Lilli was working on a report about a break in that someone had pulled off last night, no camera footage, nothing stolen. All that was left was a wig.
     "You are only 3 hours in and you already get the best story" Iris says, walking over and leaning on Lilli's desk.
     "Well I did ask if you wanted to help" I say. I pull my iPad out and pull up the photo of the long black wig.
     "Who would wear a wig during a break-in?" She asks.
     "I don't know" Lilli said, turning off her iPad.
     "Second question, which one of us do you think he's here to see?" She asks, They turn to the front entrance and see Barry.
     "5 bucks on you" Lilli says.
     "5 bucks on you" Iris repeats. Lilli chuckles and turns in her chair to fully face Barry.
     "Hey, girls" he says.
     "Hey, Barr" Iris repeats, Lilli smiles and plays with her pen. "What ya doing here?"
     "I came here to talk to Lilli" He replies, not looking away from the brunette. Lilli sighs, pulling her wallet out of her purse and handing Iris a 5.
     "Pleasure doing business with you" Iris says. "I'll see you later Barr"
     She walks away, smirking at her new 5 dollar bill.
     "What you need?" Lilli asks. He chuckles and leans on the desk.
     "There's a party tonight for everyone who works at the precinct. I was wondering if you wanted to come? with me" he says, rubbing his neck and looking to his feet. 
      Lilli's lips tug into a smile, "Of course, Barry" She said. "Pick me up at 6?"
     "How'd you know when it started?" He questioned.
     "Iris. She was talking about it when we got in, she said Eddie was taking her" She said.
     "Okay, I'll see you later" He says. He walks back to the door as Lilli spins in her chair and mentally screams. He asked me out!!

     "I hate you" her voice says, she was obviously upset.
     "Why? I mean, aren't you the one always telling me to get a life and date" Lilli says, putting the phone between her ear and shoulder as she went threw dresses.
     "Yes, but by the sounds of it.. This guy is serious. I mean you said he works for the CCPD! What if he looks you up?" She asks.
     "All he well find is that Lillibeth was friends with a Snart. It's not the end of the world" Lilli said, debating on a dress. "Pale purple or black?"
     "Pale purple" she says. "And are you listening Li? CCPD! This guys could rat us out"
     "Okay, he's a forensic assistant, not a cop" Lilli says. "Plus, I'm not gonna tell him. I mean it's one date"
     "Li, if you get caught.. That's the end of it, all our hard work to keep you from bearing our name is gone. You could go to jail for identity theft" she says, obviously playing with some sort of chain.
     "And you and Len could go to jail for robbery, murder, and a few dozen other things" Lilli says. Taking the phone and moving it to the other ear. "Anyways, I gotta go! Love you Lis, tell Lenny to be careful! Bye"
     "Wait-!" The voice became distant as Lilli pulled her phone away and pressed end call.
     She turned to the vanity mirror that reflected herself, sighed and smiled. "Let's do this"
