Hey! Welcome to my new book!

I'm so excited that you will be joining me on this adventure. Just a little heads up...I'm new to fantasy. I've read some, but never written it. So I hope it doesn't disappoint. Feel free to throw your opinion at me if you think something could be improved, or if you wanna just give me some encouragement. :) Writers could always use more encouragement, as I'm sure most of you know. 

I'm curious to see what grabs people's attention. Everything about this next story is essential. I don't write a scene just because I feel like it. Everything has a purpose, but if you find certain parts to be boring or dull I'd love to know. Don't be shy...be honest (though, maybe not brutal). :D

Okay, that being said, I'd like to inform you that to make this story a trilogy. I've almost completed the first book already, but I plan on doing some major editing before I do any posting. Good news though, I plan on getting the prologue posted within a month or two.

So, if after reading the synopsis, you find yourself intrigued enough to continue, then please add this book to your library or follow me so you can get my updates. I'll inform my followers when the book is ready for posting.

One last thing, if you read my other book "Disguised", you'll know that it was a Romance with a lot of tragedy and a touch of humor. If you're looking for another book packed with a love story, then you're  not going to find it here. I promise to weave a little bit in for your reading pleasure, but just be warned that it's not a huge importance to the story, and definitely not my main focus. :)

Synopsis: (if you haven't already read it)

The Eastern territory of Falu has finally been conquered. The minds of the people, warped. They live in luxury and seek passion. They murder innocence but encourage ignorance. Self-fulfillment is what they fight for, freedom is what they teach, deceit is how they succeed. It's a world of beauty and flawless art, but beneath the surface beats the heart of power and corruption.

Fig isn't special. She doesn't possess hidden power or astounding wisdom. Yet, she's everything they are not.
