Leo cupped both of her cheeks and placed a soft kiss on her forehead. He stared into her lovingly for a moment before turning his gaze down to her lips and stared at it. Then he leaned down and placed a long-soft pressing kiss over her lips and gently pulled away.

"I was mad when that guy embraced you," Leo said unsmilingly. Anna figured out the guy he was talking about.

"So you were jealous," Anna said amusedly and placed her both arms at the back of his neck.

"Anna, I don't want to be that over possessive-type of husband but I couldn't help myself. I'm sorry for being selfish and getting mad for no reason." Leo said quietly.

"You don't have to be sorry, I understand you. I did the same when any women come near you." Anna said under her chuckle. "But you were patient and I am not. I don't feel good when you stop talking to me. Whatever happens, please don't ignore me. It kills me inside when you ignore me." She said quietly and cupped both his cheeks.

"I'm so sorry, Mio coure. I'll never do that, I promise." Leo said softly. Anna smiled warmly at him before hugging him tightly. Leo brought his arms around her back and pulled her closer.

"I love you so much, Leo," Anna said before pulling away and stared into his eyes. "And you are the perfect husband I can ever ask for." She stated smilingly before pulling him closer by his neck and claiming his lips. Leo immediately responded and ran his lips over hers, kissing her ever so passionately.

Anna descended down the stairs and went to the Kitchen. She greeted the boys in the kitchen and strolled towards Leo who was making breakfast for every one of them.

"Goodmorning, honey," She smiled and placed a soft kiss on his cheek before taking a piece of sandwich from the tray.

"Ready to leave for work," Leo pouted and fake a disappointed look.

"Our Don becomes a baby in front of his wife," Carlos mocked amusedly making Drago and Elmo stifled a laugh under their throat.

"You'll be worse than me when you find one," Leo taunted under his chuckle.

"He is already seeing one," Anna said amusedly making Leo jerked an eyebrow at his friend who is also second in command of the De Luca Force.

"And may I know who that person is, Milady?" Carlos asked amusedly with his head tilted sideways.

"I've been observing you these past few days. You keep on checking my receptionist whenever you come for picking me up, Carlos," Anna said cheekily and threw him a victorious smile.

"Layla?" Leo asked to which Anna nodded at him and hummed in reply. Carlos sighed amusedly in defeat and shook his head.

"Make a move fast before other men do," Anna said amusedly before taking a bite of her sandwich.

"Oh honey, Momma called earlier. She is throwing a party for us tomorrow evening." Leo informed as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him. "Everybody is waiting to see my wife back in Italy," He added cheekily before placing a soft peck on her lips. Val giggled shyly but loudly, looking at his parents making everyone chuckled softly at his adorable sight.

"Then we leave for Italy tonight," Anna said to which Leo nodded at her.

Nicolo shouted happily on seeing her and ran towards her. Anna smiled widely and greeted him with a warm hug. Then she pulled back and greeted the rest of the family members with the same gesture.

"We've been waiting for you all," Severina smiled beautifully and hugged her warmly while Leo followed his exchanged greetings with his brothers.

"Bro, you seem younger than before. What did Anna do to you?" Roberto jested slyly as they both shared manly hugs.

"She did everything to me," Leo jested under his wolfish smile making his brothers stifled a sly laugh at him.

"What a heartbreaking reunion of our dear brothers!" Jasmine said sarcastically and raised both her eyebrows at them.

"Alright, let's all get inside and we can have a nice long talk," Severina said out loud under and clapped her hand twice before leading Anna towards the living room. And the others followed behind.

"Nonno," Anna smile beautifully on seeing Marcus in the living room. She went towards him and curved down, hugging him gently. "How are you, Nonno?" She asked after pulling away.

"I'm fine, dear," Marcus answered softly and cupped both her cheeks. "It's good to see you again, my dear."

"It's good to see you too, Nonno," Anna smiled at him.

"Nonno," Leo addressed and leaned down to hug him.

"Mio Leone," Marcus gently patted on his back before pulling away.

Val came happily towards him and gave Marcus a big bear hug. Marcus chuckled heartily before lifting him up and placing on his laps.

"How are you, my little tiger?" Marcus asked cheerfully.

"I'm fine, Nonno," Val answered happily.

Anna smiled at them before drifting her eyes elsewhere and landed on someone leaning against the barricade of the stairs and looking down at them. Ballerina eyes landed on Anna and caught her looking up at her. She blankly stared down at her for a moment before going away from the place.

Anna felt an arm coming around her waist making her looked towards him. "You okay, honey," Leo asked softly looking down at her. Anna simply smiled and nodded at him.

"No, I'm not wearing this awful looking dress," Anna complained making a disgusted face looking at the sexy evening gown which barely has any coverings.

"Oh, c'mon, Anna, you will look damn hot in this dress and guess what Leo will go crazy if he finds you in this dress," Jasmine said giving her a sly smile.

"I'm never wearing that," Anna said, throwing the dress on Jasmine's face. Jasmine sighed and shook her head as she pulled down the dress from her face.

