much insist by Anna and left by the late evening. Leo came behind Anna and wrapped his arms around her belly while Anna cleaned the last dish from the basin. He placed a soft kiss on her temple before resting his chin over her shoulder.

"Are you done? I can't wait to have you in our bedroom." Leo grumbled softly. "Damn it, I don't remember kissing you today." He said huskily and placed a wet kiss over her neck. Anna shivered under him and moved her head to the side, giving him the full freedom in molesting her neck.

"I'm taking you to our bedroom," Leo said hoarsely over her neck before placing a long kissed over her neck. He then levelled down slightly and lifted her into his arms.

Leo entered inside their room while Anna closed the door behind. He placed her on the bed and immediately crashed his lips upon her. Anna responded in an instant and wrapped her arms around at the back of his neck, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss. After some moments, Anna pulled away and panted for air. And in a span of some seconds, they both stripped off their clothes and stared into each other with equal lust and desire.

"I'm going to make love with you for every second we missed today," Leo said darkly under his smirked and hauled upon Anna. Then immediately he curved down and captured her lips.

Val playfully splashed the water over Fiona as she bathed him. She grinned widely and splashed the water back at Val who squealed happily.

Joshua returned home from his business and made his way up the stairs, towards his room. He was tired from the chasing mission and his white shirt was stained with blood. Vernon walked out from his room and noticed his brother's state.

"Are you hurt?" Vernon asked in concerned, eyeing at his stained shirt.

"No, I'm alright," Joshua answered tiredly. "Had to do some killing,"

"What went wrong?" Vernon asked.

"Nothing, I'm tired. I'm getting some rest." Joshua said keeping his hand over his brother's shoulder before walking towards his room.

Joshua entered his room and heard squealing voices coming out from the bathroom. He turned towards the bathroom and saw the door opened. He strolled toward it and leaned against the door, watching Fiona and Val playing with water. Then his eyes ran over Fiona's back and noticed that her clothes were wet and glued like a second skin over her soft and pale skin. He quickly tore his eyes away from her and cleared his throat silently.

Fiona turned to her side to reach for the towel and noticed Joshua by the door. Her eyes went wide in shocked when she noticed the blood stained on his white shirt. She strolled towards him and stared at him with concerned eyes.

"What happened to you? Are you hurt?" She asked.

"I'm alright," Joshua answered, trying his best not to ogle over her body.

"Zia, cover me! Cover me! I'm naked." Val shouted from behind and shook in his position. Joshua walked away from the door before Val could see his stained shirt. Fiona glanced at his back before going towards Val. She wrapped the towel around him and started to wipe the water from his body. She then put on his clothes and kissed his both cheeks.

"Val, I want you to go and stay with Zio while I clean the bathroom," Fiona said softly.

"Okay, Zia," Val agreed readily and dashed out of the bathroom, then from the room.

Fiona smiled at his back before looking down on herself. She let out a sigh looking at her wet dress that was clung onto her body like a second skin.

"Are you gonna shower now?" Fiona snapped her head to the door and saw Joshua standing by the door in shirtless and towel hang over his lower waist. Her eyes betrayed and ran through his perfect body reading each and every muscle and flex until her eyes landed on the bruise beside his abdomen.

"You're injured," She said, bringing her eyes up to meet his. "Get in, I'll tend it for you." She added before turning towards the cabinet and opening it.

"I'm gonna shower now. I'll tend it myself after I'm done with the shower." Joshua drawled and strolled in. Fiona regarded his words before closing the cabinet's door.

"Fine," She said turning to face him. "If you need any help, let me know," She added.

"You need to shower too," Joshua ignored her words and intensely stared at her body. He tried his best not to stare but his desire took the best of him, making him want to have her.

Fiona blushed under his intense stare and realized her state. She slowly pulled her arms around her breast, covering them as a shield and couldn't dare to look at him.

Joshua could see the effect he was having on her and he was enjoying it, but he only hoped that she doesn't see how hard she was making him right now. And he is well aware of the relationship between their families, if he messes up with the granddaughter of the De Luca, the situation will not be pleasant. He knows the sensual rising up between them was just their temporary desires and nothing else. If they were not an endgame, he better doesn't take a chance over it.

"Dry yourself first," Joshua reached for the towel over the stand and wrapped it around her shoulder. "I'll shower after you're done."

"I can just go and shower in my bathroom." Fiona protested amusedly.

"Just shower here," Joshua winked at her before strolling out of the bathroom and closing the door behind him. And right on cue, Vernon entered inside his room and regarded him.

"Tell me what happened, Joshua," Vernon said seriously, eyeing on his bruise.

Joshua sighed at him before going towards the bed and sat upon it. He then thought for a while before looking up at his brother.

"Did we miss anyone apart from Tatiana during the ambush?" Joshua asked.

"No, we killed every last man alive. But why are you asking this all of a sudden?" Vernon asked and creased his brows.

"A man tried to kill me. He seemed to be an assassin." Joshua pondered. "I tried to get him but he got away. But I saw something, do you think Lorenzo made it out alive?"

"No chance, Samuel and I put every last bullet of our guns at him," Vernon uttered.

"I saw the mark on that assassin's wrist-tiger head tattoo," Joshua spat out and fisted his hands.