"You're still not a very big fan of dresses," Jasmine pouted and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Sexy dresses which barely has any coverings," She corrected cheekily. "But I did use some of them under much insist," She pondered and thought about the time she wore dresses with fewer coverings—she even dressed one on Maria's wedding but they were quite decent than the dress she's been given to wear for the party tonight.

"Forget it, I'm never wearing that," Anna said with finality tone.

"Someone looks pissed," Leo said amused as he entered inside the room with one of his hand carrying a polythene bag.

"Your lovely wife is still too shy to wear sexy dresses," Jasmine said sarcastically but with an amused smile and threw the dress towards Leo. Leo caught the dress in his one hand and inspect at it amusedly.

"I would love to see you in this, honey," He jested throwing mischief looked towards Anna. Jasmine stifled a laugh while Anna pouted at him. "Just kidding, I bought you a dress with more coverings," Leo said genuinely as he stretched his arm towards her. Anna creased her brows before taking the polythene from him. She took the box out of the polythene and opened it. She smiled as she ran her hand over the dark red cloth material which was perfectly folded inside it.

"It better be full of coverings," Anna said amusedly and glanced up at Leo before taking out the dress in full length. She gazed at the dress and smiled taking a liking in it. It was a dark red sequin long maxi dress with ruffles.

"This dress is very beautiful," Jasmine said under her gasped and threw an amused smiled at Leo.

"Anna, Jasmine," Sarah appeared on the door but soon her eyes landed on the dark red dress and she gasped at it before entering inside. "That's a gorgeous sparkle dress you got here," She said gazing at it. "You're gonna slay in this dress, little sister. And yeah, do use a pump-up bra so that your—" She stopped midway when she noticed Leo beside her who was already looking at her with an amused look on his face. "I didn't know you were here, brother dear," She said amusedly making Anna and Jasmine giggled under their hands.

"By the way, I was here to inform you both that Milan is here. If you both want to groom, you both can tell him. He's grooming Ballerina right now." Sarah informed.

"I'll need some groom from him," Jasmine said as she curled off from the bed.

"I'm good," Anna said politely under her smile.

"Alright, see you at the party, Anna," Sarah smiled at her before she and Jasmine walked out from the room.

Leo came towards her and sat beside her on the bed. He then pulled her closer to him and placed her on his laps. Anna smiled widely at him as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him.

"Thank you for the dress, I love it so much," Anna said softly, looking at him.

"I'm glad you like it, I just can't wait to see you in this," He said huskily and claimed her lips. Anna giggled softly under their kiss before pulling him closer by his hair and deepening the kiss.

Anna stood in front of the mirror and gazed at her reflection. She ran her fingers over her bare neck before reaching for her platinum necklace, the one that Vernon gifted her five years ago.

"Let me do it," Leo appeared behind her and said softly. Anna regarded him under her smile and nodded at him through the reflection. Leo put the necklace around her neck and stared at her through the reflection.

"You look gorgeous as always," Leo said near her ear as he wrapped his hands around her belly and placed a soft kiss on her left cheek. Anna chuckled softly, leaning against him.

"And you look handsome as always," Anna complimented him.

"Let's go before Momma comes and lecture us for being late," Leo jested making her laugh softly.

Anna tugged her arm into his as they made their way out of their room and descended down the stairs, making their way towards the garden where the party was being hosted.

And as soon as they made their entrance into the party, all the family members raised their glasses towards them and congratulated them in unison. Anna smiled brightly looking around and notices some familiar faces from the Covenant.

"Anna," Severina approaches them with a wide smile and a glass of wine rested on her one hand. "Come, dear, let me take the honour to introduce my lovely daughter-in-law to the family members," She said and took her hand, taking her away from Leo. Leo pouted at her mother but Severina simply gave him a cheeky look and walked away along with Anna.

Ballerina got out from her room and made her way towards the party but she stopped midway when her eyes landed on Valentino's back. She turned her gaze and saw a male waiter taking him to god knows where. She frowned over in thought as to why a waiter was escorting the son of the Don.

"Valentino," She called out to them making them both stopped in the hallway and walked towards them. Val turned back and smiled on seeing Ballerina.

"Zia," Val squealed and ran towards her. Ballerina gave him an awkward smile as he came beside her and clung unto her.

"You!" Ballerina narrowed her eyes at the waiter. "Where were you taking the kid?" She questioned.

"The little kid was lost and asked me for direction. I was just showing him the way out." The waiter answered politely.

"Alright, you can go and do your works. I'll take him from here," Ballerina said. She was suspicious about the waiter but she didn't let it show. The waiter did a bow and walked away from them.

"Valentino, didn't your Momma tell you to not talk to strangers?" Ballerina said in a lazy tone looking down at him.

"Don't you dare scare the kid, Ballerina?" Ballerina rolled her eyes over upon hearing Jasmine's voice behind her. Val quietly ran towards Jasmine and hugged her by her thighs.
